When the dust settles, it comes down to this:

1. "Select American Stock Transfer announced today a corporate restructure of its ownership and executive management following recent allegations involving a former client of the firm."

There is nothing here that is an admission of wrongdoing. However, it could be used in the legal system to probe the reason behind the restructure.

2. "The company has also immediately implemented a series of new control and compliance measures to assure the utmost standards in securities transfer and registrar as well as the implementation of a secured online transfer platform, which will enable issuer clients to receive shareholder list, control logs and many other important reports on a real-time basis."

This is IMO a "we didn't do anything wrong, but we'll tighten the belt" statement to alleviate customer as well as SEC concerns.

All in all, it technically changes nothing in the ability for BHUB to trade again.

Behind the scenes, it may be used as some leverage by BHUB attorneys to settle with SA. I doubt though that SA/Fairross will buckle unless under SEC litigation or BHUB civil lawsuit-- both can be very protracted processes.

To be fair, the quickest course on paper to "trading" this stock still lies with the TELA tender offer.

Talked with Darrell Peterson for about half an hour and he indicated that deal with TELA may be too complicated to pull it off. They are looking for other options for BHUB. He did not rule out TELA deal yet. He said we may hear something soon on the progress of what they are working on.

I called the OSC today to see if the hearing took place yesterday and they said it did take place and the results of the hearing will be posted within the next 24 to 48 hours. So whatever happened it was short and sweet because it only took a day to come to a decision. So I guess tomorrow is the day we at least start to see some answers.

Well, Last week Darrell told me they are waiting on getting their edgar codes so they can file the 14C to raise the authorized to 20 Billion - (enough shares authorized to account for the 1.5B Select American shares, however many shares they'll use for an aquisiton/RM, and also to account for theoretical conversion of Yucatan's preferred shares. For the time being though, the OS will probably be just over the 1.5B SAT shares so that they can file their 15211C and get BHUB trading.

Eline Entertainment Group, which holds a controlling interest in the voting securities of CTD Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:CTDH), reported that on July 25, 2007 Palm Beach County Circuit Court Judge Glenn D. Kelly granted a motion filed by Eline and all related defendants (which include Yucatan) to dismiss the complaint filed by CTD Holdings and its President, C.E. Rick Strattan (the “Plaintiff”) in which the Plaintiff sought to force the return of the Class A Preferred Share held by Eline, which share represents a controlling interest in the voting securities of CTD Holdings. In granting the motion of Eline, et al., to dismiss the complaint, Judge Kelly also granted the Plaintiff the right to file an Amended Complaint within 20 days of the date of his order to dismiss the original complaint. after the authorized shares are increased via this 14C information statement, then a 15c211 is filed. Timing of this is all up to yucatan who pays for it.

I had a conversation with Steve Dorrough today. He said the 14C filing is finished and to look for it to be edgarized by Barry Rothman either Wednesday or Thursday.. Authorized will be raised to 20 billion common shares, but they aren't raising the actual OS at this time. That will come when they legitimize the 1.5B select american unregistered shares that got this halted in the first place. With FTD's probably approaching 2.5B, even with legitimizing the 1.5B unregistered shares, BHUB will have a huge number of shares that will still need covered in the open market. Any naked shorts have probably forgotten about their positions here. They may get a rude awakening here soon.


Once this 14C filing is done, look for them to get their 15c211 into NASDAQ, and contact NASD/DTC to get approved for trading/clearing.
As I understand it, they will still go after Select American/Fairross Transfer in court.

They are also starting to look at reverse merger partners, and plan on putting something of value in the BHUB shell, so even though some may initially bail as soon as it trades, it should rebound nicely from there as new blood comes into the long dormant stock.

Got word from Steve Dorrough that they have the nobo list and will be calling all 2600 shareholders for verification as a process of working with their TA (So expect a call from Darrell. Seems he's going to be back working with Dorrough on this). Once finished they will be taking to the DTC to reapply for trading status.

In the meantime, it seems this is what Dorrough has been spending so much time working on in Venezuela

TCHL getting into an "Interesting" business it seems..

BHUB is on the way back to life. An accountant has been hired as of two weeks ago, working on getting all filings up to date for the 15c211 to get relisted. There have been discussions with DTC and apparently DTC is OK with BHUB's current plan to get back to trading.

Darrell is back onboard getting things done for dorrough, and is making things happen. Will update further as details come..

Along those lines, Darrell is getting TCHL http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=7476…energized and moving too, new businesses will be coming online under the TCHL management umbrella, and the stock moves on air, currently.

Should be lots of interesting stuff coming here soon for both TCHL and BHUB.

Danke für`s Einstellen der News! Ich hab das Teil auch schon in die Kategorie "Totalverlust" gepackt. Hatte zwischenzeitlich mehr als 200 Prozent Gewinn, war aber zu gierig und wollte noch mehr.

Don't know if this is true or not, but I just called Penson and asked about trading BHUB....


After he checked with their back office, I was told the reason BHUB isn't trading right now is because TCHL is in the process of "acquiring" BHUB... and they are waiting on the SEC filings before they will allow any trading. He had no idea about how old that information was...

He also said the 800k trade for $4,000 was reversed....

Word is he went to knoxville, but nobody's been able to contact him through any means for several weeks now. This obviously is distressing for BHUB since he controls the pursestrings to make anything happen.

Given BHUB's last PR, it seems the company they were looking to acquire was IFR. Perhaps calling them might sniff him out of whatever hiding his is in.

Anyone else get a letter from Penson Financial Services Inc. relating to BHUB "This letter serves as notification that Penson Financial Services, Inc., the clearing firm has recently processed instructions, which resulted in a securities or cash disbursement from your account. In compliance with NASD Rule 3012, we confirm to you, independently of your Broker/Dealer, that such a transaction has taken place." there's more.

My understanding from the letter is the funds I had locked up in what shares I managed to get sold the day of the halt is being released, not sure but was wondering if anyone else received a letter from their broker that clears through Penson and may have a better understanding.

The specific transaction detail on the back of the letter states:
"Transaction Description - Move BHUB to T7"
