Die Firma wird so schnell nicht pleite gehen..

Am 16.April steht nun der nächste Termin an, es wird zu diesem tag nur eine Anhörung geben, eine ENtscheidung erwartet stans nicht.
Kann auch sein daß die Kirgiz Ansprüche gleich abgewiesen werden,das wäre die Vorentscheidung für stans...

Ich hoffe daß ist schon die Vorentscheidung am 28ten. Diese bodenlose Ungerechtigkeit seitens der kirgisen muß doch endlich mal geahndet werden. man kann nicht ständig Verträge brechen und investoren prellen und verärgern.

Warten Urteilsverkündung erstmal ab, wobei dann herauskommen wird warum das erste Urteil aufgehoben wurde. Steht nirgends eindeutig, ob sie das erste Urteil einfach aufgehoben haben, was ja eigentlich bei solchen Schiedsgerichtverfahren nicht möglich sein sollte oder ob eigentlich diese Gerichtsbarkeit erst gar nicht zuständig war, wie von den Kirgisen eigentlich angestrebt und deshalb natürlich auch das Urteil nicht Rechtskräftig war. Dann auf das kanadische Gericht zu hoffen ist auch zwecklos oder soll dann dieses Gericht die neue Entwicklung ignorieren und sich gegen das Moskauer Gericht stellen?

jetzt muß stans berufung gegen dieses urteil einlegen.
Es ist aber lt pressemeldungen wohl so dass procedurale,d.h. verfahrenstechnische begründungen erfolgen. Das deutet darauf hin daß das gericht als nicht zuständig erklärt wird- eventuell.
Dann wäre in der Tat der Award wertlos und Stans am Ende.

Ich werde jedenfalls keine Aktie mehr kaufen,die irgendwelche beteiligungen in Russland hat. habe auch russland fonds gerade noch auskömmlich rausgeworfen.
in Russland zu investieren ist ein viel zu hohes risiko,da offenbar keine Rechtssicherheit besteht und Gerichte offenbar je nach politischer Gemengelage willkürlich urteilen- ist ja spätestens seit Yukos bekannt- alles nur meine private meinung.

Solange verkaufen bis jemand sie dir überhaupt noch abnimmt (paar Leerverkäufer vielleicht noch unterwegs) oder was soll hier noch passieren? Berufung, wahrscheinlich Gericht in Moskau und Ausgang dürfte klar sein. Kanadagericht wird sich Urteil Moskau wohl beugen müssen, da Grund für Beschlagnahme ja hinfällig ist. Minenlizenz wird sicherlich auch noch ein kirgisisches Gericht einkassieren und die Lizenzen, die noch nicht betroffen sind werden auch wegen Geldmangels seitens Stans irgendwann einkassiert. Blieben noch die Verarbeitungsanlagen zum Schrottwert und ein Bahnhof, nur fährt kein Zug hin.

Naja die letzten urteile in den bereichen sind alle gegen ausländische investoren und für die vasallenstaaten.
Wird Russland wohl die letzte Glaubwürdigkeit für internationale Investoren verspielen...
Die kanzlerin fand ich gestern auch recht hart mit ihrer Äußerung zur Annexion gerade an einem solchen geschichtsträchtigen Tag,an dem ganz andere (deutsche) Annexionspläne geendet haben, naja mußte wohl mal sein..

mich würde mal interessieren warum kein written ruling rauskommt.
Ist das so kompliziert zu begründen?

innerhalb 5 tagen war versprochen,jetzt ist bald ein Monat um.
jedenfalls gilt das ruling ab mündlicher Bekanntgabe. Also das ruling tritt in wenigen tagen in Kraft.

Ach mich ko.. das alles an. Das russische Gericht gibt kein schriftliches Urteil raus. Deshalb kann das ONtario Gericht nicht entscheiden.
Kann aber auch sein,daß ontario bald entscheidet ohne sich um das Kasperletheater aus Moskau zu kümmern. Wär mal eine Ansage.

Gut finde ich daß die nächste Klage raus ist und da geht es um milliardenbeträge. Ob ich jemals erlebe daß die Kirgisen zahlen müssen ??

