General Discussion

HyperDynamics Corporation is an information technology service provider (ITSP) that maximizes its clients return on their technology investment. The Company`s business plan includes an initial roll up strategy to acquire information technology service companies. While the Company had started to shift its focus last year towards developing its IT services business plan it maintained a strategy with Wired & Wireless Corporation (Its` then wholly owned subsidiary - WWC) for volume sales of wireless television equipment. During the last year, management determined that the business plan for WWC was not in line with the objectives of its IT services business plan. As of September 30, 1999, the Company sold its WWC subsidiary.


Results of Operations

Sales increased 55% to $243,389 for the three months ended September 30, 1999, from $156,903 for the same period in 1998. The change was do to an increase over the prior year in the Company`s efforts being focused on information technology service including IT hosting and eBusiness projects.

Cost of Revenues decreased to $98,253 compared to $110,177 for the same period in 1998. The change was a result primarily of increasing margins for professional information technology services including IT hosting and eBusiness projects.

Gross margin increased to 59.6% in the period from 29.7% as restated for the same period in 1998.

Selling, General and Administrative expenses increased to $135,500 in the three month period, as compared to $119,499 for the same period in 1998. The increase was primarily due to the addition of the administrative overhead to hire a new financial controller.

Income from continuing operations was $3,386 for the period ending September 30, 1999 compared to a loss of $(79,582) for the same period in 1998. This is the third quarter in a row that the Company has reported positive results of operations. As stated above this can be attributed to the re-focus of the Company to its information technology service business plan preparing for its initial roll up strategy.

The Gain on Sale of Discontinued Operations was $127,633 based on the write-off of a retained negative investment of $(27,633) booked on the equity method of accounting at September 30, 1999 and a $100,000 reasonable valuation of the Revenue Sharing Agreement received from Wired and Wireless Corporation. This "Revenue Sharing Agreement" provides for 7% of gross sales received to be paid up to $50,000; 5% of gross sales received for the next $50,000 up to $100,000 total; and 3% of gross sales received thereafter until the company is sold. Upon any sale of Wired and Wireless, the Company will also receive 10% of the gross proceeds of any such sale. The Company has received approximately $9,000 so far under this agreement for sales through October 31, 1999.

Net income for the period ended September 30, 1999 was $130,450 or $0.01 per share compared to a loss of $(78,811) or $(0.01) per share for the same period in 1998.

Results are expected to continue to improve based on increased sales and marketing efforts for information technology services including IT hosting and eBusiness projects, as well as leveraging its growth through planned acquisitions of profitable information technology service companies.

Liquidity and Capital Resources

At September 30, 1999 the Company`s current ratio of current assets to current liabilities was 2.62 with a quick ratio excluding inventory and pre-paid expenses of 1.59. The Company is continuing to work diligently to improve its liquidity through positive results of operations. The Company does not have any long-term debt or other financing arrangements.

In addition to the goal of management to continue to improve its results of operations, the Company is preparing a private placement memorandum to raise $3,000,000 of equity. The capital will be used to increase working capital for itself and as well as planned acquisitions; to invest in increasing its technical staff; and to provide investment capital for its IT hosting infrastructure. The Company expects to grow substantially in annual revenues and profits. The Company`s goal is to qualify for small-cap NASDAQ as result of positive effect expected from this timely capital.


In addition to the above, the Company is in a position to obtain additional capital upon the exercise of previously issued warrants and outstanding options for common stock.

Prospective Information

The Company expects to continue to improve its results of operations in the second quarter. Through October 31, 1999 revenues already booked for the second quarter exceed $200,000. These growing core operations coupled with improved sales and marketing strategies for increased IT service revenues including IT hosting and eBusiness projects provide the foundation of the business plan. Management plans to continue to control overhead and to leverage existing overhead with new business and acquisitions. Ich teile Deine Meinung, daß HYPD noch eine große Zukunft bevorsteht. Die Nachfrage nach IT service providern wird in Zukunft mehr und mehr wachsen.

Why is Hyperdynamics Corporation a timely and potentially phenomenal investment?

Hyperdynamics is a fully reporting public company (OTC/BB:HYPD) with 12.4M shares issued and outstanding of which approximately 3M is in free trading float.

ein Kursziel kann ich Dir nun wirklich nicht nennen. Was würde es auch bringen, wenn ich Dir eine Zahl zwischen 3 und 100 an den Kopf werfen würde.

