BHUB könnte sehr bald stark steigen......hierfür gibt es mehrere Gründe:

1. möglicher Reverse Merger mit Cyberhand Technologies International Inc. (CYHD - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets)
Diese Gerüchte kamen auf, nachdem Cyberhand Technologies International Inc. folgende PR veröffentlichte:

"Cyberhand Technologies International Inc. (CYHD - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets), a design, marketing and distribution company providing new consumer electronic technologies using innovative ergonomic designs, today announced its Cyberhand Robotics Division is in discussions with an unnamed public company with respect to merging its operations with that company. In order to ensure clarity, this discussion is with a separate public company and not the same trading entity as its Pocketop International Division is holding talks with. If successful, this will result in two separate public companies. The primary objective of the merger is to maximize the shareholder value of Cyberhand shareholders.

"This merger, if completed, will result in this Cyberhand Robotics' operations being a separate public entity thereby allowing the true value of this investment to be realized in a future equity dividend, if permissible, to our valued shareholders," said Michael Burke CEO of Cyberhand Technologies International Inc."

Kurz danach war auf der Seite von Cyberhand Technologies ein Link zu BHUB eingerichtet (der sofort wieder entfernt wurde).

2. möglicher Short Squeeze, da hier vermutlich NSS im großen Umfang betrieben wurde

Der CEO von Cyberhand Robotics bestätigte gegenüber einiger IHUB User eine Anzahl von ausstehenden Shares bei BHUB von ca. 30 Mio Stücken. Selbst wenn diese Zahl bei 100 Mio liegen würde, wäre dies noch sehr wenig.

Bei Marketwatch.com werden O/S von 21,69 Millionen angegeben.

Im Vergleich die gehandelten Stückzahlen:
Vor knapp 2 Wochen über 1 Mrd Shares...auch die daruf folgenden Tage immer in einer Größenordnung von ca. 200 Mio Shares.....

Aus IHUB: Beschreibt schön die derzeitige Situation

Were Market Makers (MMs) caught with their pants down on March 8, 2007 with 1.3 billion shares of unexpected volume? Did the the MMs not know that BHUB was going to reverse merge with Cyberhand Robotics and, thus, taken by surprise, naked shorted to the tune of 1.3 billion shares to handle the volume on that fateful day? Have the BHUB traders caught the MMs red handed and now going to make them pay and pay dearly? If so, a potential Mother of All Short Squeezes (MOASS) about to hit BHUB that will make the PAIV and AWYB runs look like small fry.

Immediately preceding the 1.3 billion volume share run on March 8, wherein BHUB ran from .0001 to .0007, there was zero or practically zero volume. This means that the MMs did not frontload in anticipation of a run and were not expecting BHUB to run and, thus, could not dump their frontloaded shares for a profit when the run came. The very fact that the MMs did not frontload means that they were caught by surprise on March 8. The MMs were probably wondering "what all the fuss" was about and simply naked shorted BHUB to handle the volume of transaction on that day, thinking that, as with 99.9% of all penny stock runs, that BHUB would crash to .0001 again and need not ever have to cover because the volume would go back to zero.

What the MMs were not counting on was the I-Hub Team discovering that BHUB was the reverse merger partner for Cyberhand Robotics and that the CEO of Cyberhand Robotics has stated that there "should" be only 20 million shares in the BHUB shell float and that he "does not understand" how so many shares could be trading in BHUB since March 8 (when prior to March 8 the volume was "zero."). What we have discovered since is that the MMs most likely naked shorted BHUB to the tune of 1.3 billion shares and we intend to put the pressure on them to cover. The short position in BHUB was subsequently confirmed on the monthly Fail-to-Deliver list.

On Friday, March 23, the I-Hub Team continued the onslaught and brought the fight directly to the MMs. The MMs were forced to retreat and BHUB traded from .0006 and closed at HOD at .001. This was only accomplished because we have refuse to back down to the MMs and their nefarious shorting tactics.

As long as we continue to press the battle, we will hold the MMs accountable for their naked shorting of BHUB.

