EnWave Subsidiary, Hans Binder Maschinenbau GmbH, Secures New Multi-Million Dollar Machine Order

EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its German subsidiary, Hans Binder Maschinenbau GmbH (“Binder”), has secured a purchase order valued at approximately CAD$3,150,000 for a large scale convective air dehydrator. The purchase order was submitted by a repeat customer based in South Korea.

Based on the Company’s percentage of completion accounting method, this order will be recognized as revenue throughout 2015 fiscal year. Binder has significantly improved its machine order book since EnWave’s acquisition in 2012 and is currently targeting several additional large projects for the upcoming fiscal year.

Hans Binder Machinenbau GmbH (Binder) Binders Maschinenorderbuch für das Geschäftsjahr 2014 besitzt jetzt einen Wert von insgesamt über 5 Millionen Euro (7 Mio. CAD). Dies ist eine wesentliche Verbesserung gegenüber einem Orderbuch von weniger als 140.000 Euro (200.000 CAD) zum Zeitpunkt von EnWaves Akquisition der Binder GmbH im Oktober 2012. Die Verbesserung beruht darauf, dass Binders Managementteam seine Verkaufsbemühung verstärkt hat und sich auf die Wiederherstellung des Orderbuchs auf die in der Vergangenheit üblichen Niveaus konzentriert. Das Managementteam setzt die Verhandlungen fort und verfolgt aussichtsreiche neue Aufträge und baut das Orderbuch im verbleibenden Jahr 2014 und in 2015 weiter aus. Binder kann jetzt einen positiven Cashflow vorweisen. NutraDried LLP (NutraDried) NutraDried kommt nach der erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme und dem Betrieb ihrer 100-kW- nutraREV®-Anlage in Ferndale, US-Bundesstaat Washington, jetzt richtig in Schwung. NutraDrieds erster Verkauf im Oktober 2013 war an DPI Specialty Foods, das Moon Cheese® an eine Anzahl von Einzelhandelsgeschäften liefert einschließlich Geschäfte von Fred Meyer und QFC im pazifischen Nordwesten. EnWave Subsidiary, NutraDried LLP, Receives First Private-Label Order for Cheese Snack Products

EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave”, or the "Company") is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, NutraDried LLP (the “LLP”), has received an initial private-label purchase order for its dried cheese snack product. The first order is expected to be delivered to the major North American private-label customer in the second half of 2014 for an initial product test launch.

During the month of June 2014, the LLP installed and started-up a 100kW nutraREV® machine in Ferndale, Washington State and has been producing commercial product on the new machine over the past several months. The LLP has received orders for approximately 14,000 pounds of dried cheese product for the month of September thus far.

The License grants Natural Nutrition the exclusive right to process blueberry products using the Company's Radiant Energy Vacuum ("REV™") dehydration technology and the non-exclusive right to process apple, plum, strawberry, cherry, peach, grape, raspberry and blackberry products. In exchange for these rights, Natural Nutrition has agreed to pay EnWave a royalty on the revenue derived from the sale of the aforementioned products.

Pursuant to the Purchase Order, EnWave will build and install a small commercial-scale nutraREV® machine at Natural Nutrition's facility in the second half of 2014 to support initial market development efforts and commercial production.
