QYOU Media Raises $3 Million Via Bought Deal

TORONTO and DUBLIN, Ireland and LOS ANGELES, June 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- QYOU Media Inc. (TSXV:QYOU) (the “Company” or “QYOU”) has today entered into an agreement with Clarus Securities Inc., on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters (collectively, the “Underwriters”), pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 15,000,000 units (the “Units”) of the Company at a price of C$0.20 per Unit (the “Offering Price”) for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of C$3,000,000 (the “Offering”). Each Unit will be comprised of one common share of the Company (a “Unit Share”) and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole common share purchase warrant, a “Warrant”). Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company (a “Warrant Share”) at a price of C$0.37 per Warrant Share for a period of 24 months following the Closing Date (as defined below).

The Company has also agreed to grant the Underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase an additional 2,250,000 Units at the Offering Price, exercisable in whole or in part, for a period ending 30 days from and including the Closing Date. In the event the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the aggregate gross proceeds of the Offering will be C$3,450,000.

The Units will be offered in each of the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario by short form prospectus. The Units may also be sold to United States purchasers on a private placement basis pursuant to an exemption from the registration requirements in Rule 144A of the United States Securities Act, and in those jurisdictions outside of Canada and the United States which are agreed to by the Company and Clarus, where the Units can be issued on a private placement basis, exempt from any prospectus, registration or other similar requirements.

The Offering is expected to close on or about July 17, 2018 (the “Closing Date”) and is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for working capital and general corporate purposes.

PowerOne Capital Markets Limited has also been appointed as a special advisor to the Company.

Wer unter 0.300-0.200 Euro unter pari 0.200 Euro verkauft beabsichtigt nach einer Gesamtmarktdrehung zyklisch mit der gesamten Performance nach oben Gewinne laufen lassen.
Wer weiß denn ob sich hier in Qyou Mediaktie mehr Umsätze als in anderen kanadischen Wertpaieren,Bewertungen die gleichen Stückzahlen ableiten lassen wird.

Der schreibt doch schon seit 2017 so ein gejammer. Der will mur den spread der Aktie nutzen, der alte daily trailer. Erst jamnern gucken ob der kurs fällt dann kaufen. Schnautze halten bis der kurs wieder steigt und verkaufen natürlich nur meine persönliche vermutung🤣

Antizyklisch sehe ich hier über Frankfurt, für das Internationale Qyou Media Wertpapier viel mehr Geld zwischen alten Kauflimitspanne 0.300-0.150 Euro.
Abgerundet hat Qyouaktie sich Super toll Tagesgültig zwischen Leerkäufer 0.139 Euro zu tief, mehr Aktienausgabe 0.150 Euro im Intraday Börsenhandel ausführen können.
Damit hat sich eine Marke im unteren Fenster, zwischen Leerkäufer mit 12.000 Aktien, zum Echtzeitkauf 0.150-0.174 Euro Gegensätzlich bewegen lassen.
Optimal wäre aufgerundet, einiges mehr an Umsatz ab 0.174 Euro förderlich für Qyou Mediaaktie.
Prima sind definitiv die Daten von heute!
Es bleibt spannend ob sich bis Ultimo Juni, der lauf und weiter Gewinne investieren zu lassen.