Die Aktie wird derzeit an der OTC (eine Vorstufe zur NASDAQ)in New York gehandelt unter dem Kürzel HYPD.Das Unternehmen ist aber bei der SEC registriert und ist mehr als NASDAQ-reif. Wann die Aktie an der NASDAQ endgültig notiert wird, kann ich Dir leider auch noch nicht sagen. In Deutschland gibt es derzeit noch kein Listing.

Informiere Dich am besten über die Homepage von Hyper Dynamics über die Einzelheiten und leses Dir genau die obigen press releases durch. Die story stimmt und das Unternehmen erwartet ein bombastisches 2. Quartal. Die Gesellschaft ist mit lächerlichen 50 Mio-US-$ kapitalisiert. Das ist ein Witz.

es freut mich, wenn ihr auch in HYPD investiert habt, aber eine Bitte: Investiert niemals in eine Aktie, weil sie von irgndeinem im WEB empfohlen wird. Informiert Euch immer selber über das Unternehmen. HYPD kann auch in die Hose gehen, darüber muß man sich im Klaren sein.

Wenn Ihr aber intensiv die homepage studiert, muß man ein Gefühl für die story entwickeln. Mein Gefühl ist diesbezüglich sehr gut, aber jeder muß seine Entscheidung selber finden.

Bitte habt dafür Verständnis, daß ich hier nicht die ganzen Pressemitteilungen übersetzen kann, dafür fehlt mir einfach die Zeit. Schließlich habe ich eine eigene Kanzlei und bin somit selbständig.

Nein, meine Kanzlei werde ich nicht schließen, schließlich liebe ich meinen Beruf. Ich bin im übrigen dabei eine Abteilung einzurichten, die sich ausschließlich mir der Analyse von OTC-Werten beschäftigt. Schließlich muß man den Mandanten ja auch etwas bieten.
Im übrigen habe auch ich meine Fehlinvestitionen gehabt. Habe teilweise bitter bluten müßen. Dennoch ist meine Strategie immer aufgegangen: Halte 4-5 VC-Werte im Depot. Gewichte jeden mit 25-20%. Ziel: Ein Wert muß richtig abgehen, dann hat man gewonnen. Die Taktik ist mehr als einfach. Man muß nur gut recherchieren und sich die Werte aussuchen, die noch ganz am Anfang stehen. Hier sind die besten Renditen drin.

Zu upgrade ist eigentlich alles gesagt: Ich bin in dieser Aktien seit 3 $ investiert und werde mich davon auch nicht trennen. Ich traue dem Unternehmen Kurse jenseits der 100 $ zu. In welcher Zeit ? Ich weiß es nicht, wichtig ist nur das Vertrauen in das Produkt. Ich vermute UPGD wird in den nächsten Tagen konsolidieren. Wenn sie sich bei 20 $ einpendeln, wäre das sehr erfreulich. Die nächste Pressemitteilung kommt bestimmt.

Hälts Du es auch für sinnvoll ein sehr kleines Depot aus nur etwa 3 Werten von dieser Art zusammen zu kaufen? Ich hatte gerade gr0ßen Ausverkauf und habe nur noch Cash. Da ich ohnehin erst kurz dabei bin überlege ich mir jetzt eine handfeste Strategie zuzulegen. HYPD soll ins Depot, ebenso wie ein EURO-Call und noch eine andere Aktie, z.B. Healtheon, Critical Path oder Efficient Networks. Für den Kauf von Upgrade fehlte mir leider stehts der Mut, den Fehler mache ich nicht nochmal, gerade weil ich vom Produkt voll und ganz überzeugt war, nachdem ich eine winzige Notiz in einer Börsenzeitschrift gelesen hatte.

schau Dir mal Path1 (WKN 915435 - www.Path1.net) an. Die haben eine neue Technologie zur entwickelt, um verschiedene Datenströme über einen Kanal hin- und herzuschicken, in Realtime. Interessant für Broadcast-Unternehmen, Firmenkonferenzen, Hotelkommunikation etc. Bin da schon seit April investiert, der Kurs ist langsam gestiegen und steht vor dem Ausbruch, sobald Kooperationen (Intel, Cisco) geschlossen werden. Ist natürlich kein Massenmarkt. Erwartet werden 2 $ Gewinn für 2000 und das bei einem Kurs von 12.3 $ .Da ist noch jede Menge Potenzial nach oben!!!