Wenn ONtario dennoch das MCCI Urteil akzeptiert könnt es aufwärts gehen. Ansonsten ist STans durch Calunius Capital gut finanziert. Die machen nur Fälle wo 70% und mehr Erfolgschance besteht. Stans wird in der nächsten arbitration siegen und ich schätze die Forderung wird auf mindestens 500 Millionen Dollar lauten...

der Kurs ist so niedrig dass schnelle 100 % locker drin sind wenn die nächste (positive) nachricht kommt.Man wartet derzeit ab,ob man in Ontario das Geld noch eintreiben kann. Erst danach will man die neue Klage einreichen sollte das nicht gelingen...

Fonds und ETF kaufen Stans ?

Stans kann auch schnell ein paar Hundert Prozent nach oben gehen bei diesem mickrigen Aktienkursniveau..

Die Fonds und ETF haben auch Stans im Portfolio. Nachdem Lynas zuletzt so abgegangen ist,kann das Zuflüsse in den Sektor auslösen und Käufe verursachen.

Im Moment sieht es gar nicht mal schlecht aus.
AUf stockhouse.com bekommt man die bestenInfos.

Die Firma ist durchfinanziert und wird ihre ANsprüche durch alle Instanzen hindurch geltend machen. EIn UNICITRAL Urteil oder Ontario SChiedsspruch pro STans wäre super.

Vielleicht einigt sich aber vorher bereits die neue Eigentümerin der Mine mit Stans. Es ist erhebliches Know-How nötig, um die Metalle zu fördern und zu raffinieren. Stans besitzt dieses Know-How.

Damit wären 2 DInge gleichzeitig erledigt,man bekommt die Technologie und legt den auch zukünftig für Kamal sehr teuren Rechtsstreit bei.
Vielleicht sind die letzten Dinge über Bifurcation usw. auch nur durch ABsprachen möglich gewesen. Warum sollte STans sonst auf ANsprüche gegen die Kirgisen verzichten??

Bleibt extrem interesant,zumal mehrere Tausend Prozent AUfwärtspotential und nur wenige AKtien echt im Handel zu bekommen. Die Umsätze sind auch an der Nasdaq lächerlich klein, die Insider geben kein STück her.

Faktum ist die Seltenerdgewinnung ist extrem kompliziert und die Forscher haben Jahre daran laboriert.
Wenn Kamal fördern will,dann brauchen sie Stans.
Die Produktionsanlagen braucht man auch und sind denke ich noch rechtliches Eigentum von STans auch wenn die Lizenz an Kamal geht. ALso ein Settlement zwischen beiden wird warscheinlicher.

Das neueste ist das die mine doch nicht an kamal geht. DIe sind nun draussen. Aber dennoch positiv denn die 400 mios klangen doch viel zu gut. man wollte gar nicht wirklich investieren schätze ich. Oder stans hat interveniert und die kirgs können doch nicht so wie sie wollen. Umsätze absolut lächerlich,sogar an der nasdaq. Wenn hier die passende meldung kommt sehen wir ganz andere Kurse das ist mal sicher.

Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - Stans Energy Corp. ( "Stans" oder das "Unternehmen") freut sich bekannt zu geben, dass es eine Vereinbarung (die "Vereinbarung") für eine Option eingegeben hat 100% der Pervomayskiy GOK zu erwerben LLC ( "PGOK"), einer russischen Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung, der Besitzer eines Lithium Mineralisation Stockpile (die "Halde"), die Zabaikalsky Mühle (die "Mühle") und unterstützende Infrastruktur.

Gemäß den Bedingungen der Absichtserklärung, Stans und PGOK (zusammen die "Parteien") haben auf Rücksicht auf die mögliche Entwicklung der Halde, Wiederinbetriebnahme der Mühle und die Zugabe einer Lithiumcarbonat Produktionsanlage vereinbart. Nach einer vorläufigen Bewertung der in-house Technische Economic Assessment (die "TEA"), hergestellt durch PGOK nach russischen Standards im Jahr 2015, Stans seine Absicht, auf dem Vorrat an Lithium Lager Mineralisierung von der Durchführung von Due Diligence bestätigt, die Renovierung der Mühle und die Entwicklung eines Verfahrens zur Schaltung Lithiumcarbonat zur Herstellung, die alle gemäß NI 43-101 Standards.

