Hi Hartcourt-Aktionäre,

ich lese soeben in einem Board von einem Kursziel bei Hartcourt von 4 Euro in 2 Monaten. Hat jemand nähere Erläuterungen dazu, oder bestätigt sich das Gerücht mit AOL?

Will morgen noch mal eine größere Position nachkaufen!

Wie ist Euer Wissensstand?

das ist doch nur wieder das gepushe von denjenigen welchen es nicht schnell genug gehen kann. Solange nichts konkretes bekannt ist und lediglich in den boards gepusht wird, würde ich nicht kaufen.

Bin auch einer von denen, die dem Wert ein Menge beigemessen haben!
Hab mich kräftig bei einem Kurs von 1,6 eingekauft.
Tja, und nun steh ich da im kurzen Hemd!!!
Ich glaube nicht, daß 900009 es schafft ein KZ von 4 kurzfr. zu erreichen. Vielmehr halte ich das mit AOL für einen Versuch den derzeit flügellahmen Wert wieder interessant erscheinen zu lassen!!!!
Schaut euch mal den Höchstwert von 2,3 an. mehr war bisher nicht drin, vermutlich auch nur deshalb, weil der total gepuscht war!

bin mal gespannt wann Hartcourt companies wieder kommt!???!??!??

habe mit Hartcourt 2 mal gut geld verdient.
nur jetzt gibt es so ein paar probleme:

1. news werden im kurs nicht mehr toleriert, die zocker sind raus.

und
2.
das hauptproblem:
HRCT wird zur zeit in Deutschland nur in berlin gehandelt.
aber :
am 30.09.99 erfolgt ein delisting aller OTC Werte in Berlin, samt hartcourt. (nachzulesen unter www.berlinerboerse.de). das würde bedeuten jeder kann seine aktien nur noch in den USA verkaufen, und die umsätze in deutschland würden ganz wegfallen. das könnte den kurs leicht unter 1 $ bringen. ich würde an eurer stelle zur zeit lieber mit verlust rausgehen!

Here is a reply to another shareholder on the same subject. Pleased to share
with you:

^ First, UAC Online Stock Trading Inc. is using the Chinapac intranet of China
Telecom to execute the transactions. Therefore, whatever law and regulation
the
Chinese is trying to enforce does not apply to UAC. Second, Financial Telecom
Ltd (FTL) is a Hongkong corporation with all of its operations in Hongkong.
Again, it has nothing to do with FTL.
However, let me explain further on the political situation in China. Minister
Wu of Ministry of Information Industry offered to resign after the Prime
Minister went to the US last April and offered big concession on the foreign
investment in telecom industry (up to 49 percent) as
admission price to WTO.
The Americans did not accept the deal, so everything stayed the same. Minister
Wu is considered the hard-liner on the Chinese industry protection issue. For
the last two years, Minister Wu has repeated the threat to enforce the ban on
foreign investments 5 times; and nothing has been done. Most announcements
came
right before the WTO negotiation sessions. I believe this announcement is no
different from previous ones. Everything will proceed as usual, until the WTO
agreement is signed (around March 2000) and the foreign investment will be
allowed at a much better ratio, maybe 50%.
For the time being, Hartcourt will not be effected by any enforcement. By early
next year, when our national ISP is kicking into place; the situation will be
much clearer; and we exepect smooth sailing ahead. This recent announcement

might affect temporarily companies like sohu.com (10% owned by Dow Jones)
or
sina.com (20% owned by American investors) or china.com (trying to enter the
Chinese ISP market) or other companies who are operating ISP^s or
E-Commerce
inside China. But again, it has NO effect on Hartcourt.

ich habe leider nur einen kleinen Anteil an hrct im Depot (unter 5 Tsd. DM) und möchte daher mal wissen, mit welchen Konditionen Aktien an der Nasdaq gehandelt werden. Gibt es ein Mindestvolumen für Transaktionen? Welche Gebühren fallen an? Wo kann ich die Kurse am sinnvollsten abfragen.
Für mich stellt sich im Moment die Frage, ob ich wie von Popeye geraten erst mal mit Verlust verkaufe oder -was mir wohl besser gefällt- angesichts der guten Aussichten im CHINA-Internet-Geschäft den Wert aufstocke. Für eine kurzfristige Info wäre ich Euch dankbar.

Tja, lieb Hrct-Aktionäre,

damit ist wohl eine entscheidende (negative) Wendung in einen am Anfang doch soooo viel versprechenden Wert eingetreten! Ich für meine Teil werde mein Aktien mit rund 4.5 TDM Verlust verkaufen und anders investieren?!?!

Schade, schließlich tuts ja auch weh!

Angesichts des technisch bedingten Kursrückgangs der letzten Tage ergibt sich nun m.E. eine sehr günstige Einstiegsgelegenheit. Aufgrund dieser Meldung ist es aber erstaunlich, daß Hartcourt heute tot ist.
Ich war bis heute auch sehr skeptisch, was die Kapitaldecke angeht, bin aber nun von dem Unternehmen und der Story überzeugt, obwohl mir Dr. Phan die Zukunft ein bischen zu rosig sieht und seit einigen Wochen erfolglos versucht "seinen" Kurs zu puschen, was mir nicht gefällt.

Trotz des Delistings in Berlin konnte ich heute nicht anders: Ich habe mir Hartcourt eingeladen.... und gehe jetzt in die Apotheke und kaufe mir Schlafmittel... Danke für Deine Tips, Kosto.

Wiedereinmal hört man Gerüchte über ein kurzfristiges KZ von ca. 4.
Das kann ich mir angesichts der Chartanalyse nicht vorstellen.
Ich glaube zunächst heißt die Devise abwarten was passiert! Das Delisting
wirtd sich, so denke ich, nicht sehr positiv auf die Aktie auswirken und mal wieder interessant "himmlische" Ausschläge dürfte es in kürze nicht mehr geben (man schaue auf das Handelsvolumen)...

das Delisting hat keinen Einfluß auf die Kursentwicklung. Der Handelsplatz Berlin ist dafür zu unwichtig (Was interessiert es die Eiche...). Wie sich Hartcourt weiterentwickelt hängt wohl eher vom Erfolg und von der Finanzierung der Akquisitionen und der Meinung der Anleger und Analysten ab.

tja, das klingt so gut, aber nautilus, auf was stützt DU Deine erwartungen an Hrct??? Es kann doch nicht nur der blanke optimismus sein?!
ODER DOCH???

Ich persönlich bin schon beunruhigt, wenn ich mir den Chart ansehe und keine handfesten Informationen zum Wert bekomme!

Es wäre schön, wenn Du Recht behalten würdest und sich mal wirklich was tun würde!!!!
