"Print-a-Ticket," an Internet ticketing pilot program under which participants
can print airline tickets directly from their home or office computer.

The trial, which applies E-Stamp`s innovative Internet ticketing technology,
allows consumers to purchase tickets on LTU via its Web site at www.ltu.de. The
"Print-a-Ticket" trial is valid for stand-by flights between Munich and
Dusseldorf and will run for a four-week period. LTU is offering special
incentives to "Print-a-Ticket" customers such as a free LTU Card (50 DM value)
that entitles users to special baggage privileges, rental car discounts and no
fee for seat reservations. Upon successful completion of the pilot program,
Atraxis plans to roll out this offering across additional customers throughout
the year.

The ability to purchase an airline ticket directly over the Web and securely
print it from the desktop affords considerable time savings to the end user.
Tickets that traditionally took days to arrive at a consumer`s residence or
business can now be downloaded and printed from the Internet in a matter of
minutes. For the consumer this is especially helpful in planning last minute
trips that require air travel. Additionally, Internet ticketing has significant
benefits over services such as e-tickets since the customer possesses a document
that has actual value.

Secure Internet ticketing also affords significant benefits to ticket providers
by reducing operational costs such as physically printing, mailing and
processing tickets, and enhances their ability to fill empty seats up to the
last moment.
