den vergleich habe ich bereits gemacht.
sollte sich der kurs wirklich so entwickeln, dann bin ich höchst unzufrieden, den mein ek liegt bei 0,0074 $ und ich habe verdammt lange gewartet bis jetzt, weil ich gehofft habe, dass der kurs bis auf 0,004 steigt.

würest du zufrieden sein mit dieser entwicklung, wo ist dein ek?

Netrix, du hast den yak (den lügner) zitiert, dass whe die technik für die produktion hat.

Chart sieht Intraday und auf Sicht der letzten 2 Wochen richtig übel aus. Werden heute wohl mit 4x schließen

Erinnert mich alles ein bisschen an PTSH, viele warten jetzt auf die nächsten News, damit sie hier möglichst glimpflich wieder raus kommen.
Ich persönlich werde auch bisschen nervös, weils immer näher gen EK geht. Die Merger-News werden meiner Ansicht nach in der 2. Januar-Woche kommen.

zu meinem relativen EK von 0,0027 ist es noch nen bissl.
wäre allerdings zu schade dahin zurückzufallen.

bei APPI ist im ggs zu PTSH noch einiges offen und wir warten nicht seit monaten auf einen möglichen 5 Mio Deal.

merger news in der 2. Januar Woche wären schon,

Abgesehen davon, dass mir egal ist was irgendjemand in dem hiesigen
amiforum schreibt kann ich dem von yak geposteten "zitat"
durchaus viel positives abgewinnen.

- natürlich gibt es keine garantie das es klappt, die gibt es nie:
es kann alles in der letzten sekunde noch scheitern

- david harel ist ceo von whe:
laut "zitierter aussage" ist er nicht so glücklich mit allem was bislang im vertrag steht, wird aber wohl trotzdem den konditionen zustimmen.

- whe wollte mit appi mergern, nicht appi mit whe.
also muss whe ihre erwartungen nen bissl zügel und auch kompromisse eingehen. die "certain things" mit denen er nicht so glücklich ist können nur mit der finanzierung zusammenhängen.
bekommt whe allerdings weniger, dann bleibt mehr für uns shareholders und appi

kenne einige leute die an der otc handeln - keiner behauptet wirklich, immer nachzuvollziehen was da teilweise an kursentwicklungen abgeht.
bei appi bin ich nach wie vor sehr bulish. ich bleibe voll investiert und verkaufe keine einzige aktie... kommt der merger und dannach der beginn der produktion sowie dannach deren ausweitung, werden alle longies recht behalten... geht irgendwas schief könnte appi wieder in der versenkung verschwinden.

was erwartest du dir von so ner Frage ?

die meisten haben nur einen guten, aufrichtigen Grund hier drin zu bleiben: möglichst lukrativer, schneller Zock.
Gibt so viele ordentliche Aktien, mit denen man in den nächsten Wochen sichere 20-30% machen kann. Aber die hier Investierten wissen es alle besser. Denn in den nächsten Wochen wird/werden die Merger-News kommen. Und dann heißt es bei Übertreibung "nichts wie raus", am besten mit 200-300%
also uns allen ein glückliches Händchen.

*What is biodiesel?*
Biodiesel is the name of a clean burning alternative fuel, produced from
domestic, renewable resources. Biodiesel contains no petroleum, but it
can be blended at any level with petroleum diesel to create a biodiesel

little or no modifications. Biodiesel is simple to use, biodegradable,
nontoxic, and essentially free of sulfur and aromatics.

*Is biosiesel approved for use in the US?*

Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and meets clean diesel standards
established by the California Air Resources Board (CARB). Neat (100

*Is biodiesel the same thing as raw vegetable oil?

which is a by-product of biodiesel production. Fuel-grade biodiesel must
be produced to strict industry specifications (ASTM D6751) in order to
insure proper performance. Biodiesel is the only alternative fuel to
have fully completed the health effects testing requirements of the 1990
Clean Air Act Amendments. Biodiesel that meets ASTM D6751 and is legally
registered with the Environmental Protection Agency is a legal motor
fuel for sale and distribution. Raw vegetable oil cannot meet biodiesel
fuel specifications, it is not registered with the EPA, and it is not a
legal motor fuel.


