HIGHLIGHTS
GLOBAL DOCTOR LTD
Global Doctor Limited`s web site www.eglobaldoctor.com was launched
in March 2000, Global Doctor Limited signed an agreement with the
Shenzhen Red Cross Hospital and the Beijing Friendship Hospital to
set up a medical clinics in Shenzhen and Beijing respectively, in the
Peoples Republic of China.
INVESTMENT IN ON-LINE LEGAL SERVICE
The Company invested $400,000 to develop an on-line legal service
with an Australian law firm which has an Australian wide network.
CORPORATE
Trading in the Company`s shares on the Frankfurt, Munich and
Stuttgart Stock Exchanges in Germany commenced during the quarter.
The Company announced a proposal to issue, subject to shareholder
approval, 15 million shares at an issue price of 12 cents per share
together with 15 million attaching options to clients of European
fund managers to raise $1,800,000.
Dr. Mike Galvin and Mr Hans-Ruedi Moser were appointed directors of
the company during the quarter.
Plans to change the Company`s name to Global Doctor Limited were
announced.
GLOBAL DOCTOR LTD ("GDL")
Establishment of the Company`s first clinic in Chengdu, China was
completed during the quarter. All necessary licences have been
obtained and the clinic will commence operating in May 2000.
GDL`s market research activities reported during the previous quarter
resulted in further development of medical clinics in target
countries including the signing of an agreement with the Shenzhen Red
Cross Hospital and the Beijing Friendship Hospital to set up medical
clinics in Shenzhen and Beijing respectively, in the Peoples Republic
of China.
GDL`s web site www.eglobaldoctor.com was launched in March 2000. The
website has been created to consolidate its relationships with
international doctors, and to establish a brandname within the
industry. The Global Doctor website database provides contact details
of English speaking doctors and clinics in Africa, Asia, the Middle
East, Eastern Europe and South America. Currently there are over 50
countries represented.
INVESTMENT IN ON-LINE LEGAL SERVICE
The company has invested $400,000 in a new company to provide working
capital to develop an on-line legal service with an Australian law
firm which has an Australian wide network. Under the terms of the
agreement, Terrex will earn a one third interest in the new company.
The funds will be used for the development of strategic
relationships, a website, appointment of key staff and working
capital.
The Australian law firm will contribute intellectual property,
website content, experience, the business plan and industry
relationships and will be one of the principal providers of the
actual legal services. It is planned to seek stock exchange listing
of the new business later this year and Terrex will have the right
to nominate investors in the pre-listing fundraising.
TERREX PROJECTS - ASIA
PUTAO, KAWTTABUN AND MT LOIMYE PROSPECTING LICENCES, MYANMAR
(TERREX RESOURCES LIMITED 51%)
Delays are still being experienced in exporting to Australia the
samples from the last field season which are in Yangon. An
application for an export permit has been applied for and is still
hoped to be granted soon.
Compilation of all field data and mapping has been completed and once
assay results are available an appropriate detailed follow up
programme will be developed.
THAILAND
ONE GRANTED SPL AND THREE SPL APPLICATIONS IN CENTRAL THAILAND
(TERREX HAS A CARRIED 5-10% INDIRECT INTEREST)
The Company`s mineral interests in Thailand were farm-out in December
1999.
The new operator is currently reviewing the existing data package and
attending to tenement administration matters with the Mines
Department. Field work has included a small program of shallow
drilling approximately one kilometre to the west of the Chatree
project, the results of which should be available in the June
quarter.
TERREX PROJECTS - AUSTRALIA
SOUTHDOWN MAGNETITE - WA M70/718, M70/719, M70/433, R70/21
(TERREX RESOURCES LIMITED DILUTING TO AN ANNUAL ROYALTY FEE)
In February 2000 the Company entered into an agreement to farm-out
the Southdown project to Vagar Limited. Vagar can earn a 100%
interest by spending $250,000 on the project within 6 months and
$500,000 within 9 months. On the second anniversary of the agreement
and each anniversary thereafter, Vagar is required to pay the Company
a royalty equal to US$0.25 per tonne of ore mined, with a minumum
payment of $500,000 per annum. The purchaser intends to seek markets
for use of the magnetite ore for coal washing and other uses.
KAISER PROJECT - N.S.W.
Terrex holds no direct interest in the two PL`s, and continues to
retain its entitlement to a $100,000 payment in the event of future
production.
INVESTMENTS - OMAX RESOURCES LTD. (LISTED IN VANCOUVER)
Terrex owns 2.5 million Omax shares comprising 13.1% of the capital,
with a present market value of approximately $360,000.
Omax is presently drilling several hydrocarbon wells at projects
located in Ontario and Southern Alberta, Canada. Omax has between 10%
and 100% interest in the projects. Several gas and condensate
discoveries have been made and recent gas flows, following fracturing
and completion work, have been encouraging. Testing is continuing and
additional wells are planned under the current programs.