1998 BHUB was shorted @ a high of 55$. It slid down, and who ever took a short position tryed to sweep it under the carpet. Look at the history on Jan 1st 1998. High 55.00 Low 40.00 close 47.50.
Never made it back to anywhere near that level.

tonight, FRINGE confirms via Mr. Burke that he in fact is "pursuing BHUB". In addition to this, he has also confirmed the time frame for the reverse merger is to be within 3 weeks as of last Friday. Mr. Burke also said, "Hell No" in response to fringe's question regarding the effect on the RM due to the recent run up in pps based on the MOMO+RM+MOASS...which NOT only gives me the impression
that he is immensely passionate and serious about this deal, but also that he is not intimated by the shorts, MM, or anyone else for that matter! This deal is based solely on the share structure! I would think it is safe to assume Mr. Burke is confident in the share structure to have first pursued BHUB and then to continue by TODAY telling fringe he is, "PURSUING BHUB".

What I know is that we have A LOT of evidence in on our side...

Moving forward...I will be diligently watching Mr. Burke's website and would like to finish be re-posting fringe's last statement...

"I would assume that we will see Reinstatment of the Corporation on the Daily List not long after this, if the BHUB negotiations finalize (as I suspect they will)."

PKTO has 500 million o/s and I value it at about .023, whereas BHUB ceo is looking at 60 million in revs for the cybermouse alone, I heard. With 30 million a/s= $2.00 pps. Market cap at TEN cents is 3 million. BHUB's low o/s makes for a high pps. BHUB looks to have better revs and products.

look at valuation for the 30 million O/S!!! The new company is looking at $60 million in revs alone for the cyber mouse. A low O/S is good for a High PPS. So, 30 mil times say ten cents= ONLY $3 million Market Cap. Somebody correct me. BHUB will have much higher revs than PKTO from selling to HP Compaq etc. $60 million in revs would be $2.00 pps. They may need to add shares to the O/S for business purposes. The best news is that maybe penny season will be in full swing when this reverse merges.

@Fips: kann sein daß der Handel ausgesetzt ist oder einfach dein Broker sozusagen "hinten an steht" mit seiner Order. Gut möglich daß die US-Order vor Ort eher bedient werden. Ma abwarten, vielleicht erholt sie sich ja noch. Kein SL gesetzt? Bei so Werten zu empfehlen wenigtens die Hälfte des Gewinns abzusichern da das reine Zockerei ohne richtige Fakten oder News ist.

Well, I assume everyone who saw fit to drop money into this went to the Deleware SOS and signed up and paid the 20 bucks to verify the authorized shares, right? Or bribed the chick at Select transfer who you have to sweet talk to get any info out of...

A selloff after a 1000%+ run is expected given the nature of ihub flippers and the market makers down here. If in fact this only has 30MM shares authorized, then intraday swings shouldn't worry people too much.. PAIV took a couple months until the run to the .20's, If people have done their DD on this I would think they'd be loading when there's "blood in the streets" so to speak.

nobody said it would be easy,staying in is the hard work,and i believe if anyone looks at the timing of the buys right before we got news,that confirms that this babys gonna run to the pennies,what that news tells me is that the mms missed the split way back.and now some folks are going to greatly benefit from this error.

Cyberhand Technologies International is NOT Cyberhand Robotics

I agree. Cyberhand Technologies International is a public company (CYHD.PK). Why would a public company want to RM with a public company. Cyberhand Robotics, as I understand it , is a private company wanting to RM with BHUB. The recent PR states that BHUB has not been in contact with a rep from Cyberhand Technologies International. Of course not! That's a different company! Helloooo!!! This contact between BHUB and Cyberhand Technologies International is the rumor the PR mentioned and it never denied ongoing RM negotiations with Cyberhand Robotics. As far as I'm concerned, this merger is still active and on top of that it's now been confirmed (in the PR) that we may have a MOASS situation here!

Good morning all and thanks to all for there excellent job. I will have to agree 100% with charaltan on his comments about Darrel Peterson. He is confirming the same thing I found out on wednesday. Also if you follow his trail you will find he has worked in the legal proffession and is not going to be the type to tell all. This is great because what he did tell allows us to know that the owners of the shell are an open corporation with many exciting things going on.
I personally talked to darrell in length on wednesday and that is the only thing that kept me in this stock. The company does know the value of this shell for any r/m they would do is gone up three or four fold since the infamous march 8 th billion share day. I will be trading this along the way and also staying till the HURRICANE READINESS STORES R/M into some symbol. They seem to be opening the demonstration stores now with Twelve by Hurricane season. Then they will be franchising those stores. Imagine being able to get all the needs to prepare for a Hurricane in one place. Window coverings and all the needs that are tested and hurricane approved, This is a niche market and definetely one that needs filled in the south. Business being there real customers and lots of growth and profit.
The best part is there is still alot of momo and this might push up there need to r/m that business as the shell is set to go to the .20 point or farther.
Then of course you have the outlandish activities of the Market makers that will have to cover and the near term of the confirmation of the shares outstanding. It is another perfect storm brewing and really setting up for a nice profit.
I am looking forward to another positive open and will follow the money flow and the volunme.

