ZIMTU CAPITAL CORP. AMENDS PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Further to the news release issued April 29, 2015, Zimtu Capital Corp. has amended the terms of its proposed private placement.
The flow-through common shares will be offered at a price of 26.5 cents per FT share, and the units will be offered at a price of 25.5 cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $1-million for all securities issued. Each unit will consist of one non-flow-through common share and one warrant. One warrant will be exercisable into one additional non-flow-through common shares of the company at a price of 30 cents per warrant share for a period of 24 months from closing.
All other terms of the private placement previously announced remain unchanged.
