wohl bei der Aktie und hier im Board wird`s sehr ruhig, die Umsätze sind sehr gering und Meinungen gibt`s auch keine mehr!!

Hallo, kleiner Tipp :

Gefühle sind an der Börse hinderlich, ja, sie kosten einen Haufen Geld ! Man muß wissen, wann es zu Ende ist.
BO hat die Aderas ja schon bei über 20 empfohlen. Adera ist ganz offensichtlich eine langweilige Kiste. Außerdem weiß
im ganzen Board niemand etwas tatsächlich brauchbares ( m t) .

Auch wenn ich Dir bei Deiner ersten Aussage prinzipiell
zustimmen wuerde, so ist nicht jede Aktie, die von BO
empfohlen wurde und dann gefallen ist, ganz offensichtlich

Bedenklich wenn die Adera auch bei guten Nasdaq-Vorgaben schwächelt! Was mag wohl passieren, falls die Nasdaq konsolidiert / einbricht? Ich vermute, wir sehen in den nächsten Wochen die alten Tiefststände wieder.

Ich habe gerade wenig Zeit, darum nur kurz ein paar Neuigkeiten, Adera hat CDG übernommen, hier der englische Orginaltext:

Adera to acquire the Swedish CDG e-commerce consulting firm

Adera has signed a letter of intent to acquire Context Development Group (CDG), which specializes in e-commerce systems and which has unique experience in working with dot.com companies. Over the years Adera has focused on building up a competitive structure and model to meet the unique needs of Internet start-up companies and spin-offs. CDGs 42 consultants will constitute the base for the portion of Adera`s consulting business that involves e-commerce solutions for this customer segment.

"This is one of Adera`s most important strategic acquisitions," says Jörgen Ericsson, Adera`s Chief Executive Officer. "CDG has a somewhat special position in the Swedish market in terms of experience in delivering superior-quality e-commerce solutions. CDG will be an important part of Adera`s unique model for developing, establishing and launching dot.com companies and spin-off programs, together with Result Ventures and Adera Venture Zone."

With CDG, Adera is acquiring in-depth expertise in custom-tailored e-commerce solutions and a combination of cutting-edge knowledge in interface design and system build-up, as well as substantial experience in working with dot.com companies whose needs often differ strikingly from those of traditional blue chip companies.

CDG had sales of SEK 11.5 M in 1999, with a profit of SEK 2 M before financial items and taxes. The forecast for 2000 is for net sales of approximately SEK 40 M, with a profit of between SEK 4 M and SEK 5 M before financial items and taxes.

CDG was founded in 1998 by a number of pioneers in e-commerce who were responsible for Boxman`s build-up of Framtidsfabriken, among other operations. The company`s Internet customers today are in the areas of both business-to-business and business-to-consumer activities and include Smilmer (formerly Leknet), Tradera, Glamorama, Chili, Crest Computer and HL Display.

"CDG`s basic concept is to work with customers whose strategic focus is on the Internet," says Mikael Augustinson, CDG`s president. "We have therefore chosen to work exclusively with dot.com companies and Internet spin-offs from traditional companies. A high degree of expertise and flexibility is required to meet the demands of these companies."

The purchase price for the acquisition is SEK 78 M, plus a supplementary profit-related payment of not more than SEK 9 M following the end of the year, to be paid in Adera Series B shares.

Adera AB (publ) generates business value for customers by combining areas of expertise critical for success based on the new business logic: strategy/business development, marketing/communications and IT/Internet. Adera currently consists of 650 employees and has offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Malmö, Ljungby and Värnamo – in Sweden – as well as Copenhagen, Oslo, London, Antwerp, Amsterdam, and Munich. The company`s shares are traded on the "O" List of the OM Stockholm Exchange.


Molch, Leena, der Ansatz die Steuerungs- und Regelungstechnik in die Börse einfliessen zu lassen ist interessant, aber ich glaube nicht, dass uns das irgendwie hilft, weder bei Adera, noch sonst bei einer Aktie oder Index. Die Grössen können wir einfach nicht bestimmen, also ist der Versuch "nutzlos".
Ich habe mal von einer "CANSLIM"-Methode gehört, und sowas ist glaube ich wesentlich sinnvoller an der Börse. Ich bin gerade nicht zu Hause, um noch den Erfinder der sogenannten CANSLIM-Methode nennen zu können, sorry. Kann ich aber einmal nachholen.

Danke, Mike für Dein Posting.

Der Ansatz über die Reaktionstechnik Kursverläufe abzuleiten, war natürlich nicht ganz ernst gemeint. Ich wollte mir nur den öden Sonntag ein bischen aufheitern.
Ist doch aber besser als die Aussagen daß ADERA in den nächsten Wochen um x-undneunzigprozent steigen wird, oder?

Hi spekulativ,

bei comdirect steht Adera bei 7,61 EUR auf Xetra-Basis, aber bei Xetra stehen oft Kurse aus Vortagen, manchmal sind sie auch ein Monat alt. Das kommt daher, da Adera nicht, bzw. kaum, über Xetra gehandelt wird.

Beschäftige mich zwar seit ca. 6 jahren mit Aktien,aber XETRA
Handel ist nicht so meine stärke.
So nun noch mal die daumen drücken,damit diese woche erfolgreicher

Wie geht es nur weiter?
Habe bei 7,80€ noch mal 200St gekauft,da ich die ersten ja bei 14,5€
mir reingezogen habe.
Habe jetzt insgesamt 500St von Adera und bin langsam am zweifeln.
Hat jemand von euch Neuigkeiten zu Adera?
währe sehr dankbar.

Adera schon 3* nachgekauft. Ist schon ein Trauerspiel.
Wird erst im Herbst besser, aber Adera wird groß rauskommen

Habe Adera schon 2* nachgekauft und habe jetzt nen Kurs von 9 €.
Denke im Sommer wird sich aber nicht mehr viel bewegen.
Wird wohl bis Jahresende dauern bis sie die 20 wieder sieht.

PS: nur die Hoffnung nicht aufgeben!!!

Hallo Aderaner, solidsnake,...

Hoffnung??? Ist total falsch an der Börse!! Ich bin von Adera überzeugt, darum bin ich investiert, hätte ich nur "Hoffnung", müsste ich auch mit Verlust aus dem Wert. Ich finde alles toll bei Adera, ausser dass die Übernahmen alle mit neuen Aktien bezahlt werden, das gefällt mir nicht. Darum meine ich, dass die Zahlen gut ausfallen müssen, eine schwarze null müsste nächsten Quartal drin sein, da fast alle Übernahmen doch Gewinne schreiben. Und nichts ist bei den Internetfirmen besser, als, daß sie jetzt schon Gewinne schreiben, und da denke ich doch, dass Adera dieses Jahr die Möglichkeit hat null auf null zu arbeiten, und nächstes Jahr dann Gewinne schreiben wird.