*Is biodiesel used as a pure fuel or is it blended with petroleum diesel?**
*Biodiesel can be used as a pure fuel or blended with petroleum in any
percentage. B20 (a blend of 20 percent by volume biodiesel with 80
percent by volume petroleum diesel) has demonstrated significant
environmental benefits with a minimum increase in cost for fleet
operations and other consumers.

*How do biodiesel emissions compare to petroleum diesel?**
*Biodiesel is the only alternative fuel to have fully completed the
health effects testing requirements of the Clean Air Act. The use of
biodiesel in a conventional diesel engine results in substantial
reduction of unburned hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, and particulate
matter compared to emissions from diesel fuel. In addition, the exhaust
emissions of sulfur oxides and sulfates (major components of acid rain)
from biodiesel are essentially eliminated compared to diesel.

Of the major exhaust pollutants, both unburned hydrocarbons and nitrogen
oxides are ozone or smog forming precursors. The use of biodiesel
results in a substantial reduction of unburned hydrocarbons. Emissions
of nitrogen oxides are either slightly reduced or slightly increased
depending on the duty cycle of the engine and testing methods used.
Based on engine testing, using the most stringent emissions testing
protocols
required by EPA for certification of fuels or fuel additives in the US,
the overall ozone forming potential of the speciated hydrocarbon
emissions from biodiesel was nearly 50 percent less than that measured
for diesel fuel.

*Can biodiesel help with the “global warming” problem?**
*A 1998 biodiesel lifecycle study, jointly sponsored by the US
Department of Energy and the US Department of Agriculture, concluded
biodiesel reduces net CO² emissions by 78 percent compared to petroleum
diesel. This is due to biodiesel’s closed carbon cycle. The CO² released
into the atmosphere when biodiesel is burned is recycled by growing
plants, which are later processed into fuel..Is biodiesel safer than
petroleum diesel? Scientific research confirms that biodiesel exhaust
has a less harmful impact on human health than petroleum diesel fuel.
Biodiesel emissions have decreased levels of polycyclic aromatic
hydrocarbons (PAH) and nitrited PAH compounds that have been identified
as potential cancer causing compounds. Test results indicate PAH
compounds were reduced by 75 to 85 percent, with the exception of
benzo(a)anthracene, which was reduced by roughly 50 percent. Targeted
nPAH compounds were also reduced dramatically with biodiesel fuel, with
2-nitrofluorene and 1-nitropyrene reduced by 90 percent, and the rest of
the nPAH compounds reduced to only trace levels.

*Does biodiesel cost more than other alternative fuels?*

Biodiesel costs rank well with other alternatives*.* The cost of
biodiesel depends on the market price for vegetable oil. In general,
biodiesel blended at a 20 percent level with petroleum diesel costs
approximately 20 cents per gallon more than diesel alone, although this
comarison is highly dependent on the recently volatile market pricinig
of diesel. Given the other advantages of biodiesel, though, an emission
management system with biodiesel is a least-cost alternative. A study by
Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc., found fleets using a 20 percent biodiesel
blend would experience lower total annual costs than other alternative
fuels. Similarly, results reported by the University of Georgia indicate
biodiesel-powered buses are competitive with other alternatively fueled
buses with biodiesel prices as high as $3 per gallon. When reviewing the
high costs associated with other alternative fuel systems, many fleet
managers have determined biodiesel is their least-cost-strategy to
comply with state and federal regulations. Use of biodiesel does not
require major engine modifications. That means operators keep their
fleets, their spare parts inventories, their refueling stations and
their skilled mechanics. The only thing that changes is air quality.

*Does biodiesel need special storage facilities?**
*In general, the standard storage and handling procedures used for
petroleum diesel can be used for biodiesel. The fuel should be stored in
a clean, dry, dark environment. Acceptable storage tank materials
include aluminum, steel, fluorinated polyethylene, fluorinated
polypropylene and teflon. Copper, brass, lead, tin, and zinc should be
avoided.

