1st Miracle Announces Equity Stake in Baldwin/Hopkins Film `The Devil & Daniel Webster`
LOS ANGELES, March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- 1st Miracle Group, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: MVEE), a diversified film and production company, today announced it has taken an equity stake in the Cutting Edge Entertainment film ``The Devil & Daniel Webster.`` 1st Miracle Group will receive a presentation credit in first position, following the major distributor, as well as Executive Producer credits for Tony Cataldo and Jason Zelin.

The film, staring Anthony Hopkins, Alec Baldwin, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Dan Aykroyd and Kim Cattrall is based on the 1937 short story by Stephen Vincent Benet and is a remake of a 1941 film directed by William Dieterle. This will mark Alec Baldwin`s directorial debut.

Baldwin directs and stars in this modern retelling as a discouraged writer who sells his soul to the devil in return for ten years of fame and fortune. When the bargain does not yield him happiness, he seeks the help of Webster (Hopkins), the head of a powerful publishing company, to assist in reversing the deal.

Cutting Edge Entertainment will remain as the projects foreign sales agent of this $28 million film, and The William Morris Agency and Creative Artists Agency will represent the domestic rights.

through its joint-venture with Cutting Edge Entertainment, the film "The Devil &
Daniel Webster" has completed the Principal Photography phase and entered into
the Post Production phase.

The film, staring Anthony Hopkins, Alec Baldwin, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Dan
Aykroyd and Kim Cattrall is based on the 1937 short story by Stephen Vincent
Benet and is a remake of a 1941 film directed by William Dieterle. This will

film. The shooting of the film took place over the last few months and is now

tja MVEE ist wohl ein Fall für sich!

Das verschrieene Zockerpapier hat schon vielen gutes Geld gebracht.
Vor allen Tony Cataldo der sich mit 450k jährlich bediehnt!

Die Ziele in den letzten fillings sind hoch gesteckt.
....die Filme die in Planug sind und bei denen man sich beteiligt hat könnten allesamt ein Renner werden.

Sollte der Kurs des Releistings beibehalten werden, wird meiner Meinung nach im Zuge des Relsitings ein Reversesplit angesagt sein.
Reverssplits sind meistens ein fallendes Messer, dennoch täte es MVEE auf längere sicht sicher gut.

MVEE reagiert bei positiven börsenumfeld immer überdurchschnittlich gut auf etwaige Meldungen.

Wenn sie unter 0,003 fallen werde ich noch mal ein "paar" kaufen!

Wer weiß, vieleicht wird wirklich mal eine gewinnscheffelden film und filmbeteiligungsgesellschaft aus MVEE!

Tag Morchel - mich würde deine Meinung zum Kursverlauf bei mvee interessieren. Die Aktie war ja bereits für Riesengewinne gut - nachdem sie ihre Schlafphase damals auf 0,001 beendet hatte. Ich denke - sie wird diese 0,001 auch wieder erreichen und dann würde das Spielchen doch bestimmt wieder von vorn beginnen. Zwar werden täglich riesige Pakete gekauft - aber der Kursverfall scheint ja nicht zu stoppen - außer es würden diese besagten 0,001 erreicht. Tiefer geht es dann doch nicht mehr - oder?

Anderes Thema - kann ich bei deinem Nachtchat einfach "los schreiben" oder muß man bestimmt Funktionen kennen?

Miracle will produce the film with Manifest Film Co.`s Janet Yang and has hired writer Stuart Beattie. Set during the shogun wars of the 16th century, "Shinobi" follows a well-bred Englishman who sails to Japan only to see his family murdered by shogun warriors. He is saved by a female ninja who helps train him in the ways of the ninja as he seeks revenge on the shogun forces.

Janet Yang is currently producing "High Crimes", a military courtroom thriller starring Ashley Judd and Morgan Freeman, slated for release next year with Twentieth Century Fox. She recently completed production on "The Weight of Water," starring Sean Penn, Elizabeth Hurley, Sarah Polley and Catherine Mc Cormack. Previously, Janet produced "Savior" starring Dennis Quaid, Nastassja Kinski and Stellan Skarsgard, and "Zero Effect" starring Bill Pullman and Ben Stiller. Antonio Banderas to Star - Gregory Nava to Direct

LOS ANGELES, May 7, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- 1st Miracle Group, Inc.
(Pink Sheets: MVEE), a diversified film and production company, today announced
it has secured the rights to author/screenwriter Mark Bowden`s non- fiction
book, "Killing Pablo".

Miracle Chairman and CEO Tony Cataldo will be Executive Producer. Miracle
President Jason Zelin will produce the film with Gregory Nava and Darlene
Caamano of El Norte Productions and Diane Sillan Isaacs and Lourdes Diaz of
Green Moon Productions. Mark Bowden, whose other novels include Black Hawk Dawn,
Bringing in the Heat and Doctor Dealer, will adapt the novel into the
screenplay.

"Killing Pablo" will be directed by Academy Award nominated writer/director
Gregory Nava, who also wrote and directed the critical hit "Selena". Nava`s
other credits include "El Norte", "My Family/Mi Familia", and "Why Do Fools Fall
In Love". Nava will next write, direct and produce for Disney, "Zapata" in which
he will also team with Antonio Banderas who will star in the title role.

Antonio Banderas is set to star in this story of the brutal rise and violent
fall of the Colombian cocaine cartel kingpin Pablo Escobar. Banderas, currently
staring in the box office hit "Spy Kids", will portray Colonel Hugo Martinez,
the man credited with bringing Escobar down. Banderas will next be seen in
"Original Sin" opposite Angelina Jolie and Brian DePalma`s "Femme Fatale". His
previous credits include "The Mask of Zorro", "Evita" and "Women on the Verge of
a Nervous Breakdown". Banderas also recently made his directorial debut with
"Crazy in Alabama", which was produced by his production company, Green Moon
Productions, for Sony Pictures.

Finley Glaize, VP of Development at Miracle, brought the project into the
