PTS, Inc.'s Management in Final Negotiations with Chinese Medical Products & Facilities Manufacturing Firm for Glove Box(TM) Technology Transfer

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PTS, Inc.’s (OTCBB TSH - News) management reported today that they have been developing an LOI (Letter of Intent) with a state-owned Chinese medical facilities manufacturer that, if consummated, would involve joint licensing pacts for import and export, plus provide exchanges of technology and other opportunities for Glove Box™. This particular manufacturer of products and facilities can supply OEM (original equipment manufacturing.)

PTS, Inc. anticipates being able to announce the LOI by the end of May 2008. There have been questions from individual shareholders about PTS’s opportunity with this China-based relationship, and thus this update is being made to give everyone the latest status of the situation. Additional specifics will be provided via a press release when warranted.

PTS is not yet able to disclose the Chinese entity, however this particular firm was established in 1950 as a manufacturer of medical X-ray systems, and it was the same manufacturer that produced the first 200mA Medical X-Ray System in China. They are currently authorized by the Chinese Ministry of Public Health to produce Type I, II, and III medical facilities and equipments.

“Procedurally, if foreign companies wish to enter China’s medical facilities market, they need to first obtain a permission license. However, this procedure often takes years to obtain, as in the case of the Glove Box™,” stated Peter Chin, PTS, Inc. CEO. “The firm we are negotiating with already has existing permission licenses to produce categories I, II and III of medical equipments (all types, including Glove Box), and with well-established sales channels in the marketplace with over 50 years of experience. Thus, this could benefit PTS’s Glove Box™ tremendously.”
