Hallo trubblemaker!

Es ist in der momentanen Marktlage sehr schwer überhaupt etwas zu irgendein Invest zu sagen.Bei iQrom bin ich eigentlich erfreut das sie nach dem starken Anstieg auch weiterhin steigen konnte.
Meine Persöhnliche Meinung ist falls man wie ich schon lange in diesem Wert investiert ist sollte man jetzt dabei bleiben und die nächsten Q-Zahlen abwarten.

Wie war das Aussteigen?
Habe bei 11,80 gekauft und vergessen zu verkaufen......
Aber ich glaube an den Wert und deshalb habe ich auch nicht
die Hose voll - nur so langsam kotzt mich der gesamte Markt an. Einer gibt Gewinnwarnung- und plötzlich sollen
alle anderen auch weniger Gewinn haben ? Irgendwie nicht
logisch, naja was ist schon an der Börse logisch´!!!!!
Darum spare ich auch im Moment an Surfer-Gebühren und schaue
erst gar nicht rein.
Kann mir einer Sagen wo das ganze Geld vom Verkauf der Aktien geblieben ist? Bin ich wohl der einzige der noch welche Besitzt?

Ich habe auch fast zu den Höchstständen gekauft(11,5 €)habe nie einen Stop gesetzt, was wohl ein Fehler war.
Habe dann aber aus dem Bauch heraus nochmal zu 0,81 € die gleiche Stückzahl nachgekauft so das ich jetzt einen schnitt von ca. 6 € habe.
Hoffe jetzt einfach mal auf eine gute Entwicklung in Asien und warte mal die Q-Zahlen ab.Und ich bin eigentlich nach dem Sell-off vom gestriegen Tag überzeugt das die Trendwende am Aktienmarkt jetzt kommen wird und iQrom auch dadurch profitieren wird.

Aussteigen will ich nicht. Ich denke ebenfalls über
einen Nachkauf nach. Zu den jetzigen Kursen allerdings
nicht die gleiche Menge sondern mehr, um den Einstiegskurs
noch weiter zu drücken. Wie Du dir allerdings vorstellen
kannst, habe ich im letzten halben Jahr damit auch schon
schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht und bin deshalb vorsichtig
geworden.
Aber zumindest waren die letzten Tage bzgl. IQ schon mal
sehr hoffnungsvoll.

Botten joins the Company from Sherwood International Group Ltd., the UK quoted international supplier of software and services to the insurance markets, where he was International Sales Director responsible for all worldwide partners and channel strategies outside the UK. He earned BA, MA and MBA degrees at Leeds University, University College, London, and Oxford Brookes University, respectively.

Wir sind im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes Leidesgenossen!
Hab auch die Show gesehen und als die Aktie kurze Zeit später auch noch im Aktionär empfohlen wurde(als hochspekulativer Top-Tip) stieg ich bei einem Kurs von 5,00 ein.(Gott sei dank mit wenig Kohle!)

Leider gibt es auf diesem Board in letzter Zeit immer weniger Eintragungen.Werden am NM so wenig Stk. von dieser Aktie gehandelt oder woran liegt das?

Weiters verstehe ich nicht warum sich der Kurs in den letzten Wochen so gut wie gar nicht mehr bewegt.
Und was ist jetzt mit der Patent-Verhandlung?
Bin für jede Info dankbar

Was da abgeht ist echt unglaublich.
Wenn ich mir den Typen auf der deutschen Website ansehe, der die Vertretung hier in Deutschland übernommen hat, bereue ich es, da investiert zu sein.
Verkaufen kann ich auch nicht.
Ein Kurs von 0,65 Euro ist die absolute Frechheit.
Jeder, der eine Computerbude hat, kennt die Firma.
Ok, der Breakeven soll 2002 sein.
Aber die Info´s die auf der Homepage angeboten werden, sind
eher spärlich.
Ich bin gezwungen, das Drama weiter zu beobachten.
Die einzige Hoffnung ist der Vergleich, mit Microsoft.
Die Aktie hat vor 15 Jahren auch nur 0,30 Dollar gekostet.
Ich denke Firmenintern ist einfach noch zuviel Ärger.

die deutsche Website war identisch mit der US-Website.
Nur halt in deutsch geschrieben.
Was das jetzt soll, verstehe ich nicht.
So wie die Site jetzt aussieht, hat das ganze nichts mehr mit iqrom zutun.
Ich dachte, die Fa. produziert CD´s und CDcards.
Vor meinem geistigen Auge stand eine riesige Hightech-Halle,
super abgeschirmt, und so.
Aber nach dem, was ich auf der deutschen site gefunden habe ..... ??!!??
Der Typ sieht eher wie ein Staubsauger-Vertreter aus.
Und der verdient mein Geld ??
Ich werde wohl oder übel warten müssen.
Ich weiss nicht, was Bodo Schäfer da empfohlen hat.
Kein Wunder, das der schon mehrfach pleite war.
Nur, jetzt zieht er andere mit. Interessant ist auch, das "Der Aktionär" den Tip mit dieser Aktie, seit dem Sturz unter 3 Euro nicht mehr schreibt.
Die Typen haben sich alle gesund gestossen.
Wir sind die doofen, die in die Röhre schauen.

