Heißer Mantel Deal: Ein Joint Venture aus China You TV und Beijing HuaJu Net Media Technology wollen gemeinsam eine Art You Tube Chinas aus dem Boden stampfen.

Bisher ist wenig mehr als die Ankündigung bekannt und nach der geplanten Kapitalerhöhung werden 43,8 Millionen Aktien ausstehend sein. Beim aktuellen Kurs von 2,10 US-Dollar ergibt das eine Marktkapitalisierung von 92 Millionen US-Dollar - ohne das bisher ein operatives Geschäft vorhanden wäre.

Investiert haben die beiden Parteien insgesamt 1 Million Renmbini, was lediglich rund 125.000 US-Dollar entspricht. Das heißt: Die Aktie ist ein reiner Fantasie-Play für Zocker, kennt aber seit Tagen kein Halten mehr. Hardcore-Zocjher springen mit engem Stopp und kleinem Einsatz auf:

Also ich verfolge ja den Kurs seit einigen Tagen und habe es verpasst bei 1,25 USD einzusteigen, da ich der Meinung war, dass der Kurs zuerst noch unter 1 Dollar fällt. Aber jetzt nach 3 Tagen neuen Höchstkursen einzusteigen, wäre ja fast dem Selbsmord gleichgekommen........... Eine heftige Korrektur war(ist) überfällig ! Ich kaufe erst deutlich unter 2 USD !

CYTV dreht intraday deutlich ins minus, findet jedoch bei 2,02 bis 2,04 US-Dollar eine starke Unterstützung. Hier wird alles aufgesogen. Eventuell ein interessanter Wiedereinstiegszeitpunkt:

So, jetzt wird das Gap zwischen 1,50 und 1,75 geschlossen, wie ich es gestern schon vorgewarnt hatte......... Die Korrektur könnte aber sogar noch heftiger bis in den Bereich von 1,20 USD ausfallen ! Wer hier einsteigen möchte, sollte seine Käufe aufteilen und gestückelt kaufen !

Ich überlege mir auch, ob ich hier schon eine erste Position aufbauen soll. Es hat aber auch hier bei 0,80 USD und darunter Gaps zum füllen. Ich weiss aber immer noch nicht genau, ob diese Firma seriös aufgebaut wird, oder ob es sich hier wirklich nur um einen Spielball für Zocker handelt. Darum nicht zuviel Geld investieren und Gewinne wieder schnell einfahren ! Ist meine persönliche Meinung.

China YouTV's JV Partner Explores Innovative Financing Opportunities in China

(OTC BB:CYTV.OB - News), a publicly traded company that provides online video viewing services through its CnBoo website in China, reports that its Chinese Joint Venture Partner, HuaJu has entered into a strategic partnership with Cai Hua Media AD Ltd.(Cai Hua) to explore innovative financing opportunities.

Cai Hua is mainly engaged in the design, organization and distribution of advertisements in China. As an emerging high-tech enterprise, Cai Hua has introduced state-of-the-art LED technology which is increasing in popularity, particularly in outdoor advertising in major cities such as Beijing and Shanghai, China.

Per the agreement, Cai Hua authorized HuaJu to use all LED Screens located in central regions of Hangzhou, Wuhan and Shanghai to broadcast advertisements at a wholesale price of 1.2 RMB per second and total advertisement broadcasting time of 12 hours per day from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008. According to the marketing analysis, HuaJu has made a quotation of 4 RMB per second on average to re-sell the time slot to other customers. It is projected that HuaJu's brand awareness and exclusive resources will bring substantial customers to ensure the profitability of this advertising sales contract arrangement.

China YouTV's goal is to make CnBoo the leading online site in China. CnBoo has worked hard to develop the CnBoo website, providing the service for free and making some revenue from advertising. When the website achieves the height of its popularity, China YouTV will consider charging netizens for some services. In the interim, the Company is seeking financing to support the implementation and continuous development of the website. This agreement is one way for HuaJu to keep the Company operational and reach its goals.
