LIVINGSTON, N.J., Nov. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MM2 Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MMGP) reported on November 19, 2007, in a Form 10-QSB filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, net income of $951,855 for the quarter ending September 30, 2007, which is the first quarter of fiscal 2008 for the Company. In the same time period last year, the Company reported a loss of $1,379,761.

Total sales for the three months ended September 30, 2007 and 2006 were $691,925 and $26,141, respectively. The increase in sales in 2007 was derived from the sales of nutritional supplements and vitamins by Genotec.

Total other (income) expense for the three months ended September 30, 2007 was an income of $1,236,773. This total was comprised of a gain on revaluation of derivatives of $1,563,953, consulting income of $70,000 and interest income of $5,050. These amounts are offset by amortization of the discount on debt conversion of $223,344, liquidated damages of $114,029, interest expense of $47,957 and beneficial interest expense of $16,900 due to the difference between value of the consulting fees and the fair value of the stock at the date of issuance. Loss from operations for the three months ended September 30, 2007 equaled $284,918 versus a loss of $202,182 in the same period last year.

This financial performance is a record in the history of the MM2 Group.

Mark Meller, CEO of MM2 Group, commented, \"We are proud to report these results for the first quarter of 2008. The management team at Genotec Nutritionals, our wholly-owned subsidiary, is doing an excellent job of delivering great results.\"

Our cardiac care line, which is in beta testing at select outlets, shows very exciting potential. Our Sugarest(TM) diet product has captured the imagination of the news media throughout the United States, where it has been featured on over 100 television news programs on every major network in the country, and was even featured on ABC\'s national news program, Good Morning America. We look forward to continuing to deliver superior results throughout the rest of the year. Shareholders should read the complete details of our first quarter results in the Company\'s recently filed Form 10-QSB.\"

LIVINGSTON, N.J., Nov. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MM2 Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MMGP) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Genotec Nutritionals, Inc., a New York based nutraceutical company which generates its sales from the distribution of its branded products and through custom formulations for several large strategic partners, has closed on a very large order for high potency odorless fish oil softgels.

The transaction is valued at over $1,100,000, which is to be delivered over the next 7 months.

Fish oil is known for being rich in unsaturated fatty acids and provides essential Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). Fish oil may help reduce or inhibit risk factors involved in cardiovascular disease, cognitive decline, macular degeneration, as well as inflammatory and immune disorders. Omega-3 fatty acids also help prevent menopausal symptoms, promotes better circulation and neural development, and lowers cholesterol and triglycerides.

Mark Meller, CEO of MM2 Group, stated, 'Genotec is committed to providing cutting edge products to the market in a timely fashion. This order is among the largest in the Company's history, and rapidly accelerates our growth plan. We have successfully positioned Genotec to grow into a very large company in the near future.'

MM2 Group Closes Sale for New Venture in China
      Transaction Valued at $170,000

LIVINGSTON, N.J., April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MM2 Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MMGP) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Genotec Nutritionals, Inc., a New York based nutraceutical company which generates its sales from the distribution of its branded products and through custom formulations for several large strategic partners, has closed on a sale for the manufacture of fish oil sofgels. The sofgels will be manufactured in China at the plant of Genotec's joint venture partner.

The customer is one of the largest companies in the nutraceutical industry. While the transaction is initially valued at roughly $170,000, it is anticipated that this order can become a monthly or bi-monthly order, depending upon the customer's satisfaction with the initial shipment.

The current capacity of the state of the art plant is 1.5 billion capsules per year. The plant was designed and built according to the latest cGMP requirements, in full compliance with both U. S. and China standards. The plant is capable of expanding capacity to 5 billion sofgel capsules per year.

George Kontonotas, President of Genotec, stated, 'We are very excited about this venture. The plant is a China SFDA certified facility that complies with cGMP manufacturing standards. These high standards, which allow the plant to currently manufacture pharmaceuticals, make this among the highest quality plants which can be found manufacturing products in the nutritional supplement marketplace.'