*Can biodiesel be used in existing diesel engines?**
*Biodiesel can be operated in any diesel engine with little or no
modification to the engine or the fuel system. Biodiesel has a solvent
effect that may release deposits accumulated on tank walls and pipes
from previous diesel fuel storage. The release of deposits may clog
filters initially and precautions should be taken. Ensure that only fuel
meeting the biodiesel specification is used.

modifications are required, and biodiesel maintains the payload capacity

aber er ist schon lange dabei und in anderen foren bei ihub ein scheinbar netter kerl.

bei appi hat er sich einiges geleistet...aber was spricht dagegen, dass es morgen abgeht?

ich werde aber trotzdem keine aagh anteile verkaufen um heute noch
guenstig bei appi nachzukaufen.
habe mich bei appi mal wieder zum ausstieg entscheiden obwohl ich felsenfest ueberzeugt war, dass dort noch was geht.

warum ich bei 5 und dann noch unter bid knapp die haelfte meiner anteile verkauft habe ist mir weiterhin schleierhaft.

appi wird jetzt ihren weg gehn und ich bin nur noch halb dabei.
aber aus fehlern lernt man aber bekanntermassen...
und es gibt immer wieder 1000 prozenter an der otc.
wuerde mich freuen demnaechst wieder mit thomas einer der ersten zu sein, die in eine neue investieren.
dann werde ich durchhalten! (vllt wird der weg ja auch nicht so steinig :rolleyes

ich wuensche besonders x viel glueck, dass er seine shares noch loswird. haette ich so viele shares gehabt wie er, waere ich wahrscheinlich aber auch drin geblieben...
er hatte selbst bei 4 noch nen sehr netten gewinn.

das ding wird abgehen.
mir ist es sogar lieber, wenn appi und whe die finanzierungsfragen geklärt haben und erst dann mit dem merger kommen.
leute momentan gibt es keinen interessanten wert als appi.

NOTE A - CONDENSED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

In the opinion of the Company, the accompanying unaudited condensed financial
statements include all adjustments (consisting only of normal recurring
accruals) which are necessary for a fair presentation of the results for the
periods presented. Certain information and footnote disclosure, normally
included in the financial statements prepared in accordance with generally
accepted accounting principles, have been condensed and omitted. The results of
operations for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2006 are not
indicative of the results of operations for the year ended December 31, 2006.
The condensed financial statements should be read in conjunction with the
Company's financial statements included in its annual Form 10 KSB for the year
ended December 31, 2005.

NOTE B - STOCK WARRANTS

At September 30, 2006, the Company had outstanding warrants to purchase
7,000,000 shares of the Company's common stock at a price of $.03 per share. The
warrants are exercisable and expire at various dates through 2007.

NOTE C - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES

The Company has employment agreements with nine employees and a consulting
contract with a key consultant, who are also stockholders of the Company and
Mazal Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. ("Mazal"). At September 30, 2006, the Company
has a total liability for accrued salaries and consulting expense to
stockholders of $995,868. There could be certain payroll tax liabilities owed to
the IRS on some of the payments for services to certain consultants that were
paid in prior years, pursuant to these employment agreements.

NOTE D - DEPOSITS TO ACQUIRE COMMON STOCK

The deposits to acquire common stock at September 30, 2006 in the amount of
$52,275 represents deposits to acquire shares of Mazal common stock. The
deposits are non-interest bearing.

NOTE E - RELATED PARTIES STOCK AND ASSET TRANSACTIONS

On January 24, 2006, Mazal issued 200,000 shares of its common stock to a
consultant at $1.08 per share. The aggregate remuneration of $216,000 has been
treated as stock based compensation and expensed in the current period.

On January 25, 2006, Mazal issued 100,000 shares of its common stock to its
President at $1.08 per share. The aggregate remuneration of $108,000 has been
treated as stock based compensation and expensed in the current period.

On February 7, 2006, Mazal approved the issuance of 200,000 shares of its common
stock at $0.25 per share pursuant to a private placement. Mazal incurred $5,000
in expenses related to the private placement and realized $45,000.

On April 11, 2006, Mazal approved the issuance of 400,000 shares of its common
stock at $0.25 per share pursuant to a private placement realizing $100,000.

On July 1, 2006, Mazal approved the issuance of 244,000 shares of its common
stock at $0.25 per share pursuant to a private placement realizing $61,000.

On July 31, 2006, Mazal issued 2,000,000 shares of its common stock to a
consultant at $0.80 per share. The aggregate remuneration of $1,600,000 has been
treated as stock based compensation and expensed in the current period.