ja ich glaube bei upgd werden wir in den nächsten tagen eine gewisse trading-range zwischen 30 und 40 US-$ sehen. ich überlege, ob ich nicht mal mit 200-300 stück traden sollte. mein grundinvestment bleibt natürlich unberührt, aber es kann nich schaden, mal nen limit bei 30 us-$ in den markt zu legen und gleiche stücke bei 35 oder 40 us-$ zu verkaufen. long term bin ich für upg sehr bullish. ich gebe kein einziges stück meiner ursprünglichen aktien her.

In meinen Augen ergibt sich erst jetzt eine Einstiegsmöglichkeit. Die Aktie gibts schon lange und sie ist in den letzten Tagen zum dritten Mal in ihrer Geschichte auf 3,5$ gestiegen.
Mit 4$ liegt sie jetzt gut darüber, da ist die Gefahr des Abprallens gering.

Jetzt eine Frage: Was war in der Vergangenheit geschehen, als die Aktie schon mal hart anzog um dann wieder abzustürzen. Wo bekomme ich quasi alte Pressemeldungen ohne großen Aufwand zu dem Thema, oder hat sie noch jemand auf Lager (vieleicht Du Steuerberater?)?

ja ich beschäftige mich schon länger mit otc werten, da hier die größten chancen für unentdeckte perlen liegen. das risiko ist aber auch immens, man muß halt den totalverlust einkalkulieren. deine nachfrage nach obigen werten kann ich leider nicht beantworten, da ich mich mit diesen werten noch nicht beschäftigt habe. ich bin zur zeit an der analyse eines dritten wertes (neben upgd und hypd). ich werde dieses unternehmen zur gegebener zeit hier vorstellen. das ist versprochen. noch reichen meine infos aber nicht aus, um sie hier publik zu machen.

Ich habe vorgestern 200 Stück (bin etwas vorsichtig an der Nasdaq OTC geworden) zu 4,19 bei comdirect über Telefon gekauft. Ich habe allerdings zweimal am Abend dort angerufen, weil als Kurslimit im Orderbuch ein gerundeter Wert stand, der Limitbetrag aber durch 2, 4, 8,...teilbar sein muss. Ich hatte deshalb schon einmal Probleme mit der comdirect. Die Auftragsausführung wurde erst am nächsten Tag um ca. 10.00 Uhr im Orderbuch betätigt. Die Gebühren betrugen diesmal "nur" 90,-DM. Kann man bei Consors oder diraba günstiger in New York kaufen?

ob du eisteigst oder nicht, ist mir ziemlich wurst. du scheinst einer von den aktionären zu sein, die permanent aktienkursen hinterherlaufen und sich nie `ne eigene meinung zu einer aktie bilden. ich habe ein vermögen mit agfb gemacht und nur weil ich ausgestiegen bin und einige herren von meinem ausstieg nicht informiert habe (zu denen scheinst du ja auch zu gehören), meinen gewisse leute mir den kursverfall der agfb damals in die schuhe schieben zu müssen. du scheinst ein gewaltiges problem zu haben. vielleicht solltest du selber einmal recherchieren und aktien zur diskussion stellen, das ist jedenfalls besser als andere leute ständig für sein eigenes fehlverhalten zu schelten. wenn du pfiffig gewesen wärst, hättest du dich plaziert in upgd oder hypd, aber du ärgerst dich ja anscheinend lieber über deine fehler der vergangenheit.

viel spaß weiterhin mit dieser verhaltensweise. trotzdem wünsche ich die eine guten jahreswechsel.

