Warum ist die eigentlich so plötzlich abgestürzt? Gibt es noch Fans von dieser Aktie? Huch?

Ich bin gerade durch das Lesen eines anderen Forums auf diese Aktie aufmerksam geworden (ein älterer Beitrag).

TORONTO, Feb 16, 2004 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX) -- PRIMUS Telecommunications
Canada Inc. (PRIMUS Canada), the wholly-owned subsidiary of McLean,
Virginia-based PRIMUS Telecommunications Group, Incorporated (Nasdaq: PRTL), a
global telecommunications services provider offering an integrated portfolio of
voice, data, Internet, VOIP and Web hosting services, today announced results
for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2003.
Ted Chislett, President and Chief Operating Officer of PRIMUS Canada commented,
"We are pleased with our results for 2003. Net revenue growth was substantially
higher than industry trends and at $299 million net revenue was at the high end
of our guidance. The very successful launch of PRIMUS Talk Broadband in January

Fourth Quarter Financial Results

PRIMUS Canada`s net revenue in the fourth quarter 2003 was C$81.7 million, a
2.9% increase over third quarter 2003 and a 26.4% increase over the same period
last year. Net revenue from the residential division increased by 2.6% over the
prior quarter and 30.0% over the fourth quarter 2002. Quarter over quarter
revenue growth in the residential division reflects a continued increase in
customers . Net revenue from the commercial division increased 4.0% versus the
third quarter 2003 and 14.2% over the fourth quarter 2002. Quarter over quarter
revenue growth in the commercial division was driven by increases in average
revenue per customer. Year over year growth was due to a 17% increase in
customers offset by smaller declines in price.
Selling, general and administrative (SG&A) expenses for the fourth quarter 2003
were C$27.0 million, or 33.0% of net revenue, compared to C$33.2 million for the
Third quarter 2003 and C$20.3 million for the Fourth quarter 2002.
Income from operations(x) for the Fourth quarter 2003 was C$14.9 million,
compared to C$9.7 million in the prior quarter and C$15.0 million, in the fourth
quarter 2002.
2004 Goals

"We are expecting revenue growth in the 10% to 15% range and income from
operations to grow by 30% to 40%." said Bob Nice, Vice President - Finance.

fees, interest, foreign currency transaction gains and losses and
taxes.

Wie lange kannst Du noch warten?

6.75 wird Dir lächerlich vorkommen...aber es wird noch einige Zeit dauern.

Primus hat heute erst bekannt gegegeben, dass sie die Schulden weiter reduziert haben. Leider aber nur auf Kosten eines außerordentlichen Buch-Verlustes in Höhe von 15M $ in Q1.
Gleichzeitig haben sie bekannt gegeben, dass dieses Jahr die Zinsen für die verbleibenden Zinsen von 61M in 2003 auf 45M in 2004 sinken werden. Und da Primus noch weiter die Schulden senken will, evtl. noch weniger.

Also werden die Q2 Zahlen sehr wichtig für die weitere Entwicklung. Wenn diese bestätigen, dass Primus in der Tat seinen Gewinn dieses Jahr mehr als verzehnfacht, dann wirst Du locker 10-11 € für Deine Aktien bekommen.

Fazit: Weißt Du ein besseres Investment, dann weg mit den Teilen, egal welcher Preis. Wenn nicht, 4 Monate schlafen legen... :-)