Danke metisdo für Deine schnelle und umfangreiche Infomationsdarstellung.
Für alle Pessimisten:
Terrex betreibt eine ruhige angenehme Informationspolitik (mir leider auch manchmal zu ruhig). Aber es zählen halt nur die Fakts und keine Versprechungen irgendeines Vorstandes! Und genau diese Fakts bringt Terrex!
Wie Ihr bemerkt habt wurden in letzter Zeit keine Visionen verkündigt, sondern umgesetzt, indem einzelne konkrete Verträge eingegangen wurden! Die erste Klinik in China wird noch im Mai 2000 unter Global Doctor arbeiten. Dann haben wir auch bald die Fragen der Profitabilität geklärt! Welchen Markt China bei einem Erfolg darstellt, glaube ich hier nicht erklären zu müssen. Die Firma will voran kommen, schaut Euch nur mal auch die laufenden Stellenangebote auf der Internetsite an.
Auch glaube ich, dass die Umbenennung in Global Doctor Limited die Aufmerksamkeit erhöhen wird. Nach der HV im Mai und der Umsetzung des ersten China Projektes wissen wir mehr - aber ich könnte mir einen sehr netten Monat Mai in Sachen Terrex vorstellen.
Bin sehr gespannt in Richtung Zukunft Terrex. Jeder sollte es aber als spekulatives langfristiges Investment sehen. Der Anlagehorizont ist auf gar keinen Fall als Daytrade zu sehen. Wenn die Story stimmt werden wir alle kräftig belohnt werden, andernfalls ist wie bei jeder spekulativen Anlage auch ein Totalverlust nicht ausgeschlossen. Wie heist es auch so schön, gerade nach den Statements einiger Mismacher hier im Board - Kaufen wenn die Kanonen donnern.

Terrex betreibt eine ruhige angenehme Informationspolitik (mir leider auch manchmal zu ruhig). Aber es zählen halt nur die Fakts und keine Versprechungen irgendeines Vorstandes! Und genau diese Fakts bringt Terrex!
Wie Ihr bemerkt habt wurden in letzter Zeit keine Visionen verkündigt, sondern umgesetzt, indem einzelne konkrete Verträge eingegangen wurden! Die erste Klinik in China wird noch im Mai 2000 unter Global Doctor arbeiten. Dann haben wir auch bald die Fragen der Profitabilität geklärt! Welchen Markt China bei einem Erfolg darstellt, glaube ich hier nicht erklären zu müssen. Die Firma will voran kommen, schaut Euch nur mal auch die laufenden Stellenangebote auf der Internetsite an.
Auch glaube ich, dass die Umbenennung in Global Doctor Limited die Aufmerksamkeit erhöhen wird. Nach der HV im Mai und der Umsetzung des ersten China Projektes wissen wir mehr - aber ich könnte mir einen sehr netten Monat Mai in Sachen Terrex vorstellen.
Bin sehr gespannt in Richtung Zukunft Terrex. Jeder sollte es aber als spekulatives langfristiges Investment sehen. Der Anlagehorizont ist auf gar keinen Fall als Daytrade zu sehen. Wenn die Story stimmt werden wir alle kräftig belohnt werden, andernfalls ist wie bei jeder spekulativen Anlage auch ein Totalverlust nicht ausgeschlossen. Wie heist es auch so schön, gerade nach den Statements einiger Mismacher hier im Board - Kaufen wenn die Kanonen donnern.

Hallo zusammen.Ich habe gerade bei der Comdirect HP nach dem Kurs von Terrex nachgeschaut und was sehe ich da Terrex wird auch an der Nasdaq OTC gehandelt.Kann mir jemand sagen ob es um unseren Terrex handelt oder um einen anderen Unternehmen.