Regarding the chances of an SEC suspension:
On BCIT, a DTC notice was issued about 3 weeks before it was suspended. You can search notices by CUSIP here:

If someone hasn't checked it out already, look back in that thread to the way BHUB was trading on June 5, 2006:http://www.hotstockmarket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=38310… {note: the charts auto-update & don't reflect the activity back then).

BHUB was trading like the low floater that it is but it looks like there was some dilution or shorting going on back then also.

On June 6th, volume was >50M...which seemed REALLY HUGE for that date and on June 7th, one of the postings there said something to the effect of "WOW...we're gonna trade almost 100M today!" ...Sounds vaguely reminiscent of how BHUB's been trading in March 2007, except NOW with CONSIDERABLY higher volume.

Go to posting #44 on that last HSM link & you can see where "stockgangsta" started pumping BHUB ("Yeah MWM im in this one with you Going to accumulate 5k at .0015 and below beacuse this thing can pop to the pennys IMO") & then a bunch of others jumped on board with the pumping.

Over the course of the next week, traders were flipping (or TRYING TO FLIP) between the .0001s & .0004s before the POS went down in flames (PRESUMABLY WITH A BUNCH OF STUCKHOLDERS) when the volume dried up.

I certainly hope we don't see a repeat of that kind of activity this time around. Hopefully Darrell Peterson of BHUB will put out a timely PR or PREFERABLY Pinksheets.com updates the share structure PRONTO before we lose the MOMO.

I'm a newbie (only about 1 year playing the otcbb; I play mostly low float Nazcrackers) and I have no idea who belongs to what alias of any of what I posted any of what I've quoted & linked above, but I find all the DD everyone has done on this very intriguing and hope information can help the moderators of this board put some more pieces of the puzzle together. I apologize in advance if any of this is redundant information.

As I've posted before, I've already banked on a few flips early on in this run on March 9th, 12th & 13th and am riding 20M freebies @ .00025 avg and am gonna hang on to them to see what unfolds...hopefully a really nice MOASS!!!

Short Squeeze


Short Squeeze - der Begriff bedeutet Verkäufer-Engpaß. Man versteht darunter einen starken, sich selbst verstärkenden Anstieg eines Futures oder einer Aktie. Dahinter stehen immer Anleger, die bisher durch Leerverkäufe auf fallende Kurse spekulierten und diese Position jetzt um jeden Preis auflösen müssen. Kommt es aufgrund irgendwelcher Umstände zu einem Anstieg eines Futures oder einer Aktie (vorwiegend bei umsatzschwachen Werten) haben die "Shorties" ein Problem. Das sind Anleger, die eine Aktie (oder den Future) leer verkauft (geshortet) haben. Sie sind davon ausgegangen, dass der Future oder die Aktie fällt und sie ihn zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt günstiger wieder zurückkaufen können.

Steigt der Future jedoch stark an, müssen die Anleger ihre Short-Position zur Risikobegrenzung liquidieren. Sie müssen den Future sofort zurückkaufen, bevor er noch weiter steigt und sie zunehmende Verluste erleiden. Allein durch diese Käufe steigt er jedoch schon weiter und andere "Shorties" müssen ebenfalls "raus", das heißt, sie müssen ihrerseits den Future zurückkaufen.

Je mehr Shorties als Käufer auftreten, desto größer fällt dann der folgende Kurssprung nach oben aus, denn ihnen stehen nicht genug Anleger gegenüber, die bereit sind, ihnen den Future zu verkaufen.

Soll wohl bei normalem Shorten,was ja legal ist und auch Cortal Consors anbietet,bei jedem Anbieter unterschiedlich sein.

Lest euch das durch, dann wisst ihr wies abläuft......

