Hat jemand Kontakt mit der Anwaltskanzlei in USA aufgenommen ? Mich würden die Kond. interessieren und ob es für non-US Citizen überhaupt möglich ist. Die Chancen für solche Prozesse sind ja in USA eher als in D möglich, da hat ein Dual-Listing ja mal Vorteile, kann aber auch sein daß es bei Team eh nichts mehr zu holen gibt...
Aber wenn die Anwälte nur eine Erfolgsbeteiligung haben wollen, wäre es ja ohne Risiko.

Das ist doch alles Kinderkrams, euer große Getöne mit Sammelklagen. Wie kann man sich so maßlos überschätzen ?

Ist mir schon klar daß das Getöse mit Sammelklagen (besonders in D) nichts bringt, in USA sieht daß schon anders aus.
Also wenn jemand etwas zu Sache zu sagen hat...
