Ich habe heute den CEO von Exousia, Wayne Rodrigue, getroffen. Da ich kein Fachmann bezüglich deren Business und Patente bin kann ich nur meinen Eindruck zu den Unternehmenschancen weitergeben. Der Markt in China boomt und die Firma ist ziemlich am Anfang mit dabei, hat einen Türöffner, der sich vor Ort sehr gut auskennt und hervorragende Kontakte zur Regierung und hohen Wirtschaftsgrössen hat. Ich denke hier ist also nicht entscheidend, dass Exousia ein ganz tolles Patent oder Produkt hat was einzigartig ist und nur Vorteile bringt (das kann ich wie gesagt zuwenig einschätzen), sondern die Kontakte...

"On January 29, 2008 the Company entered into an Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Northern International Group (NIG) headquartered in Tianjin, China. Under the terms of the agreement, NIG will distribute Exousia's Advanced Industrial Coatings. The exclusive agreement covers the Provinces of Jeilongiang Province, Jilin Province, Liaoning Province, Beijing Municipality, Tianjin Municipality, Hebei Province, Shandong Province, Shanxi Province, and the Inner Mongolia District.

The agreement is for 10 years. Company agrees to install an industrial coatings manufacturing facility in Tianjin, China to supply Northern's needs. NIG has agreed to purchase 5,000 gallons of industrial coatings within 90 days of signing of the agreement and to purchase a total of 200,000 gallons in calendar year 2008.

On January 29, 2008 the Company also entered into an Exclusive Distributor Agreement with Mr. David Rong for the Central China area. The Provinces are Chongqing, Sichuan, Shanxi, Gangsu, Qinghai, Ningxia and Xinjiang. The agreement calls for Mr. Rong to purchase $1,000,000 worth of industrial coatings from the Company within the first year of the signing date of the agreement."

On or about December 10, 2007, a lawsuit was filed by CorrBan Technologies, Inc. and Thin Film Technology, Inc., Plaintiffs, against Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc., Shield Industries, Inc., Global Development Enterprise, Inc., Vickers Industrial Coatings, Inc., Elorian Landers, Peter Wokoun, and Rodney Watkins, Defendants, in the 133rd Judicial District Court of Harris County, Texas, bearing Cause No. 2007-74646. In the Lawsuit, Plaintiffs alleged misappropriation of proprietary information, breach of fiduciary duty and fraud. The allegations stem from the fact that Defendants Landers, Watkins and Wokoun had all been associated with Plaintiff CorrBan Technologies, Inc. In the past, and are now believed to be associated with Defendant Shield Industries, Inc. in the development, manufacture and sale of products similar to those manufactured and sold by Plaintiffs. Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc., which is known to be considering a business relationship with Defendant Shield Industries, Inc., is also named as a defendant in the lawsuit. The investigation of the lawsuit is in its initial stages. However, Defendants Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc., Shield Industries, Inc., Elorian Landers and Rodney Watkins (as “Consenting Defendants”) have already entered into an agreement with Plaintiffs whereby the Consenting Defendants have agreed to refrain from engaging in certain activities during the pendency of the lawsuit, which activities are not believed by the Consenting Defendants to be material to the conduct of business by either Exousia Advanced Materials, Inc. or Shield Industries, Inc. The Consenting Defendants will continue to take prompt appropriate action to investigate the claims made by Plaintiffs, and to defend or resolve such claims as may be appropriate in the circumstances.

Gibts hier News oder warum steigt die Aktie?

Die scheinen jetzt am Anfang ihrer operativen Tätigkeit in China zu stehen - könnte also interessant sein. Das würde auch den Kurssprung in den letzten 4 Wochen erklären nach dem Kursverfall davor wie bei allen anderen Aktien auch.

sehr volatiler Aktienkurs im Moment. Bin mal gespannt wie das weitergeht - in China machen ja trotz der niedrigen Produktionskosten viele wieder zu.