Stockpile und Mühle

Die Halde und Mühle sind mit den historischen Bergbau aus dem Zavitinsky Lithium und Beryllium-Mine (die "Mine") verbunden, die etwa 250 km von Chita Stadt ist, in der Trans-Baikal-Region Russlands. Eine breite Palette an Infrastruktur ist in der Nähe der Halde und Mühle einschließlich zur Verfügung: Stromerzeugungskraftwerk und Umspannwerk, Wärme und Wasserversorgung, Tailings Lagerung und Bahnen Terminals. Die Mühle ist direkt mit der Transsibirischen Eisenbahn verbunden.

Die Mine war von 1942 bis Mitte der 1990er Jahre in der Produktion, und war der einzige aktive Lithium Mine Sowjetunion. Die Mine und Mühle über 100.000 Tonnen Lithium in konzentrierter Form über seine Lebensdauer hergestellt. Ein Cutoff-Gehalt von Li₂0 von 0,3% wurde durch den Staat für den Bergbau festgelegt, wie die primäre Verwendung von Lithium zu dieser Zeit in der Sowjetunion für militärische Zwecke war und Marktwirtschaft waren keine Rolle. Die Mühle produziert Konzentrate aus beiden Beryllium und Lithium, während die Mine in Produktion war, und nachdem die Mine geschlossen wurde die Mühle weiter Fluorit, Gold zu verarbeiten und Antimonerz bis 2010, wenn es aufgrund eines Mangels an unter Pflege und Wartung gesetzt wurde Futtermittel, die Material. Die Halde enthält etwa 19 Mio. Tonnen mineralisiertem Material Grading bei oder unter 0,3% Li₂0, die Stans wird sowohl das Volumen und die Klasse als Teil seiner "Due Diligence-Prozess werden bestätigt. Nach Abschluss der rechtlichen und technischen Due Diligence, Stans wird eine endgültige Machbarkeitsstudie durchführen ( "DFS"), um die neue Lithiumcarbonat Produktionstechnologie von VNIIHT (rus Führende Institut für Chemische Technologie) und zur Bestimmung der Wiederinbetriebnahme und entwickelt, um zu bewerten Modernisierung Kosten und Fristen der Mühle.

Memorandum des Verstehens

Die Absichtserklärung legt die Parteien Entscheidung über die schrittweise Umsetzung dieses Projekts unter den folgenden Bedingungen:

Phase 1. Ressourcenschätzung und TEA Bestätigung

1. PGOK wird Stans mit allen rechtlichen und technischen Dokumentation auf der Halde liefern, die Mühle, die über-all-Projekt, einschließlich der neuen Lithiumcarbonat Produktionstechnologie und PGOK Unternehmensstruktur auf einer zeitlichen Basis.

2. Stans wird dann eine vollständige geologische Prüfung der Halde zuführen, um die Lithium-Mineralressourcen von den kanadischen Standards spezifiziert in NI 43-101 (Standards of Offenlegung von Mineralprojekten) zu schätzen.

3. Stans verdienen das Recht, eine 5% Beteiligungsverhältnis von PGOK im Austausch für die zufrieden stellende Abschluss der Due Dilligence bei Stans Kosten zu erwerben (bis zu US $ 1 Million)

Phase 2. Definitive Feasibility Study Design

Vorausgesetzt, dass die rechtlichen und geologischen Due Diligence ist akzeptabel Stans, wird Stans dann verantwortlich sein eine DFS des Gesamtprojektes zu produzieren und ist eine Option, eine zusätzliche 25% der Beteiligungsverhältnis in PGOK zu erwerben auf Basis von Stans die DFS an ihrem Abschluss Kosten (Budget bestimmt werden).

Phase 3. Aufbau und die Inbetriebnahme der Mine

Stans ist für die Finanzierung und den Bau der Halde Verarbeitungsoperationen anordnen und wird über eine Option auf 100% des PGOK Eigentum zu erwerben. Die endgültige Entscheidung der Struktur der Teilnehmerinteressen in PGOK und die Anzahl der von Stans Aktien durch die PGOK Besitz zu werden von den Parteien in gutem Glauben bestimmt werden.