Im übrigen bin ich erwachsen, beschäftige mich mit Fakten und wenn

die versteuerung deiner persönlichen spekulationsgewinne mit deinem hälftigen steuersatz ist derzeit ein absolutes luftschloß. die regierung hat dieses zwar angekündigt, aber wann die gesetzesinitiative den bundestag und bundesrat passieren wird, weiß kein mensch. da es sich um eine gesetzesänderung handelt, ist diese sowohl vom bundestag als auch vom bundesrat zustimmungsbedürftig. wann dies sein wird, kann noch keiner sagen.

es gibt derzeit keine neuigkeiten, bis auf, daß anfang februar die quartalszahlen per 31.12.1999 veröffentlicht werden sollen. vielleicht weiß hier irgendjemand mehr. die umsätze sind jedenfalls nicht gerade fallend. das sricht für anstehende positive news. sehen wir morgen die 10 us-$ von oben ?

hall leute,

was da heute mit hypd passiert ist übertrieben. es ist die gegenreaktion auf den gestrigen anstieg und das leider begleitet von einem derzeit sehr unsicheren börsenumfeld. in den usa sind die money makers am werk, die sich immer auf aktien scmeißen, die übertrieben stark gestiegen sind. wir hatten das gleiche szenario vor ein paar wochen bei upgd. der kurs wurde von 52 auf gnadenlose 22 us-$ runtergeprügelt. laßt euch nicht verwirren. der kurs wird sich heute zwischen 5 und 6 us-$ fangen. glaubt mir, ich habe genau dieses szenario schon viele male erlebt. es ist ganz normal bei solch exorbitanten kursentwicklungen. deswegen ist es mir immer lieber, daß eine aktie langsam aber stetig steigt, so entgeht sie der aufmerksamkeit dieser verdammten shorties.

die shorties scheinen schon einwenig nervös zu werden.

der kurs steht zur zeit bei 5,25 ask 5,5 bid 5,0.

also fahren wir wieder aufwärts und die shorts haben ein gewaltiges problem, denn: irgendwie müßen die leeren aktienverkäufe ja auch wieder glattgestellt werden.

Na kinders, der kurs bewegt sich doch tatsächlich steil nach oben: wir sind mitlerweile bei 6,125 us-$ und mich würds nicht wundern, wenn wir heute vielleicht sogar den gestrigen kurs wiedersehen.

danke der nachfrage, mir geht`s bestens. meine babies (hypd und upgd) haben von der korrektur nix abbekommen. nur als antwort auf deine ironie: da ich mit den beiden aktien satt im plus bin und darüberhinaus fundamental davon abolut überzeugt bin, würde mich auch eine heftige korrektur dieser werte nicht stören. ganz im gegenteil: es wartet eine menge cash, um investiert zu werden.

und du winthorp? was macht denn deine performance in 2000 bisher? nenn doch `mal ein paar aktien, die du im depot hälst?

apropos beruf: hast du überhaupt ein berufsexamina vorzuweisen (steuerberater oder wirtschaftsprüfer) ansonsten nehme ich dich als branchenkenner überhaupt nicht ernst.

eigentlich halte ich nix von solchen hierachien, aber für mich gehört winthorp zu der kategorie mensch, die alles schlecht machen und die fehler immer bei anderen leuten suchen. selbstverständlich schätze ich steuerfachgehilfen als menschen genauso wie alle anderen, die aussage war nur auf winthorp gemünzt: wer ständig seine klappe in ironischer und veralbernder weise aufmacht sollte sich erst einmal legitimieren durch leistung. wenn er die examina zum wirtschaftsprüfer und / oder zum steuerberater mit erfolg abgelegt hat, dann hat er was erreicht, wenn nicht soll er in dem bereich des prüfungs- und steuerwesens nicht die große lippe riskieren.

Tja,Ich denke Shorties wird es überall geben und werden wahrscheinlich
auch nicht aussterben.Aber bei starken Aktien können uns diese nicht
auf Dauer etwas anhaben.So wird es wohl Hin und Wieder mal shortie-bezogene Rückgänge geben.Aber wie bei allem ,Diejenigen welche diese Phasen aussitzen (Abwarten und Tee trinken),werden um so mehr Freude
an der weiteren Entwicklung haben.Dann gibts Sekt statt Tee!!!!!!

der kurs hat sich zwischen 5 und 6 bucks gefangen und dümpelt zur zeit bei geringen umsätzen recht orientierungslos dahin.

in den nächsten 14 tagen wird`s `ne neuigkeit geben und der kurs wird alte höhen erklimmen. habt geduld und seit aufmerksam. ich habe nun schon zweimal mit limits weitere aktien zum kurs von 4,5 us-$ abgestaubt. die aktie wird gehen und zwar gewaltig. wartet ab, bis sie die popularität von UPGD erreciht hat.
