(PINKSHEETS: FMNJ) has engaged the services of 3D Capital AG to assist in securing additional financing for current and future projects in Bolivia and Argentina. A Zurich-based consulting company, 3D Capital AG specializes in aiding small cap companies secure both project financing and strengthening their capital structure.

Jaime Melgarejo, Jr, CEO, and William Petty, Franklin's consultant for international business development, arrived in Zurich on June 24, 2007 and are meeting with private and commercial banks to review the capital requirements of Franklin's mining projects in Bolivia and energy project in Argentina.
