Separating Luggage & Cargo from Passenger Airlines

He pulled into the parking lot of the airport. It was full. He drove up and down the aisles, finally a spot. It was Sunday after Thanksgiving-The busiest day of the air travel year.

Looking over his shoulder into the back seat he saw the black ballistic wheeled upright suitcase. It was just like everyone else’s. Getting out of the car, he moved to the back door, opened it and removed the suitcase.

Not bothering to lock the rented car, he pulled out the handle avoiding the plastic switch in the handle recess. He wheeled it towards the bus kiosk. Looking around he saw other travelers moving towards an already full waiting area. The buses were backed up.

Those buses in the front were full and slowly moving without stopping. Finally, a bus stopped. Those in front of him got on. They included a young family with two children. He was the last one able to squeeze onto the bus.

He wedged his way into the bus and placed his suitcase upright between his legs. He looked down and saw a 4-year-old girl smiling up at him. He did not react.

The traffic to the terminal was backed up. Getting closer to his stop, he saw through the window a number of good-bye vignettes: A blur of hugs and kisses and tears. The bus braked. He was off balance. He was brought down to his knees. This time he was eye to eye with the now giggling 4-year-old. His reaction was to check his suitcase.

He got up, when the bus doors opened. He got off, brushed the dust from his pants and headed for the entrance. Once inside, he surveyed the signs and picked out the line of the dominant airline at the airport. He wound his way through the crowds towards the escalator. The handle of the suitcase felt cool in his hand.

Following the signs he continued down a hall towards the crowd. He saw the end of what he thought was the security line winding through the terminal like some Disney ride. He was patient. He was waiting to finally have as many persons in front of him as behind. Watching people at the security area taking off their shoes and belts and being wanded accompanied by the nearly constant buzz of the security alarms occupied him.

He was nearly at the point. He looked around. In an adjacent line he again saw the little girl holding onto her mother. With her other hand, she was waving at him. His reaction was to reach down onto his suitcase and flip the switch. The airport was closed for three weeks.

Fiction: Yes Possible: YES. Preventable: Definitely, if our will to change is there.

Another opening for a terrorist to plant a bomb is in the cargo hold of a passenger plane. This can happen since only a portion of cargo in the hold of passenger planes are scanned. Or could simply explode a suitcase in the line waiting for a ticket prior to screening.

Let us examine what security is being done to prevent such atrocities and some of the consequences since September Eleventh, Madrid and London.

The Transportation Security Administration will spend $1.45 billion on baggage screening in 2005. They have created a large and growing government bureaucracy. They have made lines longer. Today, many people dread going to the airport. Long lines for baggage check-in await everyone and can come with an emotional and financial cost. Extensive searches of passengers’ baggage can leave people feeling violated. Yet, these same travelers will fly with cargo, much of which has not been screened. Plus, it’s estimated that waiting in line for baggage check-in and claim is costing the airline passengers and our country $50 billion per year, due to lost productivity. Airlines are financially strained. For large and small companies alike in the logistics business the liability risk and insurance costs can burden a large company and put a small company out of business.

The Japanese are trying an experiment: Advanced Airport Systems Technology Research Consortium (ASTREC.) The primary objective of the experiment is to promote (Radio Frequency Identification) RFID and provide convenience for the traveler. While both these objectives are deserving, the issue of security is a by-product and not the goal. But, the experiment has some other admirable elements that begin to dovetail into the Coalitions proposal. The ASTREC program calls for a “Hands Free Travel” element. ASTREC foresees Couriers picking up luggage from the travel home and delivering for processing and tagging but not isolating luggage or cargo from the traveler. This still puts the traveler at risk.

How do we solve this problem? By enhancing air, train and bus security, and Homeland Security, that means changing the way luggage is handled.

Rather than having to take the baggage through the check-in points, passengers planning an upcoming trip will use a new procedure for shipping their luggage in advance. Their luggage will be shipped to reach their destination in time for their arrival. In addition, the passengers will still have an opportunity to take the baggage to the airports with them at a premium price and in an isolated area.

