      Jason King - Starnet COO

I am writing this to the shareholders and others who read Raging Bull as a result of Stings article on bettorsworld.com regarding Claude Levy`s accusations against Starnet. What bothered me about Stings`s article was not the content, but rather that it gave credibility to Claude Levy. While I believe that Sting has every right to question our company, and others in the industry, it pains me to see him cut sections from Gambling Magazine, drawing attention, and thereby giving credence to, the articles written there.

We at Starnet have tried to take the high road throughout the entire Levy situation. We have not responded to the accusations that are made daily, and have chosen to simply continue proving ourselves by growing the company and overcoming any adversity that comes our way. We have won every court action Mr. Levy has brought against our company, and will continue with our defamation case against Mr. Levy.

As far as Sting`s article is concerned, let me say this. Mr. Levy, under our licensee contract, has since day one had the right to conduct a complete audit of all our accounting records. Under this contract, if discrepancies are found, Starnet must pay for the audit and pay for any differences. From the first day that Mr. Levy began making his accusations we have invited him to bring in his own accounting team to review our records(which I might remind everyone were audited by Ernst and Young AFTER Mr. Levy was no longer our licensee), but he has repeatedly declined to do. May I also point out that Mr. Levy was running on his own merchant account during his time with Starnet. This means that Mr. Levy had complete control of his funds, and complete control as to what was paid out and what wasn`t.

What Sting fails to question is how difficult it would be to do what Mr. Levy claims, or whether the reports and tools that the licensees possess would make it virtually impossible for this type of fraud to be committed. Mr. Levy`s article is printed as if it is fact, and no opportunity has been given to our company to give the opposing side of the arguement.

The Sting article, however, is not the real Impetus for this letter. Rather it is the unbelievably malicious lies that Mr. Levy continues to write about my CEO, Meldon Ellis, and the fact that Sting`s article will only ensure that more people visit Mr. Levy`s site.

Meldon Ellis is an honest, decent, and extremely hard working individual who was willing to take the role of CEO of a company that many people had written off after the incident in August. He has worked tirelessly since that time to bring our company through an incredibly difficult period, and has shown unbelievable heart in leading our company back to a road of recovery. He is a man of his word, one who is well respect in the Vancouver legal community, and a man I am proud to work for.

The comments that Mr. Levy has made about Meldon Ellis, and his expectant wife, are sickening. Mr. Levy has drawn no line between his hatred of our company, and innocent individuals, and seems willing to say or do anything. Like a terrorist he hides behind gambling magazine, throwing written attacks, not caring who he hurts in the process. His statements simply become more defamatory, more ridiculous, every day that goes by, and he lashes out as he digs himself deeper into a defamatory pit.

I ask our shareholders, the readers of this message board, and any other journalists that are looking at gambling magazine to take a moment to properly Analyze what is being written there. There isn`t any substance to the articles written, only personal attacks, ridiculous accusations, and "National Equirer" type conspiracy theories. Mr. Levy is on a personal vendetta motivated by hate, and the realization that it was his own greed and paranoia that moved him from a substantive player in the online gaming industry to a small time observer who can`t generate traffic unless he attacks innocent individuals.

While I do believe that we will eventually have our day in court with Levy, and win, it is unbelievable to me that he can continue to say the things he does. Sting`s article will only give validity to Levy`s disgraceful ramblings, and this is why I felt it necessary to write this letter. Levy should be ignored and marginalized, not reprinted, and I hope that Sting and others consider this before reprinting any more of Levy`s lies.

I thank those who have stuck by us through all of this, and I look forward to seeing you all on the other side of this long tunnel. We can see the light, and we are heading there as quickly as we possibly can.

      Warmest Regards,
