Wir sind gerade an einer wichtigen Unterstützungslinie angelangt.
Sollte es nicht deutlich unter 2,6-2,7 $ gehen, dann denke ich ist der Weg frei bis 5 oder gar 6 $ (das Umfeld muß natürlich stimmen)

Habe jetzt auch einige gekauft, da ich annehme, das diese Marke hält.

Wahrscheinlich ist nächste Woche noch ein bischen mehr drin,
das spüre ich im Urin. Allen Neoformern und die es noch werden wollen

Denke der Boden dürfte jetzt langsam erreicht sein. Das optimistische Kursziel einiger US-Analysten von 16 USD
ist bedingt durch das schlechte Umfeld kurzfristig bis mittelfristig nicht erreichbar. Wenn das Umfeld allerding stimmt
sind 8 USD in 2-3 Monaten locker drin. Allerdings ist fraglich ob die Quartalsergebnisse am 15. Oktober wirklich
so positiv ausfallen wie von einigen im Board hier vermutet. Pusher ??? Oder gibt es dafür eine nachvollziehbare
Begründung? Bin jedenfalls Ende September für 4,10 Euro rein. Denke war trotzallem kein Fehler.

Merkwürdigerweise kann man die Quartalsergebnisse oft durch den Kursverlauf einige Tage vorher schon erahnen. Ich frage mich nur, wie kommen diejenigen, die vorher aussteigen an die Information? Ist es vielleicht Intuition.
Ich glaube, dass die Verarschung überall lauert. Man muss sie nur vorraussetzen. Dann kann mann auf der Verarschungswelle mitschwimmen und ein paar Prozentchen mitnehmen.

Der Wert ist gestern an der NASDAQ wieder um knapp 10 % gesunken.

Denke ist ein Fehler jetzt noch mit Verlusten auszusteigen.
Lieber 2-3 Monate stehen lassen. Glaube nämlich, daß die Firma gar nicht so schlecht ist.
Eine Firma wie Neof ist bei diesen schlechten Zeiten doppelt belastet.
Wenns bis in einer Woche aufwärts geht, dann steigt der Wert auch sehr schnell...

werde bei einem kurs von 2,80 wieder in die gewinnzone kommen.
denke, dass bei steigenden kursen und grösseren umsätzen sich neof schnell wieder zwischen 4 - 6 usd einpendelt.

Hospital Sign-ups

The amendment provides for the substitution of the warrant previously issued to VHA to purchase up to 30,845,020 shares of Neoforma common stock with 30,845,020 shares of restricted Neoforma common stock. These restricted shares will be subject to forfeiture by VHA if substantive performance targets based upon the purchasing volume of VHA healthcare organizations that agree to use Marketplace@Novation are not met. The restricted stock performance targets are identical to those contained in the cancelled warrant.

The use of restricted stock rather than the warrant will remove certain legal limitations inherent in the warrant structure without changing the substance of the performance targets, providing VHA with an increased ability to use Neoforma stock to provide incentives to VHA healthcare organizations to drive business to Marketplace@Novation. Similar to the accounting treatment of the cancelled warrant, the shares of restricted common stock will not be included in the calculation of Neoforma`s shares outstanding for purposes of calculating earnings per share until such shares vest and are no longer subject to forfeiture.

Under the amendment, VHA`s agreement to vote its shares of Neoforma stock in excess of 19.9% of Neoforma`s shares outstanding in the same proportion as the votes cast by all other stockholders, subject to certain exceptions, will continue, and will also cover the shares of restricted common stock issued in substitution for the warrant.

Der Kurs ist nachbörslich gestiegen auf 1,88 $!

Aber es ist doch eigentlich völlig egal, ob der Wert bei 1,78 bzw. 1,88 oder sogar bei 1,48 $ notiert, denn bei entsprechenden Nachrichten schiesst die Aktie sowieso in kurzer Zeit auf 3-4 $.
