As part of its $75M Investment strategy, 8000inc has drawn down $10M USD in its planned strategy for developing the 8000inc flagship site in Barbados and Brand8000.
MANASSASS, VA, Feb. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - The Investment Network of 8000inc has agreed to utilize their existing positions in the company to raise $10M for the company's aggressive development and branding strategy in Barbados. This stock will be held in a brokerage escrow account and used as collateral to draw down $10MUSD. At any point, 8000inc can repay the capital raised and the stock will be returned to the 8000inc Investor Network. There is no margin call or interest bearing on the funding nor sale of the stock granted for the transaction. However the terms allow increased draw down of capital for corporate acquisitions, project development and expansion in line with any increase in share equity.
Thomas Kelly, CEO 8000inc, stated, "The project in Barbados, launched this month is growing at such a pace it is already generating revenues during the pre-marketing phase. These results were reported for February's figures 2010 one week before the end of month. If the current trend for growth continues, then the planned yearly revenue target of $1M USD will be exceeded by October 2010. It is important to note that the sales and lease figures are cumulative. January 1st was launch day. SVR started collecting revenue from a zero book value. Week on week, month on month revenues will be posted cumulatively due to the promotional strategy and additive components. While away I was able to spend some time visiting various properties on the island as well as the sports arena while it is being remodeled. The folks there doing the work at the Desmond Haynes Oval expressed more gratitude than you can imagine at the help 8,000inc. has and will be providing. It was definitely a unique opportunity to see so much going on and the progression to date. 8,000inc. is actually, a larger sponsor than Coca-Cola and many others.
While here I was able to meet some the folks that are involved in the various stages of development and will be returning to meet others in December at the Lime Grove opening.…(oh, I took a golf lesson too ?).
Among the folks close to 8,000inc., like Sir Gary Sobers, Desmond Haynes and of course, the Minister of Tourism who’s name I am not even going to attempt to spell. These are the types of relationships being established here that continue to grow with each new endeavor.

Ok, bin nochmal größer rein ... Nachdem EIGH auf grey gesetzt wurde und auch kurz suspended war, hätte ich nicht gedacht, dass die SEC sie solange laufen läßt. Gehe von einem guten Up Potential aus, auch da es unglaublich schwierig war in den letzten Tagen überhaupt Stücke zu bekommen.

So, am Merger dürften wir jetzt nahe drann sein ... mal sehen was kommt.
Nachdem die letzten Tage nix mehr "gewachsen" ist ... bin ich ein wenig skeptischer was das Up Potential betrifft, allerdings gibt es auch keine nennenswerten Verkäufe