Mark Meller, CEO of MM2 Group, commented, 'This is just the first step in our plan. Following the completion of this order, we will have one of the largest and most prestigious companies in the industry as a reference-able customer. As a result, we expect that other, smaller companies will jump in line to take advantage of our cost competitive and high quality products. We hope to be in a position to make several exciting announcements in the near future regarding sales activity from this new venture.'

Thanks for the chart MOMO. Look at the huge turn in the CMF and the accum/dist huge straight line. Also the CMF took a huge turn north. Also the one indicator that I REALLY like to follow is the TRIX and that shot straight up as well. You take all this on the chart into effect and the fact that no dilution was confirmed after the bell today. This is going much higher. I think this one has had very nice revenue. Some nice contracts and the OS has only gone up about 20 million since the last run. Its very undervalued. The last run took us to almost .02 or so. Also the last run was only about half the volume. I really think todays volume was some buying for something else to come. I would not be shocked to see more news very soon. I mean hell look at EESO they are only really announcing new contract and they have had a hell of a run. We have already had some nice contracts in place that are already producing revenue and just singed a big one that could be huge going forward. The buying on this was freaking huge today there is no doubt about it. You watch i bet this gaps to .0033-.0034 tomorrow morning and we see .004 very soon after the open.

MM2 Group Provides Additional Quotes for New Venture in China
Additional Large Transactions in the Pipeline

LIVINGSTON, N.J., April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- MM2 Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MMGP) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Genotec Nutritionals, Inc., a New York based nutraceutical company which generates its sales from the distribution of its branded products and through custom formulations for several large strategic partners, has quoted on several large transactions for the manufacture of fish oil sofgels. The sofgels will be manufactured in China at the plant of Genotec's joint venture partner.

The potential customers are second tier (in terms of size) companies in the nutraceutical industry. The transactions, as quoted, are valued at between $136,000 to $204,000 per month.

The current capacity of the state of the art plant is 1.5 billion capsules per year. The plant was designed and built according to the latest cGMP requirements, in full compliance with both U. S. and China standards. The plant is capable of expanding capacity to 5 billion sofgel capsules per year.

Mark Meller, CEO of MM2 Group, commented, 'We don't typically announce quotes, as opposed to orders. However, the level of activity for new sales quotes in the days since we announced our order with a major player in the industry has prompted us to release this update. Our plan seems to be working. Having closed a deal with one of the largest and most prestigious companies in the industry, other, smaller companies are looking to us to take advantage of our cost competitive and high quality products. What's exciting is that these transactions are only for a single product, whereas we can manufacture many other products like Vitamin E sofgels. The market opportunity is huge. We hope to be in a position to make several exciting announcements in the near future regarding sales activity from this new venture.'

Universal Detection Technology Receives Purchase Order for Hand Held Assays From Israeli Company
Hand Held Assays Used for Detection of Anthrax Sold to Israeli Company

LOS ANGELES, April 23, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Universal Detection Technology (OTCBB:UDTT) (Frankfurt:PO8) (www.udetection.com), a developer of early warning monitoring technologies to protect people from bioterrorism and a provider of counter terrorism training and solutions, announced today that it has received a purchase order from an Israeli company for the Company's Hand Held Assays (HHA).

The Israeli government as well as private security firms are actively improving their preparedness for a bioterror attack as the potential threat of such an attack from terror organizations and states with active biological weapon programs, such as Syria, grows. As an example, large numbers of the Israeli population have received smallpox inoculations.

UDTT's anthrax detection HHAs have provided accurate results to users in the field in as little as three minutes. The assays have been purchased by first responders throughout the country as well as the U.S. Army. The kits are able to detect anthrax spores well below the threshold for an infectious dose.

"We have seen increased interest in our bioterrorism detection kits recently from Israeli security firms and we hope that this trend can open up doors to more international sales of UDTT's HHAs," said Mr. Jacques Tizabi, UDTT's Chief Executive Officer.

      Von Marc Pitzke, New York
