Pinetree Capital Ltd. Acquires Common Shares of Signet Minerals Inc. - Monday March 5, 5:02 pm ET

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 5, 2007) - Pinetree Capital Ltd. (TSX: PNP - News), announces that, though a series of transactions ending on March 1, 2007, it acquired ownership of 850,000 common shares ("Common Shares") of Signet Minerals Inc. ("Signet") through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange representing approximately 2.4% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of Signet as of March 5, 2007. As a result of this transaction, Pinetree held, as at March 5, 2007, an aggregate of 1,956,061 common shares of Signet and convertible securities exercisable into an additional 250,000 common shares of Signet. In the event that only the 250,000 convertible securities held by the Offeror are fully exercised, the direct holdings of the Offeror represent approximately 6.1% of all issued and outstanding common shares of Signet as of March 5, 2007, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the 250,000 convertible securities only.
In addition, Pinetree and its joint actors, together own an aggregate of 5,071,981 common shares of Signet and rights to acquire an additional 1,416,528 common shares of Signet upon the exercise of convertible securities (collectively, the "Convertible Securities"). In the event that the Convertible Securities are fully exercised, the holdings of the Offeror and joint actors represents a total of 6,488,509 common shares of Signet, or approximately 17.5% of all issued and outstanding common shares as at March 5, 2007, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the exercise of the Convertible Securities only.

These transactions were made for investment purposes and Pinetree and each of its joint actors could increase or decrease their respective investments in Signet depending on market conditions or any other relevant factor.

ist dir schon das extrem schwankende Volumen aufgefallen ?

Gestern über 600 K in den USA und heute (bis jetzt) Fehlanzeige. Auch in Kanada sind die Schwankungen erheblich.

Tatsächlich sprechen wir nicht über diesen einen Meter sondern vom Gesamtprodukt und dann sehen wir nur noch die 0.84% U3O8

Wenn die Überschrift halbwegs stimmen würde und bei ca. 35 Mio. Aktien und bei einem Kurs von 0,45 Cdn $ würde ich mein ganzez Geld mit neue Schulden hier investieren, aber wenn man genau hinschaut sehe ich noch nichts was mich dort hineinwegen könnte!

Das interessiert mich jetzt aber doch, wenn du schon solche Behauptungen aufstellst: Wenn die Überschrift halbwegs stimmen würde

Welcher Teil der Überschrift stimmt nicht?

sehe ich noch nichts was mich dort hineinwegen könnte!

Wenn du es siehst wird es vermutlich schon zu spät sein Pinetree sieht offenbar bereits etwas...

Eigentlich ist mir meine Zeit und dieser Thread zu kostbar um hier eine Diskussion über Nebensächlichkeiten zu führen...Ich will niemanden dazu bewegen, diese Aktie zu kaufen - er dient der Vorstellung dieses Wertes und der Information über einen Titel mit großen Chancen und zu diesem Zeitpunkt auch noch entsprechenden Risiken - jeder soll sich seine eigene Meinung bilden und entsprechend handeln - warte einfach mal 12 Monate ab...wenn du dann mit Alamos, deinem >>Geheimtipp<< , besser gefahren sein solltest gratuliere ich dir - bei umgekehrtem Ausgang erwarte ich das nicht von dir.

Hallo MountainDew,

immerhin hast Du es geschafft das ich mir diese Aktie anschaue und mir Gedanken mache. Eine weitere Wertung zu dieser Aktie mache ich noch nicht weil da muß man schon sehr viel tiefer Bohren als Anleger bevor man sich entgültig festlegt und gerade bei Explorer ist man vor Überraschungen in beiden Richtung niemals sicher!

Ich sehe zumindestens keine Grund sich hier gegenseitig Vorwürfe zu machen und freue mich auch in Zukuft über weitere Berichte von Dir über Signet Minerals!