Die Quelle und Daten dieser historischen Schätzungen sind von einer technischen Economic Assessment der Halde und Mühle von PGOK im Jahr 2015 abgeschlossen.

Eine qualifizierte Person hat ausreichende Arbeiten durchgeführt um die historische Schätzung als aktuelle Mineralressource zu klassifizieren, ist Stans die historische Schätzung nicht als aktuelle Mineralressourcen und die historische Schätzung der Behandlung sollte nicht auf diese zu stützen.

STANS ENERGY PREVAILS IN PRELIMINARY JURISDICTIONAL PHASE BEFORE UNCITRAL ARBITRATION AGAINST THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

A ruling has been handed down by the arbitral tribunal in the matter between Stans Energy Corp. and Kutisay Mining LLC (claimants) and the Kyrgyz Republic (the respondent).

The tribunal, in accordance with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law rules of arbitration of 1976 (UNCITRAL rules), has unanimously rejected the respondent's preliminary jurisdictional objections and opened the way for adjudication of the merits. Any further arguments pertaining to jurisdiction will be considered together with the merits of the case.

The attorneys for parties will now confer with each other with a view to reaching agreement on a joint proposal for a procedural timetable up to, and including, a hearing on the merits (and any other remaining jurisdictional objections). Whether by agreement or order of the tribunal, the schedule should be set in February.

"We are pleased that the tribunal has confirmed its jurisdiction in our dispute with the republic. I would like to congratulate our attorneys at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for the stellar work done to date. Stans remains committed to pursuing more than $210-million (U.S.) of compensation, including interest, and focusing on this next stage of the arbitration proceedings," stated Rodney Irwin, chief executive officer and president.

Debt settlement

Also, chief operating officer, Boris Aryev, has been issued 200,000 shares to settle partial debts owed from salary arrears dating from February, 2016, to May, 2016.

Bin gespannt wann die News kommen. Gab noch keine adhoc auf der firmenseite,nur presseberichte.
Lithiummine ist nicht ansatzweise eingepreist.
Es gibt auch nicht so viele STücke,die meisten sind in festen Händen. oder bei ETFs.

Wird wohl noch eine Zeit dauern bis Stans zur Lithiummine umfirmiert. Bis dahin sicher günstig zu haben,wenn man die STücke denn auch bekommt,denn große Stückzahlen bekommt man nicht so leicht,ohne einen massiven Kursanstieg zu verursachen.
Wie werden sehen,der SHowdown ist spätestens nächstes Jahr um die gleiche Zeit.
Stans AKtie dann auf 1,5 Euro ??
Wenn die 240 Mio USD Award gewonnen werden,dürfte das kein Problem sein.

ARMZ Uranium Holding Co. is the mining arm of ROSATOM State Atomic Energy Corporation, one of the leaders of the global uranium market. The Holding controls Russian uranium mining assets situated in the Trans-Baikal Territory, Republic of Buryatia, Kurgan region and Republic of Yakutia, in addition to other global assets. ARMZ concentrates on multi-year field development and unique competencies that enable ARMZ to perform a wide range of uranium projects - from geological exploration, development and design to reclamation of production facilities.

Stans and ARMZ have identified three specific areas of opportunity:

Mine and process strategic metals used both in atomic and alternative energy sectors including rare, rare earth and precious metals.

Jointly develop new technologies to mine, process and extract metals, as well as manufacture value added products.

The Parties will explore the potential for joint marketing of scandium products and scandium-reinforced alloys through ARMZ owned DALUR CJSC.

Joint development of gold projects. ARMZ will provide Stans with proposals and information on potential gold producing hard rock and tailings assets.

Together Stans and ARMZ will individually define functions and obligations for each individual project. The Parties will bear implementation and development costs based on their proportion of ownership.

