Auf Seite 11 "Why Nevada?" wird folgende Aussage getätigt, jedoch ohne Angabe einer Quelle.
Diese Quelle würde mich sehr interessieren und auch wie "Nevada" gedenkt dies in die Tat umzusetzten bzw. konkret seine Juniorexplorer auf dem Weg zum Lithiumproduzenten zu unterstützen.

Unternehmensmeldung und letzter Präsentation gab es nach dem Sharesplit insgesamt 35,910,672 ausgegebene Aktien. Seitdem gab es ein Placement bei dem 11,256,500 neue Aktien ausgegeben wurden was in der Summe 47,167,172 ausgegebene Aktien wären.
Die Website von American Lithium sagt aus, dass es zum 19.10. 60,847,172 ausgegebene Aktien gegeben hat, sprich es wurden ca. 13,680,000 Warrants eingelöst und ich behaupte mal, dass ein Teil davon "versilbert" wurde. Dies würde auch zum gestiegenen Umsatz passen.
Dies stellt jedoch nur meine Meinung da und sollte hier auch erwähnt werden.

Insiderverkäufe Michael Kobler (CEO)
Ja es sind bisher nur 50.000 Stücke und Herr Kobler hält noch 1,770,000 Stücke an LI, aber Hand aufs Herz ist dies das Zeichen was bestehende und potenzielle Investoren sehen wollen. Auf der einen Seite startet man Marketiing um Investoren auf das "Potenzial" aufmerksam zu machen und auf der anderen Seite trennt sich der CEO von Anteilen...
Die letzten 6 Monate - sprich seit der "Trendwende" gab es übrigens keine Insiderkäufe...