The proposed solution would operate in the following manner:

• Separate the baggage from its passengers and encourage travelers to ship their bags prior to the departure date. This will provide for the bags to be transported in a similar manner as the 5 billion parcels shipped yearly by businesses and consumers.
• Allow the United States Postal Service along with 4,000 parcel carriers to handle baggage that is currently carried by the airline industry and directed by a leader of the luggage movement industry.
• We encourage you to view the Coalition for Luggage Security white paper: http://www.usxp.com/securitywp.pdf.

This proposal will achieve the following objectives:

• Increase security for the traveling public and encourage more travel.
• Increase security for mass transportation.
• Depriving terrorist of the impact of mass human carnage.
• Aid the Homeland Security Agency finances by reducing costs.
• Savings could be redirected to mass transit, where “common sense” says the cost in risk management terms does not equate to the consequences. Not Acceptable: let us ask the families of the victims in Spain and England.
• Speed up the movements of passengers and baggage handling in terminals.
• Create new jobs in the private sector, particularly in the transport and travel industries.

Los auf geht`s, alle ne VK Order zum Vielfachen des jetzigen Kurses reinstellen - ultimo - versteht sich (also bis z.B. 31.12.2009), damit Ihr sie nicht die ganze Zeit erneuern müsst, die VK Orders!!! (Falls es bei Euch kostenlos ist gilt ultimo wahrscheinlich nur immer bis Monatsende, dann halt immer am 1. des Monats VK ORDER erneuern!!) Gebt am besten Eure Kursziele als Limit ein!!

Klar der Kurs wird früher oder später sowieso anfangen zu steigen (bzw. explodieren/ausbrechen), denke ich, aber somit können wir es beschleunigen, meine ich und viele andere die sich etwas auskennen im Geschehen!

Egal ob es 5 Piepen kostet oder so (bei mir kostet es nichts!!:cool, es lohnt sich seine Aktien LONG zu setzen, meiner Meinung nach, und nicht nur meiner Meinung nach, sondern es ist auch die aller anderen, die das Börsengeschehen einigermassen durchschaut haben, und über Hedge/Shortiemachenschaften bescheid wissen aber wollen das der Kurs steigt und nicht runtergeshortet wird sondern gen Norden marschiert! (das gilt natürlich auch für Zocker, denen ist vielleicht auch nen SL zu empfehlen, damit sie aus dem Markt sind die Shares aber besser drüber ne VK damit kein SL Fishing betrieben wird! Meine Meinung) Zocker können aber auch das gleiche machen, also oberhalb des Kurses ne VK Order reinstellen, man kann die VK Order doch jederzeit ändern, wenn man verkaufen will einfach rausnehmen und mit dem Limit raushauen das man sich halt setzt zu dem Zeitpunkt!

Ich stell meine Shares meistens zu 10 Euro oder 1 Euro bei manchen auch nur 10 Cent zum Verkauf rein!!

Sonst werden sie nämlich ohne das WIR gefragt werden an Shorties/Hedger von Euren Instituten verliehen!! Muss nicht sein, aber kann sein, die dürfen aber keine Aktien verleihen für die ne VK Order gesetzt wurde!!

Wenn Ihr das alle macht und das wären MULTIMILLIONEN Stücke, dann sind diese alle zum VK eingestellten Shares gesperrt also nicht mehr verleihbar!!!! und somit aus dem Markt raus!!!!

Das gleiche gilt für Stopp Loss Orders!! Aber nicht unbedingt zum Empfehlen, da oft SL Fishing betrieben wird!!
Zum Zocken ist es manchmal besser SL`s zu setzen, aber nicht für LONGIES die den GROSSEN AUSBRUCH und dies auch noch STEUERFREI mitmachen wollen! (So einer bin halt ich, micht interessieren Tagesschwankungen überhaupt nicht, ob Ihr mir das glaubt oder nicht!! Mit Schnuppe! Ich bin absolut LONG in meinen Werten, klar hab ich auch schon mal bischen hin und her gesprungen, bin jetzt aber ULTIMO investiert mit allen meinen Werten!! Finales Depot sozusagen!! Alles OTC Werte..bzw. auch 1 Wert der gerade dabei ist wieder an die OTC zurückzugehen!!