Stans Signs Binding Memorandum with Pervomayskiy LLC for Lithium Assets

Stans Energy Corp. (TSX-V: HRE, OTC: HREEF), (“Stans” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that the company has entered into a binding memorandum of understanding (“BMOU”) which will allow Stans to acquire up to 100% of Pervomayskiy GOK LLC (PGOK), a Russian limited liability corporation, the owner of a lithium mineralization stockpile (the “Stockpile”) the Zabaikalsky Mill (the “Mill”) and supporting infrastructure (together the “Project”)

Stans and PGOK initially entered into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) on August 25, 2016, Since that time Stans has undertaken a legal due diligence review on the PGOK ownership rights of the Project. In this time, PGOK has been addressing land parcels ownership issues identified by Stans’ counsel Norton Rose Fulbright Moscow. Furthermore Stans also secured an MOU for a strategic partnership with Atomredmetzoloto JSC (ARMZ), the mining arm of ROSATOM, the Russian State Atomic Agency, (see Stans press release dated July 27, 2017) to develop business in specialty and energy metal production and processing including lithium.

ARMZ and PGOK have also entered into a MOU on August 18, 2017 so that ARMZ can begin its own due diligence process on the Project as required by its regulatory and compliance departments. This due diligence will be separate and parallel with the due diligence that Stans is undertaking on the Project.

Stans and ARMZ will proceed to complete their separate due diligence work programs to satisfy both Russian Federation subsoil requirements and NI 43-101 standards. This BMOU between Stans and PGOG represents a significant step forward in Stans’ plans to produce lithium and related products within the Russian Federation with ARMZ as Stans’ strategic partner.

As a first step in the implementation of this Project, a site visit to Pervomayskiy township was conducted with representatives from Stans, ARMZ and PGOK in attendance. The objective of the site visit was to formulate a detailed plan and coordinate efforts for the due diligence work required by Stans and ARMZ to produce an economic assessment of the Project to their respective standards.

Upon completion of the due diligence and assessments, Stans will be able to enter into a definitive purchase option agreement with PGOK, and a Project development agreement with ARMZ. The goal for all parties is the resumption of lithium concentrate production at the Pervomaiskiy site and associated downstream products at existing ARMZ facilities located in the same region.

“Now that Stans and ARMZ are moving forward with complete project due diligence, Stans will be able to capitalize on some of the synergies that exist between Russian subsoil requirements and NI 43-101 standards. The stockpile contains according to historic estimates approximately 19,000,000 tonnes of mineralized material grading at or below 0.3% Li₂0, This historical estimate does not constitute a current mineral resource or mineral reserve. A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources, Stans is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources. Stans will be confirming both the volume and grade as part of its’ due diligence process.

Stans Energy Announces Work Programs at Pervomayskiy Lithium Project

Stans Energy Corp. (TSX-V: HRE, OTC: HREEF), (“Stans” or the “Company”) is pleased to report that Stans has formed a project management committee with Pervomayskiy GOK LLC (“PGOK”) along with the participation of Atomredmetzoloto JSC (“ARMZ”). The purpose of this committee is to coordinate work programs for joint development of the Pervomayskiy Lithium Project (the “Project”).

The Company is also pleased to provide an update on the ongoing due diligence efforts:

LEGAL DUE DILIGENCE

PGOK continues to work on satisfying the legal conditions identified by Stans counsel Norton Rose Fulbright Moscow. No issues have been identified which have been deemed to be insurmountable. Stans expects resolution of all remaining legal issues by Q1 2018.

GEOLOGICAL CONFIRMATION

ARMZ geological contractors have completed fieldwork for a topographical survey of the Pervomayskiy stockpile. The topographical report is being prepared and will form the basis for mapping of a drill program by Stans and/or ARMZ drilling contractors.

INFRASTRUCTURE AUDIT

Starting in October 2017, a technical audit of Project infrastructure will begin to assess the state of all buildings and infrastructure for their structural, electrical, and mechanical viability. PromTechnology (VPPINIT) an engineering division of ARMZ will conduct the audit. The goal of the audit is to determine the work programs required to resume production of a lithium concentrate at the existing PGOK facilities. Representatives of Stans and ARMZ will be participating in this process.

FINANCIAL AUDIT

As part of ARMZ due diligence requirements, qualified Russian auditors will be retained by Stans to evaluate the financial status of PGOK.

LITHIUM CONCENTRATE PROCESSING REVIEW

In October 2017, VNIIHT experts and representatives of Priargunsky GOK, the largest uranium mining enterprise in the Russian Federation, will collect a five (5) tonne sample of stockpile mineralized material from the Pervomayskiy stockpile. The sample will be used for industrial scale testing on optimization of milling processes to produce lithium concentrate and lithium carbonate. The production technology will be designed by VNIIHT and MIFI (Moscow Physics Research Institute). Discussions are ongoing for the exact methodologies, procedures and timing for the work programs required for testing of the complete cycle of lithium carbonate production.

