Travelshop Ltd has acquired 100 per cent of the issued capital of Travelshop.com.au Pty Ltd, owner of Travelshop.com.au, and expects to be relisted on the Australian Stock Exchange tommorrow.

The company (formerly Paget Mining Limited) also announced a number of high-profile partnerships between Travelshop.com.au and some of the nation`s most popular Web sites, including ninemsn.com.au, news.com.au and freeonline.com.au.
The three agreements establish travelshop.com.au as the travel link and major travel provider on ninemsn`s getaway.com.au holiday portal, News Interactive`s popular news.com.au site and the popular financial services freeonline and national free online sites.

In a statement Travelshop said the directors consider the new alliances as the beginning of a number of exciting growth initiatives for travelshop.com.au as it pursues its objective of developing into a large and profitable Internet travel group in the Asia-Pacific region.

Under the terms of the agreement with ninemsn, visitors to getaway.com.au will have access to the full range of products and services travelshop.com.au provides.

Travelshop.com.au will be promoted prominently on the ninemsn site as a major travel provider.

The terms of the News Interactive deal are similar, with travelshop.com.au becoming the major travel link and travel advertiser on the news.com.au site.

News Interactive is the online business unit of News Limited and developer of the flagship news.com.au site - as well as australianit.com.au

Under the freeonline deal, clients using the popular free Internet service will have access to a similar range of travel related products and services through both freeonline and national freeonline Web sites.

Travelshop.com.au currently registers an average of 1.5 million hits per week and up to 5000 user sessions per day.

Revenue streams are generated through conventional commission-based fees an any travel packages sold.

Projected sales revenue for the financial year to June 30, 2000, is expected to be around $38 million. Travelshop.com.au has experienced a 100 per cent growth in Internet bookings during the past six months.

"The Directors are optimistic that this rate of growth can bemaintained and believe that they will be able to announce further significant alliances in the near future," Travelshop said.

Travelshop was suspended from the ASX on December 1 last year pending a capital raising of $1.7 million which was completed earlier this month.

CAPITAL RAISING - PROSPECTUS (12 JANUARY 2000)

The Directors of Travelshop Limited announce that the Capital Raising
based on the offers contained in the Prospectus (dated 12 January,
2000) has been completed.

The Entitlement Issue saw applications for 7,325,959 shares from
existing shareholders and the shortfall (including the entitlements
for excluded overseas shareholders) was 1,345,604 shares. The
shortfall was available to shareholders who applied to increase their
shareholding to a marketable parcel of 10,000 shares. The
applications for round ups to 10,000 shares far exceeded the
shortfall available. The Directors have issued all of the shortfall
available.

For the Entitlement Issue, a total of 8,671,563 shares (with free
attaching options) have been issued, raising the amount of
$1,734,212.60.

Applications for the Additional Placement Offer significantly
exceeded the 1,500,000 shares and free attaching options available
under the Prospectus. The Directors have issued the 150 parcels of
10,000 shares with free attaching options and cheques have been
returned to 516 unsuccessful applicants. This Additional Placement
Offer raised $300,000.

FURTHER PLACEMENTS:

After the conclusion to the issues made under the Prospectus dated 12
January, 2000, the Directors have resolved to make the following
placements under the same terms as the offers included in the
Prospectus:

(a) 800,000 options to one unrelated party at an issue price of 5
cents each with the options exercisable at 20 cents and expiring on
30 November, 2004. This placement has raised $40,000.

(b) 2,571,875 ordinary shares at an issue price of 20 cents each with
2,271,875 free attaching options exercisable at 20 cents and expiring
on 30 November, 2004 and made to seven unrelated parties. This
placement has raised a further $514,375.

The Directors have instructed the Share Registry to complete these
further placements.

ASX LISTING RULE REQUIREMENTS

In the opinion of the Directors, the Capital Raising has resulted in
Travelshop Limited meeting the ASX Listing Rule requirements as
outlined in the Prospectus dated 12 January, 2000. The number of
marketable parcels, shareholder spread and a listing of the Top 20
Share and Optionholders will be announced to the market as soon as
they become available to the Directors.

CAPITAL STRUCTURE

The Directors provide the enclosed details of the Share Capital
structure of Travelshop Limited after the completion of the Capital
Raising and the further Placements.

Since the AGM on 13 January, 2000, where the Capital Consolidation
and Capital Raising were approved, Travelshop has raised
$3,915,409.20 in additional funds through the issue of shares and
options. The Company now has 47,426,231 shares on issue and the
following options:

7,220,682 listed options, exercisable, at $1.40, expiring 30
September, 2003

28,643,438 listed options, exercisable at $0.20, expiring 30 November,
2004

11,475,625 unlisted options, exercisable at $0.20, expiring 31
October, 2004.

Exercise of all the outstanding options will raise a further
$18,132,766 for Travelshop Limited and will result in the issue of a
further 47,339,745 shares in the Company.

Hinter Magna Pacific, Pacific Rim, Adult Shop und dem nun neu übernommenen E-COMERCE RENNER Travelshop steht die selbe Managementberatung. Einige Strategien wurden ja erfolgreich verwirklicht.

Zufällig kenne ich jemanden, der dieser Beatung angehört.
Was Adelong betrifft sind mir keine Zusammenhänge bekannt.
...und ich müsste das wissen

Der Werdegang der Travelsop Aktie ist strategisch geplant und am Fahrplan wird nicht grüttelt.

Einen Tip darf ich aber noch geben:

Zwischen 4 AU$ und 6 AU$ kann es einige Wochen zu einer Fahnenbildung kommen. Dies wird aber im wesentlichen von der Akzeptanz der Meldungen abhängen.

Jedenfalls wird es nicht lange dauern bis wir diese Phase erreichen.
Von einem Ein - Ausstiegstrading vor diesem Zeitpunkt rate ich ab.

Also macht nun mal die nächste Woche jeden Tag um die 20% und seit vorläufig damit zufrieden. (Es bringt ja nichts die Meldungen schon rauszulassen, wenns noch nicht notwendig ist oder?)

Noch etwas: Ich habe jetzt niemanden geraten bei 6 raus und bei 4 wieder rein! Wenn das KLAR is, dann ist ja alles OK!

Zur Firma: E-COMERCE Reisebüro im Internet mit Versteigerung ist wohl eine der vernünftigsten und zukunfsträchtigsten Internetanwendungen überhaupt.

Die strategischen Massnahmen sind geeignet die Firmenumsätze monatlich verdoppeln.

Zum Montag: Obwohl in Asien alles runter ging konnte sich TVS in Australien behaupten und bei 1,7 Mio Stk Handelsvolumen auf 1,29 AU$ zulegen...

Mein bescheidener Wunsch währ halt, das sich jene, welche den Wert unter unter 6 AU$ verkaufen wollen raushalten. Dann können wir weiter jeden Tag unsere 20% oder mehr sehen...

Währ doch schade vor 6 AU$ die Volzugsmeldungen zu plazieren. 1. Muss mit der Kriegskasse sparsam umgegangen werden und 2. brauchen wir ja noch genug Pulver von 6 auf 10 AU$ und weiter...
