In addition, Ningde era also participated in the lithium mining company NAL. The chairman of Ningde Times, Zeng Yiqun, owns the exploration rights of lithium mines through Societe de Mines d'Or Resources SARLU controlled by Ruiyou Investment, and Tantalex Resources Corporation, which is invested by Ruihua Investment, owns exploration rights for lithium, cobalt and antimony ore. Lithium, cobalt, etc. are all key raw materials for the manufacture of power batteries.

"In December 2011, Zeng Yuqun, the president of New Energy Technology (ATL), and Huang Shilin, who was the director of Dongguan New Energy R&D, led the establishment of Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (CATL). Emerging businesses develop independently."
"Since the signing of this letter of commitment, if the Ningde era further expands its main business scope, the company and other companies other than Ningde Times and its subsidiaries controlled directly or indirectly by the Company will not expand with the Ningde era. The main business is competitive; if it competes with the main business after the expansion of Ningde Times, the company and other companies other than Ningde Times and its holding subsidiaries controlled directly or indirectly by the Company will cease to operate in competition, or Incorporating competing businesses into the Ningde era, or transferring competing businesses to non-affiliated third parties to avoid horizontal competition."
In other words, in the future, these upstream lithium battery raw material mining companies have the objective possibility of being included in the Ningde era management system.

Actually to be frank, and the fact as others say he bought shares following the approval to do so, and before he knew what the drill results were. In most cases when AVZ provides a drilling Ann the SP has fallen btw (so was surprised it went up after that drilling update). To be frank the Nov 6 drilling update had nice results, but they weren't as great as previous results, albeit still very good so I was surprised for a change the SP went up after drilling results.
The transport Ann on 7 November was really an update Ann showing they are still looking at options to reduce transport costs, but no numbers given ( which we would expect updates anyway since they are moving to PFS so are seeking to continue to investigate the costs structures they were quoting in the SS and seeking to reduce them). And unless the ASX has been living under a rock transport costs is the largest single OPEX cost variable in AVZ's cost structures by a long way (hence any improvement there is going to aid the PFS significantly).
Finally, what annoys me the most is it would appear to me the ASX has targetted AVZ, whereas I just wonder what other entities have been getting away with in their Scoping Studies and reports on viability. To be frank the ASX appears too me is really hammering a lot of entities that have their exploration plays outside Oz, like CLA, whilst the Australian based plays seem to be getting away with a bit. And don't ask me which ones I feel have said stuff in their Anns that if AVZ had said them they would be asked questions by the ASX. Or is it that the ASX only looks at issues after been told by non-holders??

AVZ? Im tropischen Regenwald der DR Kongo? Nicht dein Ernst....also 2030 vielleicht.

There's nothing wrong with this request from the ASX. A director buys 1m shares and then 2 trading days later they release a price sensitive announcement. I would expect nothing less of the ASX.
I sense the bitternes of the posts in this thread is moreso to do with the languishing share price and a large portion of holders currently deep in the red and looking for somewhere to place the blame.