STANS ENERGY RECEIVES FAVOURABLE JURISDICTION RULING

A ruling has been handed down by the High Court of Justice of England and Wales (the Commercial Court) in the proceedings initiated by the Kyrgyzstani Republic to set aside the award on jurisdictional objections rendered by the Arbitral Tribunal on Jan. 25, 2017, in the Uncitral arbitration brought by the company and Kutisay Mining LLC against the republic. The company prevailed before the English Court. The republic's claim was rejected.

On Feb. 22, 2017, the republic notified the company that it had filed a claim before the English Court to set aside specific paragraphs of the award. This claim was brought under Section 67 of the Arbitration Act 1996. The republic was able to have recourse to the English Court on this point because, after the arbitration had been commenced, the parties agreed that it be seated in London.

In its decision, the English Court rejected the republic's argument and supporting expert evidence in respect of the interpretation of the dispute resolution provision in the 2003 Law of the Kyrgyzstani Republic on Investment. It accepted that, under that law, a foreign investor is permitted to submit any dispute concerning the implementation of investments to arbitration and not only disputes concerning the sale of investments, as submitted by the republic.

"It is encouraging to have the High Court of Justice rule in the company's favour. Despite all attempts by the republic to delay and obstruct the settlement of our claim against them, the proceedings are moving towards the final merits stage. I would like to thank our counsel before the English Court: Ben Juratowitch, QC, Belinda McRae instructed by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer," stated Rodney Irwin, chief executive officer and president.

The proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal continue with the parties' submissions on the merits (and remaining jurisdictional objections). A hearing is expected to be held in April, 2018.

The Republic has been ordered to pay USD$ 222,241.89. Pursuant to the order the Republic is to pay Stans costs associated with the claim, with such costs being subject to a detailed assessment if not agreed upon. To date, the Republic has not complied with the order and the Company is considering various options for enforcement of the award. The proceedings before the Arbitral Tribunal continue with the Parties' submissions on the merits (and remaining jurisdictional objections). A hearing is scheduled to be held in April 2018.

KUTESSAY II AND KALESAY TENDER

As previously announced on October 19, 2017 a new tender for the subsoil rights to the Kutessay II and Kalesay deposits was conducted in the Kyrgyz Republic. A deadline for submissions was November 3, 2017. To date no submissions from any known participants were tendered. Stans will issue an update as soon as the Republic will decide on the next steps. According to the Kyrgyz subsoil laws, these rights can be now offered through a public auction.

Das Tolle an dem Projekt ist ja, dass man erst mal keine Mine braucht, sonder nur die verarbeitende Anlage wieder in Schuss/auf aktuellen Stand bringen muss um dann Lithium zu produzieren. Es werden auch keine "construction works" benötigt und auch die Infrastruktur ist bereits vorhanden!

STANS AND ATOMREDMETZOLOTO JSC EVALUATE PARTNERSHIP FOR ZAVITINSKOYE LITHIUM MINE REDEVELOPMENT

Stans Energy Corp. and Atomredmetzoloto JSC (ARMZ) are evaluating the potential for a partnership for the redevelopment of the Zavitinskoye lithium mine in Trans-Baikal region, Russian Federation.

Stans has made previous announcements regarding a binding memorandum of understanding (BMOU) with Pervomayskiy GOK LLC (PGOK) and a memorandum of understanding with ARMZ for the joint development of the Pervomayskiy lithium stockpile. After further evaluation by both Stans and ARMZ it has become evident that the best course of action for the development of a lithium production program would require the evaluation of the restart of the Zavitinskoye lithium mine operations.

Certain technical and legal issues have surfaced that preclude both Stans and ARMZ from conducting the necessary geological sampling to evaluate the Pervomayskiy lithium stockpile. In place of this program, ARMZ will commence an internal scoping study on the Zavitinskoye lithium mine, which was the historic source of mineralized material for the Pervomayskiy cut-off grade lithium mineralization stockpile. ARMZ is expecting to complete the scoping study by March, 2018, and has set aside an internal budget to complete this work program.

