Hello, David here and I`m trying new email address. I`ve been sending mail to all the MBTT addy with 0 responses. It would be nice to hear an explanation but not necessary.
I would like to ask a few questions now that you are in the loop. Please answer what you can and tell me why if not thank you.
Why or when will MBTT comment on the statement "closing on 8 mil in North American sales" posted on or about July 14th? If you`re not going to tell me why they don`t give me some reason they didn`t just say it was 100 mil. I hope you can understand my reason for asking and for a follow up statement.
Will efcg be paid with so called s-8 shares in lue of cash?
Why has there been no mention in the news about the declaration of the S-8 filing? That appears to be sneaky.
I like elite and I invest in other stocks you represent. Scale from 1-10 in your opinion, what do you think?

es ist schon komisch, da verfolge ich jeden tag fast jedes bord--und find im company-reporter mbtt. mit einer ankündigung, dass am 17.9.04 eine überaus wichtige meldung mit siri kommt.wie geht das ? wer weiss schon jetzt , dass , es geht da um 30 mille und mehr, wer weiss das jetzt.---und wenn das so ist, warum ist der kurs dann noch bei eienm 1/4 dollar, denn die bursschen sprechen von 2.5-9.00--unglaublich. nun noch die strong-buy prognosen von einigen börsenbriefen, auch aus der heimat, korea...buy on rumor-------sell on facts------------

LAS VEGAS, Nov 18, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- MB Tech Inc. (OTCBB:MBTT) announced today that they have entered an agreement with A-Telecom Inc of Seoul Korea. A-Telecom is a top tier manufacturer of low noise block converters (LNB) and other satellite system components. The agreement provides for a share exchange, effective December 31, 2004, and cooperation in sales, marketing, production and development of products.

MB Tech will now enjoy the facilities of A-Telecom`s 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing site for its entire flat antenna line of products. The company will co-develop a new Marine Antenna which is in line with the business plan to provide multiple niche market solutions in the marketplace.

51: Wgreift durch ?? Gestern bin ich in einem Thread von einem etype, neono usw. angegangen worden, nur weil ich Fragen gestellt habe. Es handelte sich um den Thread Knight Resources von einem Neono, der dort nachweislich gepusht hatte als diese bei 1,25 Can. Dollar stand. Nun steht diese Gesellschaft bei 0,22 Can. Dollar aber gelöscht wurde dieser Thread nicht. Seine Helfer kamen auf einmal aus allen Löschern raus und beschimpften mich.

kann mir vielleicht jemand erklären, was´mir gestern passiert ist ?
Folgender Sachverhalt. Gestern früh gab ich eine Order mit über 37000 Stück zum Kauf in Amerika ab. Obwohl wir dann gestern von 0,10 bis auf 0,085 runter gingen, wurde meine Order nicht ausgeführt. Ich rief meine Handelsbank an und teilte dies denen mit. Erst daraufhin wurden mir dann zwei Teilausführungen mit 10000 und etwas mehr als 13000 Stück gutgeschrieben, obwohl der Kurs zu dieser Zeit wieder bei 0,10 stand. Ich bekam also lediglich etwas mehr als 23000 Stück zu 0,09, so wie mein Limit auch aufgegeben war. Wie kann so was sein ?? Wollte der Makler mich nicht bedienen ?
Warum bekam ich erst meine Stücke, nachdem ich Reklamiert habe ?

Die erste und wichtigste Frage: Welche Handelsbank.....

Danach die Erklärung.
Entweder Du hast eine Schrottbank.....es ist aber eher der Fall das warscheinlich aufgrund der kurzen Handelszeiten die Order verspätet nach USA ging , ausgeführt wurde...teilweise, und, oder verspätet vom Makler USA an Deine Bank gemeldet wurde.

Es gibt aber auch noch eine andere Erklärung:

Du handelst an der OTCBB und da ist alles möglich. Soll heissen da wird manipuliert gehandelt ohne das es jemand mitbekommt.
Mir ist das selber schon passiert. Order aufgegeben, Kurs weit unter meinem BID und nicht ausgeführt.
Hinterher hiess es : An der OTCBB und Pink sheets kann so etwas schon mal vorkommen. Stücke bekam ich keine und der Kurs marschierte auf 200% ++

Alles ist möglich an der OTCBB.......Viel Erfolg

Alle Börsen steigen rapide an, aber unsere MBTT rührt sich fast gar nicht von der Stelle. Hoffentlich fangen die auch mal irgendwann zu steigen an. Das Umfeld an den Börsen ist ja im Augenblick wirklich nicht schlecht. Wann zündet unser BABY ?