...angenommen, du kaufst 1000 Aktien eines Stocks. der manipulative MM (MM = market maker), der diesen Trade für dich ausführt, kann diese 1000 Aktien sofort leihen und bereits einen Trade später gegen dich einsetzen, indem er diese 1000 Aktien ins bid verkauft, also billiger. da die Umsätze erst nach 3 tagen gecovert werden müssen (also abgerechnet), kann der MM mit dem gesamten (kauf)Volumen ins bid gehen und somit eigentlich kaufwillige abhalten, weil die sich natürlich fragen " wer verkauft denn da zu diesen Schweinepreisen?" , was dazu führen kann, dass trotz guter News ein stock nicht steigt oder sogar fällt.
Wenn das von mehreren MM betrieben wird, ergibt sich im Handel ein verzerrtes bild der Realität. eigentlich ist der stock bereit zu steigen, wird aber dadurch das die Shares der Ask Käufer sofort wieder billiger ins Ask gegeben werden, im lauf ausgebremst und fällt sogar. dieses spiel kann diverse tage so gehen und die Anleger richtig Geld kosten. viele verkaufen am gleichen tag oder spätestens nach 2-3 tagen entnervt ihre " fallenden" Aktien, was dazu führt, das der preis noch weiter fällt. Netter Nebeneffekt für die Shorts: bei fallenden Kursen sammeln sie links und rechts noch Stop Losses ein und die abends nach hause kommenden Shareholder fragen sich, wo ihre Aktien geblieben sind. flankiert wird dieses vorgehen oft von Bashern, die zuhauf in den Boards auftauchen und dort die Verunsicherung weiter schüren.
Nun wurde zum Jahreswechsel ja die SHO Regelung eingeführt, die die MM und Shorties zwingen sollte, nach 3 tagen zu covern, also geliehene Shares glattzustellen. was dann bedeutet hätte, das bei fundamental guten werten und standfesten Shareholdern die Shorties und MM reichlich Aktien hätten kaufen müssen, um die geliehenen wieder glattzustellen. das hätte zu extrem steigenden Kursen führen können (ein sogenannter Short Squeeze), weil bei theoretisch über 3 Tagen geliehenen und short verkauften 10 Millionen Aktien auch die gleiche menge Aktien hätte gekauft werden müssen -und das in der Regel aus dem Ask, was eben für einen fetten Rebound gesorgt hätte.

Da die MM und Hedges aber nicht doof sind, passiert nach dem drei tagen folgendes: der MM, der mit z. b. 50.000 Aktien short ist und nach Ablauf der 3 tage eigentlich covern müsste, leiht sich diese 50.000 Aktien von einem anderen MM, der nun wiederum 3 tage zeit hat, der verliehenen 50.000 Aktien zu covern. was dann passiert? richtig, MM Nummer 2 findet MM Nummer 3, der ihm erneut 50.000 " leiht" . dieses spiel kann unendlich fortgeführt werden, es könnte sogar der erste MM wieder 50.000 Aktien der Nummer 3 leihen, weil ja MM Nummer 1 durch MM Nummer zwei gecovert wurde.

und so kommt es, dass es reichlich werte auf der SHO liste gibt, die dort seit Wochen (was ja eigentlich unmöglich ist)stehen und aus diesem miesen Kreislauf nicht herauskommen und weiter fallen oder stagnieren.

ganz pervers wird es beim nächsten punkt:
beim naked shorten wird oft auf Margin Basis gehandelt, das bedeutet, dass wenn du z.b. 1000 Aktien gekauft hast, diese zwischen 4- und 10-fach beliehen werden. mit jedem kauf von 1000 Aktien löst du also mögliche Verkäufe von 4000-10.000 Aktien aus. auch hier wird das covern - wie oben besprochen- durch gegenseitiges beleihen ausgebremst.

bei derzeit rund 8500 börsenwerten in den USA und existierenden 9000 Hedges fonds kannst du davon ausgehen, dass jede noch so gesunde Firma Opfer werden kann. dadurch werden milliardenwerte vernichtet und Kleinanleger um ihr Geld betrogen. die meisten short Attacken werden über Kanada, Offshore und (man vermutet das) über Berlin gefahren.

erst wenn die sec das gegenseitige covern unter den MM restriktiv verbietet und dieses auch konsequent umsetzt und Verstöße drastisch bestraft, wird sich daran etwas ändern. Aber diese mafiöse Allianz von Hedges, MM und großen Brokerhäusern hat eben nicht nur Finanzpower sondern auch politische Macht. auf jeden fall ist es der größte Beschiss des Jahrhunderts und er wird ganz offensichtlich geduldet von den wichtigen Herren der weltweiten Finanzmafia.
bei der SHO List geht es darum, das berüchtigte Naked Short Selling einzudämmen. Gesellschaften, deren Aktien die folgenden 3 Kriterien erfüllen, kommen jeweils am Handelstag auf die THreshold (SHO List).

