      Hallo,

Also sozusagen ein Diamanten-Startup-Unternehmen.

      Hallo,

so "neu" ist sie nicht, die Mine. Also, hier die Informationen von:
      http://www.mountainprovince.com/

Mountain Province Mining Inc. is a diamond exploration and development company founded in 1986. The company has already discovered six diamondiferous kimberlite bodies (deposits) on its AK property located in Canada’s Northwest Territories. Mountain Province Mining Inc. has a joint venture agreement with Monopros Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of De Beers Consolidated Mines. This agreement gives De Beers the right to earn up to 60% of the AK/CJ properties by funding the project to production. Also, Monopros is the project operator and in 1999 completed a major bulk sample of the three largest kimberlite bodies.
The year 2000 is expected to be an exciting year for Mountain Province Mining Inc. Firstly, the values of the diamonds recovered from the bulk samples of the Hearne and Tuzo pipes will be received from De Beers. The results for the 5034 pipe were announced on December 14th. Then a decision to proceed with a feasibility study is expected from De Beers in the spring. In addition, Monopros will continue exploration of the property for kimberlites. There are 10 additional areas containing kimberlite indicator minerals that offer exciting potential.

Lastly, the Company has a joint venture with Opus Mineral Inc. to explore 800,000 acres on Northern Baffin Island. Kimberlites have already been discovered and the potential is excellent to discover more.

      Aus www.marketguide.com:

Merger of Mountain Province Mining With Glenmore Highlands Completed

ONTARIO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 2000--Mountain Province Mining Inc., (NASDAQ: MPVI; TSE: MPV) (The Company) is pleased to announce that the merger by plan of arrangement between the Company and Glenmore Highlands Inc. Upon completion of the arrangement, the Company`s wholly-owned Alberta subsidiary, Mountain Glen Mining Inc. It is anticipated that the Company and Amalco will effect a further reorganization in order to cancel the Amalco Shares in due course.

Mountain Province has a joint venture interest in a diamond mining development project in Canada`s Northwest Territories. The company`s AK and CJ properties, are held 90 percent by Mountain Province Mining, Inc., and 10 percent by Camphor Ventures (VSE: CFV). This release may contain forward-looking statements, within the meaning of the "safe-harbor" provision of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995, regarding the Company`s business or financial condition. Actual results could differ materially from those described in this news release as a result of numerous factors, some of which are outside of the control of the company.