On September 6, 2006, Mazal issued 50,000 shares of its common stock to a
consultant at $0.47 per share. The aggregate remuneration of $23,500 has been
treated as stock based compensation and expensed in the current period.

Additional paid-in capital includes $272,600 for the transfer of 1,400,000
shares of common stock of Amazon Biotech, Inc., to three officers of the Company
in payment of accrued salaries - officers in the amount of $202,000 and
compensation in the amount of $72,000. The stock had a basis of $1,400.

Additional paid-in capital includes $6,799,405 for the transfer of 17,000,000
shares of common stock of Mazal, held as an investment by the Company, to two
officers in payment of accrued salaries - officers of $253,550, due to
stockholder - asset acquisition of $1,315,000, loans payable - stockholders of
$13,709, and compensation of $5,217,741. The stock had a basis of $595.

On July 11, 2006, Mazal amended its 2005 Stock Compensation Plan to allow for
the issuance of 3,500,000 shares, an increase of 2,500,000 shares.

NOTE F - GAIN ON SALE OF INVESTMENT

The gain on sale of investment resulted from the sale of 500,000 shares of
common stock of Amazon Biotech, Inc., an affiliated company, for $70,000. The
Company received $65,000 and $5,000 is included in miscellaneous receivables.
The stock had a basis of $500.

NOTE G - GOING CONCERN

As reflected in the accompanying financial statements, the Company has current
liabilities in excess of current assets of $2,189,889, resulting in negative
working capital and an accumulated deficit of $30,916,128. Management is
presently seeking to raise permanent equity capital in the capital markets to
eliminate negative working capital and provide working capital. Failure to raise
equity capital or secure some other form of long-term debt arrangement will
cause the Company to further increase its negative working capital deficit and
could result in the Company having to curtail or cease operations. Additionally,
even if the Company does raise sufficient capital to support its operating
expenses and generate revenues, there can be no assurances that the revenue will
be sufficient to enable it to develop business to a level where it will generate
profits and cash flows from operations. These matters raise substantial doubt
about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. However, the
accompanying financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis,
which contemplates the realization of assets and satisfaction of liabilities in
the normal course of business. These financial statements do not include any
adjustments relating to the recovery of the recorded assets or the
classification of the liabilities that might be necessary should the Company be
unable to continue as a going concern.

NOTE H - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

On July 17, 2006, Mazal entered into a consulting agreement whereby the
consultant is to introduce medical clinics and assist in the development of
clinical trials for Mazal for a term of one year. Either party may terminate the
contract with or without cause upon thirty days written notice. The agreement
calls for the issuance of 500,000 shares of Mazal common stock upon signing and
1,500,000 shares of Mazal common stock upon Mazal receiving a letter of intent
from a medical center that has previously performed clinical trials for a major
pharmaceutical company, to perform clinical trials at competitive rates, in
which at least one third (33%) of the payment shall be in shares of Mazal common
stock.

On July 31, 2006, Mazal entered into an Interim Letter of Agreement for a Phase
I/II, double-blind, placebo and active-controlled, randomized, parallel-group
study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of MAHDL01 alone and as an adjunct to
statin therapy, versus placebo or statin therapy alone, in increasing HDL in
subjects with hypoalphalipoproteinemia who are maintaining a restricted diet.
The agreement calls for a minimum number of subjects of ten and a maximum of
four hundred. Mazal is responsible for all external direct trial expenses. The
consultant will receive $2,500 per subject who completes the study, where fifty
percent (50%) will be paid in cash and the remaining fifty percent (50%) will be
paid in shares of Mazal common stock.

GENERAL

APPI focuses on the research and development of plant based dietary supplements.
During July 1999, the Company acquired exclusive rights and interests to a
thirteen-step process, which utilizes virtually the whole of the nutrients found
in plants to manufacture all natural herbal dietary supplements. The Company
intends to use this process to manufacture products that it hopes to distribute
worldwide through various sales distribution contracts.