~ There are aggregate fails to deliver at a registered clearing agency of 10,000 shares or more per security;
~ the level of fails is equal to at least one-half of one percent of the issuer’s total shares outstanding; and
~ the security is included on a list published by a self-regulatory organization (SRO).
A security ceases to be a threshold security if it does not exceed the specified level of fails for five consecutive settlement days
D.H. bei ca. 360 Mio. ausstehenden SHRN Aktien sind mind. 0,5% = 1,8 Mio. Aktien geshortet, ohne geliefert worden zu sein, d.h. naked short. Das ist seit mind. 7 Tagen der Fall und deswegen steht SHRN seit 2 Tagen auf der Liste. M.W. greift die SEC ein, wenn ein Wert eine gewisse Zeit auf der Liste steht.

SHO List heißt also erstmal, es wird gedrückt (von 11 Cent auf knapp 8 Cent in den letzten Tagen, ohne zu liefern, d.h. MM geben Verkäufe ein, haben aber die Aktien nicht. Meistens gibt es einen kleinen Hype, wenn die SEC-Frist abläuft. Es kann aber auch sein, dass die neulich bei RB gemeldete Registrierung von 3,5 Mio. SHRN Aktien der Eindeckung der Naked Shorts dient, d.h. die Aktien sozusagen vorher verkauft wurden.

beim kiten werden deine gekauften shares sofort verliehen und ins bid geworfen.
du kaufst 5000 aktiven aus dem ask (grüner Umsatz). das war ein verkauf eines anderen, der von dir erworben wurde.
wenn das z.b. 20x passiert, steigt der Kurs, weil das ask leergekauft wird und kaum etwas ins bid fliegt.
shorts kiten gemeinsam mit den market makern.
das heißt: zusätzlich zu den eh schon shorten Aktien (also die permanenten 200er, 500er ticks ins bid) verleihen die MM in der gleichen Sekunde deine Aktien, also die 5000 grünen stücken und werfen sie ins bid zurück.

nun sind bereits 2x 5000 Aktien verkauft und 1x gekauft worden. der Kurs kommt nicht hoch sondern wird mit diesen Aktionen nach unten gedrückt, weil das ask normalerweise schwächer wird und das bid dann ebenso weiter abfällt.
auf dem weg nach unten wird eingesammelt (wenn erste Blöcke entnervter fliegen) und stop losses eingesammelt,anschliessend wir nach Lust und Laune entweder mit den billig abgegriffenen shares das geliehene Volumen gecovert oder -was sie auch gerne machen (SHO liste): ein mm der 60.000 Aktien short ist und nach 3 tagen ssettlen müsste,also covern, leiht sich einfach vom nächsten mm die 60k Aktien, covert seine und ist durch damit. der andere market maker hat wieder 3 tage zeit und macht das gleiche nochmal.

so drehen sich also Millionen geliehener Aktien im market maker Karussell und beeinflussen die Kurse, obwohl es diese shares eigentlich nicht gibt.

Aber sein wir doch mal ehrlich,wenn es wirklich so schlimm um das Aktien- und Investsystem bestellt ist, dann hat das Investieren in eine Aktie bald keine Zukunft mehr!!!!!!

Nich nur die MMs sind nich dumm,auch wird irgendwann der kleine Anleger und der Fondmanager dahinterkommen, und somit werden Alternativen gesucht werden und seriöse und auch nichtseriöse Unternehmen können sich kein fisches Kapital vom Markt ziehen.

Ich weiß nich wie das in der Zukunft dann alles funktionieren soll. Auch wenn alle (banken MMs Hedgefonds)unter einer Decke stecken und Macht besitzen, es muss was passieren,ansonsten ist auch eine Weltwirtschaft durch sowas in Gefahr!!