Item 2. Management`s Discussion and Analysis or Plan of Operation.
A predecessor to the Registrant, the non-US subsidiary of iQrom Solutions, Inc. (formerly known as iQrom Communications Acquisitions, Inc.), itself a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, was incorporated in the United Kingdom ("UK") in March 1999 under the name of DXP New Media Services Limited ("DXP NMS"). In June 1999, DXP NMS entered into an exclusive licensing agreement with iOra Limited, a UK software developer, for the use of iOra`s proprietary SoftCD(TM) technology. DXP NMS commenced operations in September 1999. In March 2000, DXP NMS changed its name to iQrom Limited. On April 20, 2000, through the series of transactions described in the notes to the condensed consolidated financial statements, iQrom Limited became a subsidiary of the Registrant.

The consolidated condensed statements of operations include the operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2001 and 2000. The Company has increased its operations, activities, and staff in the US, UK, and Europe substantially over the past 12 months. Comparisons with its activities for the three months ended March 31, 2000 offer little insight into its current operations.

Revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2001 increased more than 13% over the quarter ended December 31, 2000 in spite of concerns about an economic downturn. Gross profit for the three-months ended March 31, 2001, approximately $529,000, increased over 200% compared to the quarter ended December 31, 2000. The increase is due to several large CD-ROM business card orders, increased revenue from conferencing, and certain new media activities during the period. The gross profit margin year-to-date continues to be approximately 48%. The Company expects overall margins to increase over time.

Excluding depreciation and amortization of intangible assets, selling, general and administrative expenses decreased from approximately $3,509,000 in the fourth quarter 2000 to approximately $1,666,000 in the first quarter 2001. Professional fees decreased by more than $1,455,000 as a result of the settlement of the SpaceMark patent litigation lawsuit and the recognition of the patent litigation expense, which was recorded in the fourth quarter 2000. Advertising and selling expenses decreased by more than 250%. Other expenses increased as a result of increases in the staff and support in both the UK and the US.




As part of its new solutions-based sales` strategy, the Company intends to implement a UK-centric approach utilizing its newly established solutions sales team under David Botten. A number of alliance partners are currently being recruited in Europe and by working through local partners the Company will not require permanent establishments outside the UK. Thus, the German office will be closed and the Spanish presence reduced.

Once the solutions sales market has been established and validated in Europe it is our intent to transfer this business model to the US. Until then, the focus in the US will be to generate commodity-type sales of CD-Cards. As well, the Company will work closely with JVC as they begin to implement a licensing program for the Company.

This change in strategy will result in the closing of the Burbank office, establishing a commission-only compensation system for a number of personnel in Burbank as well as Orlando, and reducing certain overall staff in the US. These cost reductions will have an immediate effect on the Company`s cash flows; however, they should not have a material impact on the existing backlog of potential US business.

Total Current Assets decreased to $1,142,196 mainly as a result of payment of the expenses mentioned above as well as payments for the exclusive rights to use SoftCD(TM) on CD Business Cards and disks. The reduction in Accounts Receivable reflects a concerted effort during the period to reduce the aging of Accounts Receivable.

The Stockholders` Convertible Note of $1,000,000 (see Note 5 above) will be converted into equity of the Company either on July 8, 2001 or upon the closing of the private placement financing, mentioned above. Aside from the Stockholders` Convertible Note, current liabilities reduced by almost 28% during the first quarter which had a negative impact on cash and cash equivalents



Liquidity and Capital Resources

Our primary liquidity requirement in 2000 was the cost of acquiring our licensed technology, our initial financing, the reverse merger with Hiking Adventurers, Inc., the acquisition of 2 Step, patent litigation and the implementation and funding of our sales and marketing efforts. For 2001, our primary liquidity requirement will be funding the expansion of the products and services offered to our customers, the funding of our global sales and marketing efforts and defending our intellectual property rights.




On March 31, 2001, our cash and cash equivalents were approximately $72,700. Accounts payable reflects the high level of professional fees incurred during the year, especially with respect to the patent litigation (approximately $350,000). Accrued expenses and other primarily reflects accrued, but not yet owed, costs of royalties, license fees, and the final capital payments due to iOra for use of its technology on standard-sized CDs.

