Early-stage company investors are eyeing DDC stock, but are reluctant to buy in at this stage.

“We would need to see some early revenue. It’s not about the dollar amount, but the quality of the revenue,” said Maria Pacella, portfolio manager and senior vice-president of private-equity venture capital at Vancouver-based PenderFund Capital Management.

“It’s on our radar,” she said. “We like the market. We like this company. The recent announcement is another indication that it has a real chance to be a leader in this space.”

" In the past year, the company achieved key milestones such as successfully completing the Transport Canada commercial pilot program in Moosonee/ Moose Factory, receiving pilot approval from Transport Canada and NAV Canada, signing the company's first commercial agreement, and now is announcing a commercial partnership with a major airline, which we believe is a first in the drone industry. We continue to see DDC as a leading technology innovator in commercial drone delivery and believe long-term investors with a tolerance for start-up risk will be well rewarded."

GMP war doch jeweils Underwriter der durchgeführten Kapitalerhöhungen und hält selber Optionen und Aktien von DDC.

Und sie haben DDC bei dieser Transaktion "beraten", was auch immer da zu beraten war. Haben also wieder Geld verdient mit DDC.

Aber es kommt noch viel besser:

"The analyst is related to an officer, director or advisory board member of this issuer."

"The analyst and/or a member of their household has a position in this issuer's securities."


In Zusammenhang mit DDC scheint in Kanada das Wort "Interessenkonflikt" nicht zu existieren.

Es ist immer schwer, ja geradezu unmöglich mit manchen Menschen auf einen gemeinsamen Nenner zu kommen. Akzeptier einfach, dass es auch eine andere Meinungen gibt. Damit sollte eigentlich diese Neiddebatte beendet sein. Wünsche allen noch einen schönen Abend im Biergarten. Würde dem ein oder anderen sicher ganz gut tun. In diesem Sinne Prost 😉🍻

Eventuell habe ich mich nicht konkret genug ausgedrückt - sorry dafür und ich versuche es erneut:


da geht es nich mal im Ansatz ums Gönnen, da uns ja beiden bewusst ist, dass jeder unterdurchschnittlich intelligente mit einem einkommen von rd. 3k€/m ein solchen Fahrzeug fahren kann... easy credit - credit easy!


Toni hat sich die Kiste evtl auch aus seiner (erfolgreichen?) Zeit vor DDC verdient/erarbeitet und es spricht nichts dagegen, dass er damit um die Häuser zieht...

In Anbetracht der aktuellen Situation von DDC (keine Genehmigungen, Kapitalerhöhung, verschobene Kommerzialisierung, hohe Management fees, aggressive+teure Börsenwerbung etc..) ist es meines Erachtens nach ein absoluter WAHNSINN, solche Statements in der Öffentlichkeit rauszuhauen. Vor allem weil viele DDC Fans/Investoren ihn auf Facebook "verfolgen".

Das hat rein gar nix mit gönnen und/oder Neid zu tun - da handelt es sicht schlicht und einfach um reinen Hausverstand in Kombination mit ein bisschen Taktgefühl bzgl der Angemessenheit von Taten/Aktivitäten in gewissen Situationen.

Er hatte doch schon vorher Kohle und nun hat er halt noch viel mehr. Er ist halt ein gewiefter Trickser - muss man nicht gut finden, aber ist ja (leider) nicht illegal.


DDC bekommt heute etwas Rückenwind von Amazon, die haben ein neues Drohnen-Design und sind optimistisch, damit bald loslegen zu können:

Arme Welt... Jetzt wird man persönlich. Erst wenn ich auch fett verdient habe, darf der andere sich was leisten? Lass dem Mann doch seinen Spaß. Vielleicht noch in ne Bretterbude umziehen? Ich sag ja leider typisch deutsch. Also ich liebe die Kölsche Mentalität. Einfach mal ein Bier oder ne Weinschorle trinke und mal durchatmen. Dann wieder sachlich diskutieren.