Bin etwas überrascht, auch dich mal "erwischt" zu haben.
Folgt ein fünfter Buchstabe, so gibt dieser in der Regel über eine Besonderheit Auskunft. Die wichtigsten Buchstaben sind dabei E, F, Q und C. Das „E” ist ein Schandmal, das anzeigt, daß das Unternehmen seiner Berichtspflicht nicht rechtzeitig nachgekommen ist. Sollte das Unternehmen innerhalb einer gesetzten Spanne der Anforderung nicht nachkommen, wird es in die „Pink Sheets” verbannt.
Das „Q” steht für Unternehmen in Konkursverfahren. Das „F” für „Foreign Issue”. Das bedeutet, daß es sich um eine nicht reguläre Zweitnotierung handelt, die nicht an amerikanische Listing-Standards gebunden ist. „F”-Aktien notieren grundsätzlich in den „Pink Sheets”. „C” steht für eine befristete Ausnehmung von den Listing-Standards. All diese Anhängsel sind auf ihre Weise Warnsignale, da sie ein Anhaltspunkt dafür sind, daß das Unternehmen in Schwierigkeiten steckt oder aber, daß Notierung von keinerlei Aussagekraft ist.

Wenn ich es mir jetzt nochmal so durchlese, ist es aber eigentlich klar. Sie sind der Berichtspflicht nicht nachgekommen und deshalb in den pink sheets. Wahrscheinlich erlischt dann automatisch das "e".

Bin mit über 7 Mio Stücken dabei und werde weiterhin aufstocken, insofern die MM`s mich noch lassen (gibt ja eigentlich nur 21,x Mio Aktien o/s (50m a/s) - in letzter Zeit wird es schwieriger mit aufstocken - die rücken nicht mehr so gerne Aktien raus im Moment - Einstieg das meiste bei 0,0012 aber auch zu 0,0006 + 0,0016! Das Teil könnte die nächste PAIV und LFZA (jetzt USSE) werden!!
SQUEEZE IT und danach vielleicht nen netter MERGER?

In a nutshell, here’s the situation. BHUB was a dormant(since 2000) Florida shell corporation. Recently a bad actor registered a Florida corporation (2005) of the same name They then just recently used these corporate documents to have millions, maybe billions of unregistered shares printed and sold into the market. The brokers(as of yet unknown) who sold the paper into the market are now on the hook to cover the unregistered shares they most probably unwittingly sold into the market.

The shell owners, Yucatan Holdings Company

Yucatan’s attorneys have requested the DTC sheets and the nobo lists to get a handle on the number of unregistered shares dumped into the marketplace. They have also said that there have been no share authorization increases since the last 10-Q SEC filing, 50,000,000 shares authorized, and 21,685,521 shares outstanding. http://tinyurl.com/2r9mtb Peterson has said Yucatan and their attorneys plan on addressing the unregistered share problem via legal means, without involving the SEC, if at all possible, reducing the chances of any suspension, as they do plan on using the shell for a reverse merger in the future.

So, What is the play here??

The play is the coming SHORT SQUEEZE that will be created when the brokers who sold the unregistered shares into the market are forced to cover what may be billions of shares on what is an official outstanding shares of 21,685,521

So, does anyone see any applicability of the following lawsuit to the BHUB situation with Sparrow/Wong/Select American?

I'm wondering if using this case below ( http://tinyurl.com/334mvl )as a precedent, if BHUB could claim that the Sparrow/wong/SAT shares were unregistered, and subsequently send Sparrow/Wong/SAT (and the brokers who sold the "unregistered paper") a "Stock Cancellation Notice" as is outlined below, forcing them to buy back the "unregistered shares" on the open market (hello, SHORT SQUEEZE") and then to return the certificates to BHUB.

Understand that such an action would only pertain to the original sellers of the paper (Sparrow/wong/SAT) and not to retail buyers who may have purchased the stock on the open market.

So...... any thoughts on this approach? It would force a removal of the "unregistered shares", and would leave out the SEC.

yes the pink sheets update will be the fire starter for sure. if i remember correctly they did say that the update would come "in a few days". i think that was said on monday so if they do not release the numbers by tomorrow we have the 3 day weekend to wait for numbers next week. the pressure will be huge over the weekend as the news spreads on this stock. i do hope they release some news tomorrow so we can see a nice price hike that may be sustained over the weekend. thanks art for the response. will see you all in the morning. i think we we are getting close to liftoff.