The gross margin on products varies substantially. At the low end, the gross margin on the sale of CD-Cards generally falls within the range of 15-25%, while the gross margin on solution projects might be as high as 60-70%. Thus it is difficult to estimate the volume of revenues that are required during the year 2001 to fund our sales and marketing efforts and to expand the products and services offered to our customers. We anticipate that we will need approximately $2,000,000 during the next nine months to implement our business plan. If we are unable to increase our sales orders or to secure additional capital and/or other funds, we will continue to realize negative cash flow and losses. It would then, in turn, be unlikely that we would be able to implement our sales and marketing efforts or other elements of our strategic plan and therefore, we might be unable to continue as a going concern.

Since inception, the Company has not had a profitable quarter. Concerns about the global economy have continued into the first quarter 2001 and there has been a slow-down in corporate spending which has had an impact on the Company`s sales. While unit sales for the first quarter 2001 were higher than those in the fourth quarter 2000, revenues were flat when compared to the previous quarter as a result of a unit sales price decrease that took effect on January 1, 2001. These losses, combined with the longer sales-cycle associated with the higher margin solution projects, have put pressure on the Company`s cash resources. There are, however, potential large orders in both the U.S. and Europe, which could substantially change the Company`s situation. Of course, there can be no assurances that these large orders will be consummated.

The Company has taken certain steps to improve its liquidity and capital resources. As mentioned in the notes to the condensed consolidated financial statements, on February 6, 2001, certain of our stockholders and Directors provided a convertible loan to the Company in the amount of $1,000,000 for working capital. The Stockholders` Convertible Note originally due on May 8th 2001, has been amended to extend the due date until July 8, 2001 and will convert into equity units if not repaid by the due date. In early May the Company implemented a cost reduction strategy by reducing staff in the US and closing an office in Burbank, California. These measures should help preserve cash resources of the Company.

In addition, the Company has retained Gleacher & Co. LLC, a U.S. investment bank, as its financial advisor to assist it in raising up to $5,000,000 by means of an equity private placement. The Company commenced marketing the private placement in early May with a targeted closing date for the placement by mid-June. There can be no assurance that the Company will be able to raise additional capital through the private placement. In connection with the issuance of the warrant, the Company, in its first quarter 2001 financial results, recorded deferred stock-based consulting fees of approximately $649,500, based on the fair market value of the warrant on the date of issue using the Black-Scholes` valuation model, and amortized to stock-based consulting expense approximately $80,000 through March 31, 2001.

The Company does not have any debt outstanding on its balance sheet with the exception of the Stockholders` Convertible Note of $1,000,000, which is due on July 8, 2001. The Company has been in discussions as of March 31, 2001 with at least two financial institutions about establishing a credit facility secured by accounts receivable as a source for periodic working capital. The Company may enter into such a facility regardless of whether the equity placement is successful.



The Company`s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon management`s ability to successfully secure substantial and profitable sales and/or to obtain additional financing or capital sources to meet the Company`s financing requirements. The Company`s condensed consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability and classification of recorded assets or the amounts and classification of liabilities that may be necessary in the event the Company cannot continue as a going concern.

Ja,ich bin auch noch dabei,ob iQrom noch einmal auf die Beine kommt liegt sicher auch im geführten Patentstreit (wo ich aber z.Z. nicht auf dem laufenden bin).Positiv sehe ich aber die Partnerschaft mit JVC.
Und vieleicht wird es ja zur WM 2002 in Japan und Süd-Korea Sammelkarten von iQrom geben(Hier hoffe ich auf JVC als Partner).
Ich werde iQrom mal anmailen wie die momentane Lage ist und dies dann hier posten.

Item 5. Other Events.

The Company (`iQrom Communications, Inc.`) has been seeking to raise capital to fund the operation, development and growth of its global business. On July 23, 2001 an investor group made a proposal to the Company to provide both a short-term bridging loan and a long-term equity capital injection. On August 7, 2001 that investor group withdrew its offer. Despite assurances other investors did not materialize within the timeframe. The Company`s inability to fund the working capital of its UK subsidiary, iQrom Limited caused it to appoint an administrator pursuant to the insolvency laws of the United Kingdom.

The administration order was granted on August 16, 2001 and provides a breathing space during which the administrator, Tenon Recovery, may be able to continue the business as a going concern with a view to securing the long-term survival of its business, either by reorganization or by realizing assets in such a way as to gain maximum benefit. The administrator has a time-limit of 3 months to make proposals.

The total current liabilities of iQrom Limited are approximately $3.5 Million, of which $2.3 Million represents loans from the Company to iQrom Limited. The Company`s other operating subsidiary, iQrom Solutions Inc., also requires additional funding to continue its operations. The Company is the largest creditor of both iQrom Limited and iQrom Solutions, Inc.