The New York Times article reviews the results of a survey of employee attitudes in the federal government and show that the agencies making up the Department of Homeland Security ranked the lowest. The Boston article shows the results of low-morale on Transportation Security Administration airport screener personnel. The screeners at Logan Airport have a turnover rate of nearly 40% and staffing has dropped 50%.

Leute schaut euch eure angeblichen außerbörslichen Trades mal bei ADVFN an.

Da scheinen die unter form t Trades auf und das ist:


If reporting a single protected transaction. A protected transaction occurs when a large order is going through the market. The buyer (or seller) may wish to keep the order anonymous from the rest of the market as the size of the order could greatly alter the price of the stock. With a protected transaction, the dealer will put the trade through in small quantities rather than knock the whole order out in one hit. The entire transaction is reported once the deal is completed. The LSE is notified at the start and at the end of the transaction. However, the market as a whole isn`t told until the end, thus the order is protected.


Das kann also genauso ein kontrollierter Verkauf großer Mengen sein,
der erst nachträglich berichtet wird.

0,001 und 0,0011 erst später ging es auf
0,0009 und 0,0011
und dann auf 0,0009 und 0,001 ...

Ob es sich um Verkäufe oder um Käufe handelt ist
schlicht und einfach nicht feststellbar.

In der Vergangenheit waren jedenfalls derartige große form T Trades eher ein schlechtes Zeichen.
Da ging es dann meistens nach einigen Tagen bergab.

So nach dem Motto:
In Phase 1 wird versucht mit diskreten anonymen Transaktionen große Stückzahlen loszuschlagen ohne das BID runter zu prügeln,
während bei Phase 2 dann einfach ins BID reinverkauft wird.

Das konnte man auch bereits bei anderen Werten
(NNOS,SNNW) beobachten,
daß hohe Stückzahlen bei den form T Trades in weiterer Folge eher zu Kursrückgängen führten.

Da die Ursachen solch irrealer Realitätswahrnehmungen oft sehr komplex sind, muss natürlich die naheliegendste Antwort nicht auch die plausibelste sein.

Dass einfach ein übergroßes persönliches Engagement bei/in einen Wert fast zwangsläufig den Blick vernebelt,

die er nie offiziell gecancelt hat.

So gesehen wären seit 2001 gut 10 Fundingankündigungen noch am Laufen und RA müsste locker einige 100 Mio. allein
aus diesen Ankündigungen in seiner Funding-Pipeline haben.
Die 40 Mio. von den Saudis (diese wurden übrigens im Oktober 2004 angekündigt, da haben wir also gerade sowas
wie Ankündigungsjahrestag ) wären in diesem Zusammenhang, gemessen an immer noch laufenden Fundingankündigungen aus 2001 bis 2003, als Peanuts gar nicht wirklich erwähnenswert.
Hier ausgerechnet dem Saudifunding nach über 12 Monaten noch sowas wie Realitätsgehalt zuzuerkennen ist IRREAL.


Außerdem @allstars, NSS ist der Verkauf nicht existenter, also gefälschter bzw. nur elektronisch erzeugter aber nicht registrierter Aktien.
Warum soll sich jemand der Gefahr aussetzen illegal Aktien zu verkaufen, wenn der CEO Milliarden an billigen Aktien auf den Markt wirft ?
Normales Short Selling íst absolut legal und bei RA ziemlich risikolos, da jeder Shortseller die Sicherheit hat, dass RA den Markt innerhalb kürzester Zeit mit immer mehr billigen Aktien versorgt.
Short verkaufen zurücklehnen bis RA wieder einmal einige $$ braucht ist also praktisch risikolos und vorallem auch noch zu 100 % legal
Niemand wird sich in einer solchen Situation dem Risiko einer illegalen Aktion aussetzten und seine Shortverkäufe nicht covern, wenn ihm RA die Aktien inzwischen bereits zu Milliarden nachschmeisst.
Bei USXP die NSS-G`schichterln nachzuplappern ist daher IRREAL.
Übrigens auch die Collections haben/hatten nichts mit NSS zu tun.
Auch da wurde normal Short verkauft,
nur haben die Verkäufer dann mit illegalen Methoden den USXP-Kurs nach unten geprügelt um billig covern zu können.
Inzwischen ist das nicht mehr nötig, da für die Kursstürze ja RA selbst sorgt

