Scheint ein Standardsatz bei solchen Maßnahmen zu sein. Leider habe ich diesbezüglich auch keine Erfahrung und kein Wissen. Offensichtlich haben Fonds/größere Anleger bestimmte Bedingungen erhalten, vielleicht ja auch Mindestanlagesummen (?), unter denen sie bieten können und man fragt den normalen Kleinanleger gar nicht.
Wenn hier der normale Kleinanleger nicht bieten könnte, wäre es m.E. ein große Schweinerei.
Aber das sind wir (bin ich) ja gewohnt ... Und am Ende, wenn man das ein paar Mal mitgemacht hat, wird der ganze Laden übernommen und die Kleinanleger werden zur Not zwangsweise abgefunden. Alle anderen haben prima verdient.
Eine HV zu veranstalten und zu schweigen und dann das, das zerstört jegliches Vertrauen.
Auf jeden Fall einmal mehr ein großes Dankeschön an dich, Germane1, dass du die ausländischen Foren überwachst und uns fortlaufend informierst.

Noch etwas zu "Seltenen Erden". Heute hat Lynas ein Präsentation seine Hauptversammlung veröffentlicht. Dabei verzeichnet der Preis für NdPr im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr rückläufige Tendenz. Als Gründe werden genannt, schwache chinesische Konjunktur im allgemeinen und eine weltweite Flaute der Automobilindustrie im speziellen, was zu Produktionsrückgängen bei den Magnetherstellern führte und für Lathanum Rückgänge bei Katalysatoren. Erst für 2021 wird mit einer Erholung der Nachfrage gerechnet, durch die Einführung neuer E-Autos. Basierend auf der Nachfragemenge für 2020 wird mit einer Verdoppelung der Nachfragemenge NdPr für 2030 gerechnet.
Dann noch was zu den Verhandlungen der Australier mit den Amerikanern bzgl. einer Kooperation bei Seltenen Erden. Es wurden von der Verhandlungsrunde Fotos veröffentlicht auf denen auch eine Projektion an die Wand einer Präsentation zu sehen ist und darauf ist in der Fußzeile zu lesen der Name einer australischen Anwaltskanzlei und Rio Tinto. Die australischen Postern, denen dies aufgefallen ist, spekulieren nun, dass die bedeutet, dass Rio Tinto in irgendeiner Form aktiv wird und sich an australischen Projekten wie z.B. ALK, ARU, NTU, HAS etc. beteiligen wird.
Dann noch was zu den Verhandlungen der Australier mit den Amerikanern bzgl. einer Kooperation bei Seltenen Erden. Es wurden von der Verhandlungsrunde Fotos veröffentlicht auf denen auch eine Projektion an die Wand einer Präsentation zu sehen ist und darauf ist in der Fußzeile zu lesen der Name einer australischen Anwaltskanzlei und Rio Tinto. Erklärungsansatz, warum sich bei Aktienkurs so wenig nach Norden bewegt, trotz positiver Nachrichten:
Over 3mths it's not. Boda discovery is the only significant new to happened in that time. Seems to have settled on new valuation and that will have potential to change on news flow in coming weeks...
Good Boda drill hits (would be > 63c after that)
Dubbo start/demerger (might retain 63c but shareholders have new shares in another company)
Tom region reserve increase (longer cash generating LOM so shouldn't be < 63c)
Extra ore/grade through mill (production upgrade in high price cycle tends to influence price up)
As a gold producer it's valuation has to be impacted by POG, that has trimmed a healthy margin recently and index holdings also rebalance so that can pressure down. That's more a simmer or gentle bubble. Some of the above can be a blop and the fire under the pot has been turned up.

Denn normalerweise bilde ich mir ein, verstehe ich sein English, wenn er in den Interviews spricht. Das ist so wie Bayerisch sprechen und das als deutsch zu bezeichnen. Ich weiß wovon ich spreche ;-), ich bin ein "Schluchtenscheißer" ;-). Und diese Sprache als Englisch zu bezeichnen, das ist auch echt ein Statement ;-). Wie sagen sie so schön in down under: Alles "Prisoners of Mother England".
