Anviron Reports 1st Quarter Financial Results up 20% Over Budget


The Anviron Holding Company (Pinksheets:ANVH ) ("Anviron"), a manufacturer and marketer of "Clean & Green" products and technology, today announced financial results for its month ending September 30, 2008 were posted on www.pinksheets.com. The Company posted record revenue of $12.6 million and net profit of $5.13 million, or $0.0462432 per basic share.

Seit 3 Quartalen positiv, erwarteter Gewinn 2009 30 CENT.
Kurs 4 CENT
Bei einem KGV von 10 wären wir bei 3$$$$

Wundert mich auch das hier noch keiner auf den Wert aufmerksam wurde.

With all the great news out in the public domain why is the pps lower then the qtrly eps?

We had a 2 ton Elephant that was sitting on the stock, squashing the price. Elephant is gone!!! Slain last week!!!
That is why this stock is where its at!!!

What do we have to look forward to?

1) Mine reclamation MOU worth an estimated 70,000,000 bucks.
Per Moshe, the final contracts are being worked out. The company is moving assets to Thailand, and indication that they believe strongly in the deal being done.

2)The company is moving rapidly into the beach restoration business.

3)The lab is working with the Nigerian Oil co, expectations are that this will lead to product sales.

4)The company is in the process of converting to GAAP from the EU standard, and Hiring a PCOAB audit firm to do a US GAAP audit.

Now items 1,2 and 3 above are not "seasonal" products therefore we should still see some developments from them in the next few weeks and months. Will have to ask the company or perhaps Moshe on item number 5, I am not sure which of their products that entails.

6)The goal for this stock is to get it off the pinks and onto the AMEX. ( when you see this think $2 pps) The powers to be do not want to rs the stock to do so. Therefore they are committed to doing everything in their power to get the pps well above current levels. They do this by validation and soaking up shares.

I expect them to get going on the validation process real soon, and I would suspect that they have been buying shares in the open market and will continue to do so.
