Pacific Internet Joins GRIC Alliance Network

Agreement Strengthens GRIC`s Position as Asia-Pacific`s Leading Remote Internet Access Provider

for service providers, announced today that Pacific Internet (Nasdaq: PCNTF - news), one of Asia`s leading Internet Service Providers (ISPs), will join the GRIC
Alliance Network(TM). This relationship further enhances GRIC`s strong presence in the rapidly growing Asia-Pacific region.

Under the terms of the agreement, Pacific Internet will initially offer the GRICtraveler(TM) global remote access (roaming) service to its Singapore subscribers, and
