In conjunction with Intacta’s patented encoding technology and SANYO’s system design
expertise, Imagis’ biometric facial recognition technology provides the most cost-effective, high
security, integrated verification solution for access cards, credentials, visas, passports and drivers
licenses. XPRESS.ID-2000 provides an instant one-to-one identification tool by encoding facial
features (e.g. digital image of an individual, reliable regardless of race, sex, facial characteristics,
etc.) and personal information. The encoding process is highly resistant to falsification and was
originally developed for military grade security requirements.

With XPRESS.ID-2000, personal high-security identity and access cards can be created quickly,
at a comparable cost to ink and paper. Imagis and Intacta are currently collaborating with
SANYO Electric Co., Ltd. and SANYO Semiconductor Company, which supplies and
manufactures the read and write hardware. The process is simple: a digital camera captures an
individual’s face, from which a facial template is created and encoded. The encoded image is
uploaded into an identification database, along with the capacity of several hundred bytes of
personal data. This allows for fast, reliable verification of hundreds of thousands of individuals at
a time. Quick access to facial images, data and personal information embedded in the Intacta
code is possible due to a low-cost reader developed by SANYO.

Für mich ist Imagis im Moment ein klarer Kauf. Selbst, wenn das Geschäft mit einem time lack beginnen wird, ist die Aussicht für die Aktie mit einer Bruttogewinnspanne von derzeit 70% bei selbst absolut geringen Umsatz-Steigerungen (heißt aber relativ bis 100%) hervorragend.

Das Kursziel von 5-6 € auf Jahressicht ist realistisch (!). D.h. höhere Kurse sind in jedem Fall auch noch drin. Kurse unter 1 € werden wir in der nächsten Zeit bestimmt nicht mehr sehen.

pakete von über 100000.es können nur käufe sein,denn profis
wären schon früher raus zu höheren kursen !
die instietutionellen anleger informieren sich doch im vorfeld über die lage einer firma .
Jungs , die rally geht erst richtig los - habe bei diesen niedrigen kursen schon mehrere große pakete gesehen .
Sowhat und canadafreak , wie ist eure meinung dazu ???

Meine Meinung dazu ist Du solltest Dich vielleicht erst nochmal informieren.

Wenn 100.000 Stück umgesetzt werden sind das nicht NUR Käufe oder Verkäufe sonder immer beides. 100.000 Stück sind gekauft worden und jemand hat 100.000 Stück verkauft.

Ein Basher hätte also die gleichen Argumente wie Du.
Er würde sagen woa.. alle raus... 100.000 Stück verkauft und das bei den niedrigen Kursen. Da bringt jemand in Sicherheit was noch in Sicherheit zu bringen ist ... usw....

Empfehle gedruckte Literatur zum verinnerlichen.

Imagis Financial Report ending September 30th

Vancouver, Canada – November 16, 2001: Imagis Technologies Inc. (OTCBB: IGSTF; CDNX: NAB; GERMANY: IGY) acknowledges a significant decline in the price of its common shares over the past two days. Imagis advises that the Company has no material changes pending that would explain the reason for the decline in the price of its common shares.

Imagis reported its unaudited, third quarter results as of September 30, 2001 as follows:

Revenues:

The Company’s revenues for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2001 were $1,359,044, compared to $605,538 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2000, which represents an increase of approximately 124%. Sales of the Company’s software increased approximately 236% to $985,092 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2001, compared to $292,513 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2000. This increase reflects sales of the Company’s biometric ID-2000 product in the current year. Support and services increased approximately 19% to $373,952 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2001, compared to $313,025 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2000.

Operating Expenses:

The Company’s operating expenses increased for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2001 to $2,935,574, compared to $2,874,882 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2000, which represents an increase of approximately 2%.

Technology Development:

The Company’s technology development costs for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2001 were $823,767, compared to $607,636 for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2000, which represents an increase of approximately 36%. This increase in the current year reflects costs for several additions to staff and higher infrastructure costs incurred for additional space and equipment.

Net Loss for the Period:

The Company’s net loss for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2001 was $1,576,530, or $0.11 per share, compared to $2,269,355, or $0.20 per share, for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2000.

In regard to operating activities, while the Company’s operating loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2001 was $1,576,530, its impact on cash resources was significantly reduced by adjustments for non-cash working capital items, primarily an increase in accounts receivable of $708,621, such that the net reduction in cash from the Company’s first nine months operating loss was lowered to $1,074,327.

Liquidity and Capital Resources:

The Company has just completed a private placement on November 9, 2001, pursuant to which it raised gross proceeds of approximately $3.6 million. Of particular significance is that a substantial portion of the financing came from a number of Canada`s largest institutional funds. The Company has liabilities that total approximately $100,000, and approximately $3.9 million in cash.

In summary, Imagis has successfully increased revenues and continues to maintain its functional costs at budgeted levels in accordance with its plans for growth, while also reducing the level of its operating losses from prior periods.

da ich dem orderbuch entnehmen konnte das der kauf als ein paket zu 113000 drin stand und mit vielen kleinen verkäufen
bedient wurde ist doch davon auszugehen das sich da einer eindeckt auf diesem kurslevel , oder ?

wenn es ein verkäufer "wäre " hätte er doch bei 2,95 im hoch verkauft oder irgentwo dort in der nähe und nicht gewartet bis sie bei 1,55 steht !!

100000 ist ja kein papenstiel , oder ?

wären jedenfalls meine gedanken zum aktienhandel ( stoploss nachziehen ) und nicht wie du schreibst " in sicherheit zu bringen was noch zu retten ist "

das ist doch absolutes lemmingdenken - mit dem retten was zu retten ist !

zu diesen kursen ist imagis wieder ein absoluter kauf - und das sieht man ja in den büchern !

übrigens war der erste handel zu 113500 STÜCK bei 1,625 was ja immerhin 184500 CANADISCHEN DOLLARS entspricht .