TDA did the same thing with PAIV shareholders. Funny, but the same speculations were posted during the PAIV run up...SEC will halt, investors will lose everything, the MM's will never have to cover, posters will flip flop back and forth...one day they are positive(hyping BHUB),then they sell, and start posting negatively to get back in cheaper...exact same happened with PAIV. Everyone not only needs to read the IBOX above, but also use your common sense...if the documented share count is what it is, then the fraudulent/short/bogus shares will have to be taken off the market one way or another. Bashers are posting that BHUB has no product/no revenue...that's not the play here. The play is the short covering that will take place. PAIV didn't and still doesn't really have any substantial business...but it ran due to the MM's having to cover the short position. IMO, BHUB is much better play because not only does it have the short position play, but it also has the shell play that has created many other major runs the past several months. GLTA

Just got off the phone with pinksheets.com - He was working on/ inputing BHUB data as we spoke. Entire profile being updated and will hit the system today, or early mid evening (they used to update at midnight now it happens earlier) they are closed tomorrow, so is the market. Anyone can call and get the same info although I hate to do that to him

Die Aktie ist doch vor ein paar Tagen nach dem ersten run bis auf 0,0006 zurück gefallen und nächste Woche wird es höchstwahrscheinlich genauso laufen. Und eben haben einige für 0,0023 gekauft. Denen ist wirklich nicht mehr zu helfen

So, den Teil habe ich eben abgestoßen und ratet mal, warum der Kurs so runter ging. Ich hatte nur Teilausführungen (etwa 10 in Worten zehn) und er ging von 0,0023 auf 0,0019 zurück, immer mit den entsprechenden Paketen!!!!!
Trotzdem genügend Plus.

Wieso leicht zu durchschauen? Ich gehe immer nach dem Prinzip vor, dass, was ich hab, dann auch hab.
Natürlich ärgert es mich ein wenig, dass ich gestern meine gesamte Position verkauft habe, hat aber nichts damit zu tun, dass ich hier irgendwelche Spielchen betreibe. Warum auch? Die Deutschen haben in diesem Falle absolut keinen Einfluss, was da drüben geschieht. Sieht man ja an dem Thread hier.

Klar gibt es eine Chance, dass sie noch weiter steigt, aber meistens kommt am nächsten Tag der große Fall. Wenn man einen guten EK hat, kann man dem gelassen entgegen sehen, aber mir wäre das Risiko bei 0,0025 zu kaufen zu hoch, selbst bei 0,0012 hätte ich nicht gekauft und wenn nur für einen kurzen trade.

ALL, take head of the PAIV lesson. It played out over a month (end of may to july)with the biggest play out in one week in july, but there were constant green days in may and june. Below is a cut and paste of the daily prices. BHUB too could take over a month to play out Dont be alarmed if there is one negative day, as you can see some the paiv example, it can easily be followed with a 125% green day. Take some profits, ride freebies, but done get caught with out shares when the major run occurs. This thing could easily go to .30 or .40 cents or higher !!


PAIV (PAVC) comparison....

when PAIV started to cover on 7/07/2006 the daily % gains went like this....mind you this is almost 6 wks. from the start of fiasco and stock price remained basically flat....

Good morning to all and I hope you and yours have a wonderful Easter.
I just wanted to make a couple of observations about this stock. I have been in this since the infamous March 8 th day. As many of you know this date will be etched into your memories for the rest of your life as life changing.
I will not allude to the fact that I know more than others here, I will only stand In Awe of the group of famous stature that have come together in one common place. The fact these ladies and gentleman have earned the wisdom they so much deserve if a testament to there abilities of ethics and fairplay. The knowledge and following of just five of them is staggering to a numeroligist study of what could happen with this stocks price.
Fortunately life as placed us here in a common place to become life changing.
I also have had several conversations with Darrell Peterson and have found him to be some one whose has great knowledge and abilities, the best being his proffesional ethics to adhere to what he does. His background from I have researched started around the legal aspects of business. I feel He will take all the neccesary steps and has a real knowledge of the value of the symbol BHUB. I believe from here he will move us from just a shell to a real company.
I will list a couple thought as I have done in the recent past on this stock. Sometimes they are just ramblins of the numbers as they work in my head.

1 The moass doesn't even begin to describe the possibilities here. Only your own Imagination can describe that to yourselves as we all have different goals.
2 the following of just five of the individuals alone and the number that follow are staggering. Especially when you take into account that others will buy on the opinions and dd they gain thru them.