Upon the completion of the ARMZ internal scoping study, Stans and ARMZ will enter into a joint project development program and partnership arrangement. The value of including the infrastructure assets of PGOK in Stans and ARMZ development program of the Zavitinskoye lithium project will be re-examined upon the completion of the ARMZ internal scoping study.

(TSX-V: HRE, OTC PINK: HREEF), ("Stans" or the "Company") is pleased to report that the Company and Atomredmetzoloto JSC ("ARMZ"), the mining division of the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation, have expanded their original Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") announced on July 24, 2017. The new MOU outlines definitive steps and milestones for the determining partnership parameters for the joint redevelopment of the Zavitinskoye Lithium Mine in Trans-Baikal region, Russian Federation.

As previously announced on December 11, 2017, Stans and ARMZ identified technical and legal issues which precluded both Stans and ARMZ from conducting the necessary geological sampling to evaluate the Pervomayskiy Lithium Stockpile. STANS ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

The Company announces a proposed non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of up to C$70,000 of common shares in the capital of Stans Energy Corp. (the "Common Shares") to be sold on a best efforts basis.

The Offering is for up to $80,000 (the "Offering Amount") consisting of up to 1,600,000 units at a price of $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one share purchase warrant (each whole warrant a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will be exercisable to acquire one additional common share of the Company for a period of 60 months at a price of $0.06 per common share.
Stans intends to use the gross proceeds for general corporate purposes.

Denke dieses Jahr werden wir die Entscheidung des Gerichtes sehen.
Denke STans wird eine sehr profitable Lithiumfirma,aber das Uran in Kirgisistan ist wirklich noch das goldene Ei dazu.Über ein Euro die Aktie wenn Stans die Arbitration gewinnt.
Lithium bringt auch sehr viel ein, da das Zeug aus alten Zeiten da rumliegt und nur verarbeitet werden muss.

Hi,

im April beginnt erst das Verfahren.
Es kann Jahre dauern und sebst wenn der Award gewonnen wird,wovon ich
persönlich ausgehe,ist es fraglich ob jemals ein cent von den kirgisen eingetrieben werden kann.
Erwarte bitte keine schnellen Ergebnisse.
Das einzig schöne ist das die Kirgisen dann noch mehr Schulden haben und ihre Kreditwürdigkeit damit noch mehr leidet,daher ihnen niemand mehr was leihen wird.
Die Hoffnung auf ein Settlement besteht daher.
Nur MM,keine Handelsempfehlung.

Man muss Geduld von 2 Jahren mitringen und auch den Totalverlust einkalkulieren.

Der Kurs ist reine Makulatur.

Hoffe das die Firma mal wieder aus ihrer selbst gewählten Isolation rauskommt. Laut kanadischer Börsenaufsicht wäre die Firma selbst dran schuld das keine Aktien mehr gehandelt werden können, da die auflagen nicht erfülllt wurden.

Eine Lagerstätte mit einem geschätzten Wert von 4 Mrd. CAD. Na denn.

Wenn dem so sein sollte, so sehen wir hier gerade den Anfang eines Anstiegs.

Wird diese Aktie nicht in absehbarer Zeit wieder in D handelbar, werde ich den Broker und die Lagerstätte für meine Shares irgendwann sicherlich wechseln müssen, um meine Handlungsfähigkeit wieder herstellen zu können.
Es könnte meine erfolgreichste Aktie ever werden. Der Anfang ist gemacht.
Wer kann schon sagen für 900,00€, 100.000 Shares erworben zu haben.



Ich hänge lediglich in dieser Aktie fest, da ich sie in der Vergangenheit nicht mehr handeln konnte. Die aktuelle Nachrichtenlage bei Stans zwingt mich aber auch nicht unbedingt zu einem übereilten Verkauf meiner Anteile.


Die seltenene Erden Miene in Kirgististan habe ich bereits persönlich abgeschrieben.
Da ist wahrscheinlich genausowenig zu holen wie bei Geenland Minerals die bestehende Problematik mit den Grönländern, wo unterschiedliche Interessen und eine Anreicherung von Uran im Mineralgestein einen Abbau dauerhaft verhindern werden.