Our products we are currently marketing are:

lipid balance (good and bad cholesterol) towards a more normal level. These
six plants are synergistically combined using a proprietary "whole plant
technology" (a special pharmaceutical-grade process) that delivers

plants. Unlike almost all other herbal supplements on the market, Lo-Chol
does not contain any extracts. Instead, it utilizes the entire part of a
specific plant that is processed and standardized to deliver optimum

Comparison of the Three Months Ended September 30, 2006 versus September 30,
2005

Revenues

Revenues for the three month period ended September 30, 2006 were $3,224 as
compared to $1,458 for the three month period ended September 30, 2005, which
represents an increase of $1,766. This increase in revenues from the prior year
is primarily due to more purchases from our exclusive distributors.

Cost and Expenses

Costs of goods sold for the three month period ended September 30, 2006 were
$3,450 as compared to $122 for the three month period ended September 30, 2005,
an increase of $3,328. This increase was primarily due to the use of product in
connection with clinical trials. Our selling, general and administrative (SG&A)
expenses increased to $1,716,426 in the three month period ended September 30,
2006 from $249,323 in the comparable period for 2005. This increase in SG&A
expenses is primarily based on stock issued for services.

Our salaries and consulting fees increased to $5,452,341 for the three months
ended September 30, 2006 from $159,197 for the comparable period in 2005. This
increase results from the transfer of stock held for investment to three
officers and stockholders for services.

Our cost of goods sold as a percentage of revenue increased to 107% in the three
month period ended September 30, 2006 from 8% in the comparable period in 2005.
This increase was primarily attributable to the use of product in connection
with clinical trials.

Net Operating Loss

We had a net operating loss of $7,169,272 for the three months ended September
30, 2006 compared to a net operating loss of $407,463 for the comparable period
in 2005. We had higher operating losses compared to the comparable period for
2005 due to significant increases in salaries, consulting fees, and selling,
general, and administrative expenses.

Net Loss and Net Loss Per Share

Our net loss and net loss per share was $7,169,492 and $0.01 for the three month

share of $228,786 and $0.00 for the three month period ended September 30, 2005,
an increase of $7,398,278. This increase in loss was due primarily to
significant increases in salaries, consulting fees, and selling, general, and

Other Matters

We do not anticipate any material capital expenditures and believe that any such
expenditures will be in the natural course of our business. We do not have any
significant elements of income or loss that do not arise from our continuing
operations and our business is not seasonal. We believe that the impact of
inflation on our operations since our inception has not been material.

Comparison of the Nine Months Ended September 30, 2006 versus September 30, 2005

Revenues

Revenues for the nine month period ended September 30, 2006 were $7,775 as
compared to $7,387 for the nine month period ended September 30, 2005, which
represents an increase of $388. This increase in revenues from the prior year is
primarily due to more purchases from our exclusive distributors.

Cost and Expenses

Costs of goods sold for the nine month period ended September 30, 2006 were
$3,450 as compared to $1,948 for the nine month period ended September 30, 2005,
an increase of $1,502. This increase was primarily due to the use of product in
connection with clinical trials. Our selling, general and administrative (SG&A)
expenses increased to $2,314,597 in the nine month period ended September 30,
2006 from $655,504 in the comparable period for 2005. This increase in SG&A
expenses is primarily based on stock issued for services.

Our salaries and consulting fees increased to $5,877,741 for the nine months
ended September 30, 2006 from $424,610 for the comparable period in 2005. This
increase results from the transfer of stock held for investment to three
officers and stockholders for services.

Our cost of goods sold as a percentage of revenue increased to 44% in the nine
month period ended September 30, 2006 from 26% in the comparable period in 2005.
This increase was primarily attributable to the use of product in connection
with clinical trials.

Net Operating Loss

We had a net operating loss of $8,188,850 for the nine months ended September
30, 2006 compared to a net operating loss of $1,075,513 for the comparable
period in 2005. We had higher operating losses compared to the comparable period
for 2005 due to significant increases in salaries, consulting fees, and selling,
general, and administrative expenses.

Net Loss and Net Loss Per Share

Our net loss and net loss per share was $8,123,738 and $0.01 for the nine month
period ended September 30, 2006, as compared to $439,294 and $0.00 for the nine
month period ended September 30, 2005, an increase of $7,684,444. This increase
was due primarily to due primarily to significant increases in salaries,
consulting fees, and selling, general, and administrative expenses.

