Aber ich nehme mal an, dass man in entwickelten Ländern durchaus die Industrieproduktion genau messen konnte. Es gab ja damals auch schon Steuern und vor allem Zölle.
Und ob "unterentwickelte" Länder wirklich so eine Rolle spielten? Wahrscheinlich erheblich weniger als heutige Schwellenländer nehme ich mal an.
