so denke ich in Deutschland gehandel, wer weiss was der Unterschied
dieser beiden WKN Nummern ist?
Unter der Kennung TCL, wird in New York im NYSE die TURKCELL gehandel,
allerdings habe ich unter yahoo noch keine aktuellen Kurse gesehen,
hat jemand mehr Infos?

Ich wäre aber vorsichtig bei aller Euphorie bedenkt es ist oder gibt ein Gerücht dass Turkcell mit 1,1 Milliarde Dollar ja richtig Milliarde Dollar für vier Jahre die türkische Fußballliga Rechte kaufen möchte und ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dass man diese Ausgaben refinanziert innerhalb von 4 Jahren. Sie wollen einen Pay-TV Kanal gründen ob das gut geht steht in den Sternen, ich hoffe und glaube dass die das packen werden wenn es wahr ist.

Woher kommen sonst die Millionen Dollar Transfers von Galatasaray, der Vizepräsident sagte bei der Pressekonferenz dass man auf die Gelder von Turkcell vertraut.

Ich werde aber mal schauen ob ich was genaueres darüber finde.

NEW YORK, July 11 (Reuters) - American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) of Turkish mobile phone operator Turkcell inched above their initial public offering price in heavy trading following their debut on Tuesday on the New York Stock Exchange.

The sale made Turkcell the first Turkish company to list on the NYSE and raised roughly $1.9 billion, making it the largest initial public offering in Turkey.

"There has been very good interest in Turkcell, it`s in an interesting part of the world," said Val Kosmider, president of Handelsbanken Markets. "Turkcell was thought to be attractively priced, and the worldwide market for cell phone penetration is barely scratched."

The company priced its offering at $17.60 per ADR, within its expected price band of $16.49 to $20.07. Turkcell offered 96 million ADRs, with each ADR representing 250 ordinary shares.

The ADRs opened at 18 on the New York Stock Exchange, creeping as high as 18-1/2 before slipping to 17-5/8 in the early afternoon. The ADRs ranked as the most actively traded issue on the Big Board with almost 10 million shares changing hands by midday.

Computer giant Compaq Computer Corp. was the second most actively traded stock, with more than 7 million shares traded by midday.

"With 96 million shares out there, anyone who wants to can be part of the Turkcell deal. Distribution is under way, so there is a lot of trading doing on," said Irv DeGraw, research director at WorldFinanceNet. "So you would not expect a big bounce out of a deal this big."

Turkcell said it priced its 24 billion ordinary shares at 44,000 lira. The ordinary shares are listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange while the ADRs are listed on the NYSE.

"It`s not a bad deal," DeGraw said. "These guys are the major cell phone provider in Turkey, a lot of the people in Turkey are more dependent on cell phones than us, because they have lousy phone systems."

Trade in Turkcell accounted for more than a quarter of Tuesday`s daily trade volume in Turkey. The stock ended at 46,500 lira in Istanbul, up 5.7 percent from the starting price of 44,000.

Turkcell is a partnership between Turkey`s Cukurova Holding and Finnish telecom operator Sonera .

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and Goldman Sachs acted as joint global coordinators on the deal.