Liquidity and Capital Resources

At September 30, 2006, we had working capital deficiency of $2,189,889 as
compared to $3,290,487 at September 30, 2005. We had cash of $43 at September
30, 2006, compared to having cash of $560 at September 30, 2005.

Our operating activities used $349,574 for the nine months ended September 30,
2006 compared to using $469,805 in the nine months ended September 30, 2005. Our
operating loss of $8,123,738 was significantly offset by stock issued for
services and stock held for investment issued for services and payment of
liabilities.

Net cash flows provided by investing activities was $65,000 for the nine months
ended September 30, 2006, compared to net cash flows used in investing
activities of $5,579 in the nine months ended September 30, 2005. These cash
flows were related to an amount due from related parties.

Net cash flows provided by financing activities were $272,929 for the nine
months ended September 30, 2006, compared to net cash provided by financing
activities of $474,899 in the nine months ended September 30, 2005.

We anticipate that we will need additional financing to finance our proposed
growth over the next 12 months. We are currently looking to raise such amount
via a private placement of our debt and/or equity securities. There are no
assurances that we will be able to raise the requisite funds. If we are unable
to secure financing we may need to curtail our growth plans. Our working capital
is not sufficient to meet our obligations. These factors raise substantial doubt
about our ability to continue as a going concern. If we need to obtain capital,
no assurance can be given that we will be able to obtain this capital on
acceptable terms, if at all. In such an event, this may have a materially
adverse effect on our business, operating results and financial condition. If
the need arises, we may attempt to obtain funding through the use of various
types of short term funding, loans or working capital financing arrangements
from banks or financial institutions.

The preparation of our consolidated financial statements in conformity
with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States requires us
to make estimates and judgments that affect our reported assets, liabilities,
revenues, and expenses, and the disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities.
We base our estimates and judgments on historical experience and on various
other assumptions we believe to be reasonable under the circumstances. Future
events, however, may differ markedly from our current expectations and
assumptions.

Off-Balance Sheet Arrangements

We do not have any off-balance sheet arrangements.

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/09/07 -- Advanced Plant Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (OTCBB: APPI) today announced the company has completed the acquisition of World Health Energy, Inc., an emerging energy company focused on biofuels and renewable energy production and distribution. A new ticker symbol to reflect the new corporate name of World Health Energy, Inc. will be applied for in the near future.

World Health Energy, Inc. plans to use renewable, cost-effective agricultural products from around the world to develop natural alternative fuels and marketable agricultural by-products such as feedstock. WHE's proposed biodiesel production plants are designed to produce biodiesel that complies to or exceeds international biodiesel production requirements and standards, including the European standard for Biodiesel EN 14214 as well as ASTM D6751 specifications.

In addition to renewable energy production, WHE's unique process will create a newly engineered feedstock as a by-product of the biodiesel production. Due to feedstock shortages worldwide, the Company plans to sell the feedstock as a secondary source of revenue, capitalizing on all aspects of the biodiesel production process.

The company is working towards the most immediate goals of merging with World Health Energy, Inc. and closing on the $1.2 million financing previously announced for the construction of two bio-diesel plants. H & H Equipment, Inc., a privately held Kentucky Corporation with major connections in coal mining, washing facilities, loading and blending facilities and marketing of coal for utilities and other large industrial users, which signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to provide the necessary funding for two biodiesel plants.

I believe APPI is back in play, APPI just announced huge news after the bell. The first time I did an on alert on APPI it subsequently went up195% that following week. I think APPI has a lot of potential to go higher here, at sub penny levels can it really get any cheaper? APPI should be viewed as a trading vehicle.

If you look at this 3 month chart of APPI you will see it has popped huge on a few occasions. Every time it was trading at a low, it was on low volume such as right now!!! The longer term trend is clearly up. Do your own research on APPI, never listen to what I say.

die eine für einen laufenden uptrend

und die andere für tages trading

subito raus und tiefer ein und das spielchen von vorne

ich steige nicht aus, halte ja schon 2 monate mit diversen nachkäufen. bei übertreibung verkauf ich vielleicht eine teilposition und steig weiter unten wieder ein...

glaube nicht das wir mein 1. kz von 0,04$ heute sehen... aber vielleicht in den nächsten wochen...


appi bzw. bald whe entwickelt sich doch hervorragend... in den letzten tagen wurden ja in diversen boards der merger in frage gestellt, nun ist es wirklichkeit... bald produziert whe an 3 plantagen biodiesel und wer weiss wieviel noch hinzukommen... der nächste merger kommt in kürze mit der kohlefirma (und deren patent-technologie) und den dazugehörigen deal (abnahme von biodiesel im wert von vorerst 4 mil$ jährlich)...

also appi/whe könnte durchaus in völlig andere kursregionen vorstossen, denn die momentane mk von ca. 5mil $ ist ja nun wirklich wenig... da könnten wir auch schnell 50-100 mil $ sehen... wer weiss...