The Company continues to seek additional equity funding. Should it be successful, the Company would be interested in purchasing the business of iQrom Limited from the administrator which would allow the business to be acquired not only with key employees and customers but also without any debts and encumbrances. There are no assurances that the Company will be successful in raising said funds although the Company`s other subsidiary continues to trade. Additional funding will be necessary for such trading to continue.

Die Gesellschaft (`iQrom Fernmeldewesen, Inc.`) hat gesucht, Kapital zu beschaffen, um die Operation, die Entwicklung und das Wachstum seines globalen Geschäfts zu finanzieren.Am 23. Juli 2001 machte eine Anlegergruppe einen Vorschlag für die Gesellschaft, um sowohl einem kurzfristigen Überbrückungskredit als auch einem langfristigen Eigenkapital Kapitalspritze zu liefern.Am 7. August 2001 zog diese Anlegergruppe sein Angebot ab.Trotz Versicherungen verwirklichten sich andere Anleger nicht innerhalb des timeframes.Die Unfähigkeit der Gesellschaft, die aktive Hauptstadt seines Vereinigter Königreichtochtergesellschaft, iQroms Limited zu finanzieren, bewirkte, daß es einen Verwalter entsprechend der Zahlungsunfähigkeitsgesetze des Vereinigten Königreichs ernennt.

Ihr wurde am 16. August 2001 gewährt, und die Verwaltungsbestellung liefert eine Atempause, während deren der Verwalter, Zapfenerholung in der Lage sein kann, das Geschäft als eine gehende Sorge über eine Ansicht dazu fortzusetzen, das langfristige Überleben seines Geschäfts entweder durch Reorganisation oder durch Merken zu sichern, daß Vermögenswerte auf solch eine Weise bezüglich Gewinnmaximums profitieren.Der Verwalter hat eine Zeitbeschränkung von 3 Monaten, um Vorschläge zu machen.

Die totalen gegenwärtigen Verbindlichkeiten von iQrom Limited sind ungefähr $ 3,5 Millionen, dessen $ 2,3 Millionen Darlehen von der Gesellschaft zu iQrom Limited darstellt.Die Gesellschaft ist andere Betriebstochtergesellschaft, iQrom Lösungen Inc., auch erfordert zusätzliches Finanzieren, um seine Operationen fortzusetzen.Die Gesellschaft ist der größte Gläubiger von sowohl iQrom Limited als auch iQrom Lösungen, Inc.

ORLANDO, Fla., Sep 18, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Aldersey Maynard-Taylor,
Chairman of the Board of Directors of iQrom Communications, Inc. (OTC Bulletin
Board: IQCO) (the "Company") announced today a restructuring of the Company`s
Board of Directors. Mr. Taylor announced that Mark L. Silow, Colin Allmark,
Gerald Pierson, Michael Feit, Graham Perske, John Duerden and Michael Warren
have each resigned as a Director of the Company. Mr. Maynard-Taylor also
announced that Mr. Allmark has resigned as Vice President - Technology, Mr.
Pierson has resigned as Vice President - Sales, Mr. Silow has resigned as
Secretary, Mr. Feit has resigned as Treasurer and Donald Carse has resigned as
Chief Financial Officer. The remaining directors of the Company are Thomas Elek,
Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Maynard-Taylor.

Mr. Elek also announced that the Company has closed its Orlando, Florida office,
has terminated a significant portion of its workforce and that its subsidiary in
the United Kingdom, iQrom Ltd., has been placed in administration pursuant to
that country`s insolvency laws. Following the decision by the Administrator of
iQrom Ltd. to cease trading, Mr. Maynard-Taylor and Mr. Elek have arranged the
acquisition of the assets constituting the business of iQrom Ltd. on terms which
would enable the Company to reacquire the said business at any time on or before
November 15, 2001. Mr. Elek disclosed that the purchase price for the assets of
iQrom Ltd. from the administrator is(pound)20,000 and that significant
additional capital will be required to operate the business. Mr. Elek further
expressed his view that the Company does not currently have the financial
resources to repurchase the assets of iQrom Ltd. and it is unlikely to be able
to obtain such resources in the near future. In the event the Company does not
repurchase the business of iQrom Ltd., Mr. Elek stated that he, Mr.
Maynard-Taylor and Mr. Feit were prepared to individually participate in the
purchase of the business.

Mr. Elek also announced that iOra Limited has served notice of termination on
the Company and the Administrator of iQrom Limited. Discussions are continuing
with iOra with a view to maintaining the relationship. Mr. Elek indicated that
the Company, like much of the technology sector, has been experiencing an
extremely difficult business environment. Mr. Elek further stated that the
Company was attempting to refocus its existing business plan and to further
restructure its operations with the goal of obtaining additional capital
financing. Mr. Elek indicated that no financing proposals were currently under
consideration.
