PTS, Inc. Announces Formation of Hong Kong Subsidiary, PTS GROUP LIMITED


Move is Part of Strategy Moving Glove Box Inc. Forward

LAS VEGAS, Apr 30, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PTS, Inc. (OTCBB:PTSH) management announced that they have formed a new subsidiary company in Hong Kong, China. The new company is PTS GROUP LIMITED (Hong Kong) with registration number 39196189000.
PTS will be assigning Glove Box(TM) Inc. into this Hong Kong subsidiary as a subsidiary, and management is in the final stage of negotiation for an LOI (Letter of Intent) on either a JV (Joint Venture) or an acquisition of a medical equipment company. The objective of this proposed business enterprise would be for the Chinese medical equipment company to further develop and market the Glove Box(TM) in conjunction with their existing medical equipment product lines.

PTS is sending a management team to complete this proposed transaction in the month of May 2008.

The new company, PTS GROUP LIMITED (Hong Kong), will be regulated in accordance with the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32). As a wholly owned subsidiary of PTS, Inc., all activities will be compliant with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission. There will be a commonality of the Board of Directors and management. As referenced above, the new Hong Kong subsidiary will actively engage in completing M&A (merger & acquisition) opportunities with one or more private China companies. These private companies will benefit from the expertise of PTS, Inc. relative to the U.S. public financial markets.

Peter Chin, the President and CEO of PTS, Inc., stated, "My recent trip earlier this month to China allowed me to meet with the management team of the medical equipment company, and they were very enthusiastic with the potential the Glove Box(TM) affords."

During the same trip, Mr. Chin visited ShanXi, China and also met with government officials to present DAC's DACTRAK proprietary software for the possibilities in their mining inspection process. The discussions were on the company's DACTRAK software and the results of the presentation are that it would need to conform to certain needs such as the language formats and data. Due to these needs specified, further evaluations will be needed for both parties.
