Starcore Repays US$3.2 Million Debt One Year Ahead of Schedule

Vancouver, B.C. - Further to its press releases of January 24th and January 31st, 2012, Starcore International Mines Ltd. (the "Company") announces that it has repaid its outstanding loan with Investec Bank (U.K.) Limited ("Investec") of approximately US$3.2 million, which funds were used to acquire the San Martin Mine in Queretaro, Mexico.

"This is a huge milestone for Starcore," said Robert Eadie, President & CEO of the Company. "The Company is now debt free. We are aggressively continuing with our exploration and development program to keep increasing our reserves at San Martin Mine, as we are eager to reward our shareholders for their patience and support over the last five years."

The Company is still obligated under the Investec Loan agreement for forward sales contracts for the sale of 14,513 ounces of gold at a price of US$731 per ounce until January 31, 2013.

(TSX: SAM.TO - News) (the "Company") announces that it has closed its non-brokered financing for gross proceeds of $2,252,500. The financing was in the form of 9,010,000 Units at $0.25 per Unit (a "Unit"), each Unit comprised of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and one-half of one transferable share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.35 to January 30, 2014.

Finders' fees applied in this transaction in the form of cash commissions of $87,150 and 464,800 Agent Warrants, each Warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.25 to January 30, 2013.

Ich denke, die Schuldentilgung auf diesem Wege ( und mit diesen Stückzahlen / Bedingungen ) ist sehr akzebtabel:

(TSX:SAM.TO - News) (the "Company") announces it has arranged a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $2,250,000. The private placement will consist of up to 9,000,000 Units at a price of $0.25 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share of Starcore and one-half of one transferable common share purchase warrant, each whole warrant exercisable for a period of two years from the date of issue to purchase one common share of Starcore at a price of $0.35 per share.

The net proceeds of the private placement will be used to repay the outstanding balance of the acquisition loan with Investec Bank (U.K.) Limited in the amount of US$3,221,041.95.

A 6% cash commission will be paid to eligible finders for such portion of the financing as may be attributable to such finders' efforts; brokers' warrants will apply to registered brokers and exempt market dealers in the form of 8% of the portion of the financing as may be attributable to such brokers' efforts.

Nun, lt. SEDAR haben sie pünktlich und regelmäßig ihre forward sales Verpflichtungen bedient.

Aber machen wir jetzt daraus keine Haarspalterei, denn

mir ist - als Aktionär -
eine börsennotierte Gesellschaft lieber, die
nach Jahren ( erstmals ) wieder in die Gewinnzone kommt

als

eine Gesellschaft die seit Jahren regelmäßig Gewinne ausweist. Hier ist die Fantasie im Kurs schon seit Jahren eingepreist.

Ich würde diese Frage gerne bei den nächsten Quartalzahlen beantworten, weil ich denke das dort dieser Bilanzeffekt sich genau andersherum wirken könnte.

Nur als Tip. Wenn ich eine Ware bereits verkauft habe und sie wie verträglich vereinbart liefere dann wird diese bei Lieferung als Verlust gebucht. Wenn ich aber nicht liefere, weil gerade nicht produziert wurde oder nicht kann, was dann? Ich denke das dies eine alte abgrenzte Bilanzposition war die aufgelöst wurde.

Aber richtig kann diese Frage nur Starcore selber beantworten.

So wie ich die Bilanz lese, kann Starcore etwas Cash generieren und hat es geschafft +/- Null herauszukommen. Wenn nichts dazwischen kommen sollte, dürfte nächstes Jahr der Gewinn erheblich steigen.

Könntest du bitte dem Leser deine Gedanken / dein Wissen zu diesen " Varianten "
in Bezug auf den angesprochenen Quartalsbericht
( und dort im speziellen das " net $3.1 million realized and unrealized loss on forward sales .... " )
hier zu Ende bringen bzw. präzisieren.