Und @allstars, nur weil RA von 32 registrieten Territorien spricht, gleich mal von Millioneneinnahmen zu
träumen ist absolut IRREAL.
1.) wären bei 32 Territorien gerade mal 320 k fällig,
da der Rest langfristig auf 10 Jahre verteilt zu zahlen wäre.
Aus der entsprechenden PR:

Initial territories will sell for an average of $250,000, which includes a Ford van, only a $10,000 down payment and a 10 year note at 2% interest for the balance.


2.) Ist reserviert nicht gekauft.
Bei allen Vertragsabschlüssen solcher Art hat man innerhalb einer bestimmten Frist ein Rücktrittsrecht.
Schon allein deshalb ist die Interpretation reserviert = so gut wie verkauft generell IRREAL,
wenn man dann RA kennt und man weiß, dass er die unbestimmten Aussagen ganz bewußt setzt, damit er rechtlich nicht festgenagelt werden kann,
dann ist die Interpretation reserviert = verkauft IRREAL zum Quadrat.
Bei RA muss man eher davon ausgehen, dass er, nachedem er unterschriebene Verträge präsentiert hat, nach zwei Monaten das Ganze wieder rückabwickelt.

Also Mindestvoraussetzung um an Einkünfte aus LEAP zu glauben wären rechtsverbindliche Verträge mit Käufern von Territorein und dann wäre noch große Vorsicht angebracht.

Irgenwelches Geplapper von RA bezüglich reserviert ernst zu nehmen hat jedenfalls mit Realität absolut nichts zu tun.

also ich bin (leider) auch noch in dieser Aktie drin, aber nach anfänglicher Verblendung und $-Sichtigkeit sehe ich jetzt mehr die Realität, und die heißt:

nicht eine Ankündigung erfüllt. Aktieninflation wie nach dem 2. Weltkrieg. Lug und Trug bei jedem Wort aus RA`s Mund.

Wenn er selber noch an das glaubt, was er so von sich gibt, dann habe ich schwerste Bedenken um seinen Geisteszustand!

Das positive an dieser Zockeraktie (man kann sie prächtig handeln zwischen 0,001 und 0,002) ist, das USXP (noch) überlebt, weil immer noch einige in geistiger Verwirrung dafür sorgen, dass die Aktien aus der permanent laufenden Druckpresse auch noch (immer weiniger) Geld in die Kasse bringen. Aus operativem Geschäft kommt ja fast nicht mehr.

Im Grunde genommen habe ich sie schon abgeschrieben, wenn sie kommt, na prima, aber was positives kann man mit nüchternem Verstand wirklich nicht erkennen.

Und die ewige Leier "alles wird wieder gut", und das bei Kursen um/unter sage und schreibe 0,001 ist einfach nicht nachzuvollziehen. Der Kurs in D kann die "Feinheiten doch schon nicht mehr abbilden, da geht doch € 0,0007 oder € 0,0008 gar nicht mehr, und trotzdem wird teilweise gehandelt mit € 0,002 (welche Idioten müssen das hier sein bei der Kursreferenz in USA um $ 0,001)

Für USXP wird vielleicht noch eine handelbare nächste Stelle eingeführt: Anfang mit $ 0,00009

Universal Express Increases LEAP Territory Prices to $325,000
Universal Express Inc. (OTCBB: USXP), today announced it will increase the Luggage Express Associate Program (LEAP) pricing. Increased pricing will take affect as of November 15, 2005 with a potential for increase of pricing again in January 2006.