It will be companies like APPI reaping the profits when world oil runs out.

Just today APPI announced that they have completed acquisition of World Health Energy Inc., (WHE) an emerging energy company focused on biofuels.

APPI is now a part of the evolving biodiesel industry.

According to a report by Clean Edge, Inc., the biofuels market hit $15.7 billion globally in 2005, and is projected to grow to $52.5 billion by 2015!

According to an economic study by the National Biodiesel Board, the biodiesel industry will add $24 billion to the U.S. economy by 2015.

APPI's first of two biodiesel plants with WHE will be built in Kentucky and the first customer, a coal mining operation, will require 5 thousand gallons a day. Revenue for the first full quarter of operation in Kentucky is projected at $1 million, or $4 million annually, for the mining operation alone. Another plant is slated for construction in Florida.

Freedonia Group Inc. forecasted U.S. demand for biodiesel to increase 32 percent by 2008 in a study titled, "Gasoline & Other Fuel Additives." The group said biodiesel demand would increase the fastest of all fuel additives, going from $60 million in sales in 2003 to $240 million in 2008!

With figures like this for the future, I don't see how APPI won't capitalize.

the profits that will come out of this busines. (and then stockprice will be ??)

the latest price target was set for .03 I think whit the new

information a .07 must be posible for het near future.

for 6 years ago Appi was priced 0.80 ct/share.

So I hold, and even buy more at right times.

Von euch wird so ein kleiner Anstieg als "gesund" beschrieben, allerdings glaube ich dass alle sich insgeheim höhere Kurse ausgerechnet haben.
Außerdem sollte man bedenken, dass bei Pinksheets/OTC die Kurse ohne News in der Regel nachgeben werden... also wie weit geht die Konso nach der Merger-News? .. auf 0,004 ?! .. das wäre ein Witz aber liegt gar nicht so weit entfernt.
... und an der OTC "long" zu gehen finde ich spekulativer als Tagestrading

Meine bekommen sie jedenfalls nicht unter Wert!!! Nach diesen News ist APPI massiv unterbewertet. Ich find´s ungerecht was hier passiert. Die ganzen anderen Schrottaktien schießen bei kleinsten positiven Meldungen nach oben und hier wird man bei Top-Newsabgespeist (zumindest voerst)

Da sieht man halt doch wieder mal wie ungerecht das ganze Spiel an der OTC ist .. Da können Hammermeldungen kommen wie diese und kaum geht das Teil hoch wird abverkauft vom feinsten...

Hier werden zigmillionen aktien geworfen.... bzw. auf den markt geschmissen. Anders ist sowas nicht möglich...

Bitte nichts denken , aber letzte Woche hat mich arielle als Vollpfeife hingestellt...

Selbst bist du voll bei USXP eingefahren und jetzt wirst du es auch bei APPI .


Tut mir leid , aber man merkt das du erst so kurz dabei bist. Es ist immer das selbe an der OTC ..


Ich bin selbst noch in GLIF investiert und bereuhe es schwer NICHT verkauft zu haben da ich wirklich ein gewaltiges Geld damit gehabt habe...


Ich war selbst zu dieser Zeit noch Anfänger , hab die aktie früh genug gekauft so das ich auch JETZT noch im Plus bin. Jedoch wird es noch eine Zeit dauern bis es wieder hoch geht. Der Kurs ist noch stark angeschlagen von dem damaligen Hype...

An der OTC muss man eben voll einfahren um es zu kapieren. Nur auf Dauer macht man hier absolut keine Gewinne , das ist alles schönrederei. Alle traden nur OTC um schnell an geld zu kommen , jedoch geht das meistens in die falsche richtung. Die meisten broker der ganzen leute unterstützen kein short-selling.

