Hier noch einmal eine kurze Zusammenstellung der aktuellen News & Gerüchte:
- Stocktwits:
"FDA process approval rates of mAbs that went through humanized preclinicals. Nt-219 is the best mAb humans have ever created as far as preclinicals have gone. Stop with the bullshit scare tactics. Yes failure is a possibility and yes it has a long road if it doesn’t get fast tracked or priority status. But news flash, it’s preclinicals had a p value of .001 at a 100 percent success rate. Not only was it curing every tumor, but it was statistically significant to the point that it’s ground breaking. If a fast track designation was needed for a drug after it passes phase 1 safety protocols, none were more necessary than nt-219. If this passes the safety protocols ove the next 6-12 months, the fda will literally move mountains to push this through the process. Again the government stats on humanized mAbs are below. Too many here don’t know what is going on or keep forgetting the details behind this play. Is a buyout unlikely? Probably. Cm-24 went for 605M. Nt-219 could take double"

United States (US 2018/0028475). Application numbers provided for published applications only...applications are pending. Some have entered substantive examination. Any patent issuing from these applications will

- Anyone remember that time 1 year ago when Merck KgaA was excited about their launch of Erbitux in China? Now within the past 2 weeks it’s removed entirely from the Merck KgaA website and so happens to be starting clinical trials with Kitov’s NT-219.
There is no news on the internet about this. It’s just gone. NDA? 🤔
These types of things can’t go long without news. Should be an interesting week.

Allerdings waren Informationsassymetrien damals bestimmt häufiger. Heute weiß doch jeder gleich alles... Daher bin ich bei KTOV jetzt auch gespannt, was zu Lilly etc verkündet wird. Oder eben auch nicht!

gefunden auf Stocktwits.. da hat jemand Recht:
I think we are talking to much about BO and this has dangerous consequences down the road for longs.
When your entire thesis is on BO and it doesn’t happen people lose interest and stock drops in value.
Check MVIS, excellent product but since day one everybody tie their success to BO from Microsoft and since BO never materialized the stock went down.
In my humble opinion KTOV has a lot of value and we should see uptrend regardless of BO.
Any new investor that joining this board the only thing they see is fast cash after BO.
If doesn’t happen in few weeks they sell and leave.
We need to put more spotlight on their pipeline.
I would like to see the BO but that’s not the only game in town!

Heute sind die Börsen in den USA zu, so dass heute nichts von dort zu erwarten ist.
Prinzipiell ist es aber immer schwerer für die Shorts/Leerverkäufer Argumente gegen Kitov zu finden und die Spekulationen zum BuyOff sind ja mehr als heiss.. Ich bin jedenfalls davon fest überzeugt.
Die letzten China Patente haben das ganze Thema sehr schön abgerundetet.. Nun haben offenbar viele Personen Angst, das große "Ding" zu verpassen und steigen ein.
An der Newsfront selbst ist es heute tatsächlich recht ruhig....

Ansonsten viele Vermutungen über den Umsatz/die Royalities, die über das Lizenzabkommen bzgl. Consensi generiert werden...
Ich glaube, für die Leerverkäufer wird die Luft langsam immer dünner :-)
