HOTK Audit is Underway

CALABASAS, Calif., May 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hoelter Technologies Holding AG (OTC: HOTK) announced today that it has chosen an Auditor, HJ Associates, a member of McGladdery Group. Dirk Brinkman, President and CEO of HOTK stated that this has been a very time consuming project due to the financial complexities of HOTK and it has finally been accomplished. Brinkman expects the audit to be finished by the end of May 2002 and that it will include the filings for Fiscal Years 2000 and 2001 as well as the first quarter of 2002. Sunta, dass ist richtig. Ich persönlich erwarte die vorläufigen Zahlen für Mitte nächste Woche. Wenn ich richtig das Rascheln im Wald gehört habe, dann sollen die vorläufigen Zahlen einen ersten Einblick in die HOTK nach langer Zeit geben. Ebenso erwarte ich nach den Zahlen die ersten massiven Käufe von interessierte Seite. Die entgültigen werden dann so Gott will Ende Mai kommen. Ich bin bereits im Markt.

Gibt es wieder "good news", wie schon seit Wochen erwartet und vorhergesagt?
Vielleicht wissen ja schon einige daß die Aktie balt nichts mehr Wert sein wird.

Nun steht der Kurs bei 0,01 $ und der Aktinär bekommt ein Angebot von 20:1 von der Ecotec für seine Aktien die nichts mehr Wert sind. Mir scheint man sollte über eine Schadensersatzklage nachdenken, sie könnte mehr bringen.