Glaub mir. Die Schmerzen sitzen sehr tief wegen glif. So toll die ganzen aussichten auch sein mögen. Auf dauer wird das auch nichts .... Entweder STAN Yakatan schafft es glif auf die AMEX/NASDAQ zu bringen oder man muss weiterhin mit reinen "zocker"-partys rechnen. Langfristig ist da nichts drinnen.. Man muss die schnellen Hypes ausnutzen um rauszukommen , 2-3 wochen später ist eh wieder alles beim alten...

Ich bin sehr zuversichtlich mit glif , die story ist auch sehr gut. Jedoch bringt es uns Aktionären garnichts auf Dauer , nach kurzen news explodiert der kurs und bricht dann sowieso wieder ein. Stetige Gewinne machst du niemals an der OTC... Ich hab mir mein mentales stop-loss gesetzt , das wird auch eingelöst sobald glif die Marke erreicht hat...


Jan/Feb noch abwarten , dann weiss man VIEL mehr...

Ganz einfach: Du postest immer nur, wenn es gerade mal unten ist Wenn es hochgeht machst du dich aus dem Staub.

das stimmt allerdings. es kommt da noch einiges. Ich versuche nur rauszukriegen, wie es kursmäßig weitergehen könnte. Wir haben ja auch einen gewissen Anstieg da. Kleinanleger nutzen die Kurse zum Ausstieg, manche haben pure Angst, RS bzw. Verwässerung durch die 70 Mio shares.

zuerst wollte ich verkaufen, liess mich von der Gier fressen und nun sieht alles anderst aus

Nach der Logik müsste der Kurs bald abrauschen, doch wie bei anderen titeln bin ich vorsichtig geworden wenn es nicht gleib passiert

Was mich allerdings positiv stimmt es wollte eben nicht jeder raus obowhl der Verlauf nicht sehr erfreulich war. Ich hoffe wirklich, dass sich wenigstens der aktuelle Kurs hält, weil es überhaupt keine Gründe gibt in Panik zu verfallen außer das der erhoffte Anstieg nicht eingetreten ist.

das ist genau das Problem, keiner weiß genaueres. Die 70 Mio sind gesperrt, es wäre unglubwürdig, wenn die wegen dem bevorstehendem RS auf den Markt dürften. Wenn der RS wirklich jetzt kommt, wie einigeAmis vermuten, dann gehts hier ganz schnell wieder richtig abwärts.

Man kann schlecht einschätzen, ob wir vor einer Abzocke sitzen oder vor einem richtigen up trend.

Das macht jetzt vielen Sorgen. Denn irgendwie muss der ganze Spaß ja bezahlt werden.

Wenn man wenigstens die wahren Gründe kennen würde könnte man dementsprechend handeln.

wir stehen aktuell auf 65. Rebound ist im Gange.
wer hier drin ist, sollte sich bewusst sein, dass auch alles möglich ist, Totalverlust oder Explosion.
Für mich Appi ist tatsächlich für die Zukunft ganz gut aufgestellt. Möglich dass Anfang nächster Woche schon wieder eine neue PR rauskommt, mit der niemand rechnet und die "Investoren" zum Ausflippen bringt.
Gibt wohl kaum eine Aktie bei der man besser dreistellige Prozente machen kann als bei APPI. Und 3stellig bedeutet bei aktuellem Kursniveau gerade mal 2 Cent. Und APPI ist bei der aktuellen MK meiner Ansicht nach klar unterbewertet. ATH lag bei 1,48 Cent. Wenns da bald durch News drüber geht, sei es durch den Beginn der Produktion oder einer weiteren Merger-News dann gibts bei mir nur noch Kavier zum Frühstück. Den von Panikattacken Befallenen kann ich nur raten zu verkaufen oder erstmal ne Valiumtablette zu nehmen.

bei 73 bist du 20% im Minus.
Du solltest doch wissen, dass das an der OTC nix ist.

Bei PTSH war ich mit meinem gesamten Kapital investiert und 2 mal 50-60% im Minus.

normalerweise sollte man sich bei nem otc wert einmal einen gewinn erwirtschaften und dann weiterziehen.