Der letzte Stand wo ich habe, war ASK 0,09

Also, es gibt immer noch Chancen billig zu kaufen.

Wann die Aktie steigt, weiss kein Mensch, aber sie wird steigen.

MB Tech Announces Strategy for Marine Antenna Development

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 2004--MB Tech (OTCBB: MBTT - News) has initiated its marine satellite innovation in cooperation with A-Telecom Ltd, the leading low noise blocking converter (LNB) and satellite component manufacturing company worldwide. MB Tech will be expanding its product line to include the auto positioning flat antenna, marine antenna, and phased array antenna with silicone phase shifter chip (which can reduce the antenna size to less than 1 inch and which represents an industry breakthrough).
There are three parts of the marine system: antenna, media receiver, and software to track the satellite. MB Tech will be responsible for the antenna dish and utilize its existing tracking solution. A-Telecom will be responsible for the LNB and supporting hardware. This effort entails the assistance of the industry expert Tae Kwan Cho, who is directing the required modifications to our existing technology and the development of a gyro-digital compass system which represents a key component in the new marine tracking system.

It is anticipated that the completion of the marine antenna will be February 2005. Negotiation with distributors in Korea and Japan commenced during this current quarter. "We intend to market this product initially to the coastal service business and yacht market. The prototype presently has a unit sized as a 20-inch diameter dome with 21-inch height. The price is being targeted well below the industry overall which is in line with the company`s overall corporate strategy of innovation and price performance," said Hanwook Bae, CEO of MB Tech.

MB Tech plans to offer these bundled product offerings through existing distributors and resellers (VARs) and major big box electronics and consumer goods stores, as well as direct response advertising through print and electronic media.

The initial Faserwave product will be marketed to consumers who are part of the condominium, manufactured home, apartment, RV and boating markets which were previously unavailable as a consumer group due to the market price point.

The second phase of the Faserwave product will be geared toward the more specific "in motion" needs of automotive, boating and RV markets. Fakt ist, dass die Aktie - trotz der "tollen" Nachrichtenlage seit Wochen nur eine Richtung kennt - nach unten!
Gestern schon wieder auf Tagestief geschlossen bei 0,066 US-Dollar; kein A... will das Ding mehr haben.
Und meine (schlechten) Erfahrungen haben gezeigt, dass sowas in der Regel gute Gründe hat, die der (dämliche) Kleinaktionär erst erfährt, wenn sowieso schon alles zu spät ist..

Wo Fohrenburg ist?
Er hat sich mit deinem und meinem Geld verpisst, so einfach ist das.
Der einzige Trost bei der Sache ist, dass die Aktie vom jetzigen Stand aus nur noch 0,066 US-Dollar fallen kann; dann hat die liebe Seele endlich Ruhe..

Ford will Fahrzeuge mit Radios von Sirius Satellite ausrüsten

Der amerikanische Automobilkonzern Ford Motor Co. will die Satellitenradios des amerikanischen Herstellers Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. als Wahloption in verschiedenen Fahrzeug-Modellreihen anbieten.

Wie beide Unternehmen in einer gemeinsamen Presseerklärung am Dienstag bekannt gaben, will Ford ab Sommer 2005 bis zu 21 Fahrzeugmodelle serienmäßig mit den Satellitenradiogeräten ausrüsten. Für die Modelle der Baureihen 2006 und 2007 geht man von insgesamt einer Million neuen Nutzern aus. Im Jahr 2004 lag die Gesamtkundenzahl von Sirius Satellite bei insgesamt mehr als 1,14 Millionen. Ab 2006 will Ford die Satellitenradios in Fahrzeuge der Modelle F150, Ford Explorer, Lincoln Mark LT sowie Mercury Mountaineer einbauen.

Die Aktie von Sirius Satellite notiert im vorbörslichen Handel aktuell mit einem Plus von 1,72 Prozent bei 7,61 Dollar Die Aktie von Ford verliert vorbörslich derzeit 0,82 Prozent auf 14,59 Dollar.

Nach dem " Das traust Du Dich eh nicht" Punktesystem gibt es für die
nachstehenden Leistungen die genannten Punktezahlen.

1 Punkt gibt`s dafür:

1. Eine Runde in voller Geschwindigkeit um alle Schreibtische laufen
2. Laut im WC stöhnen und seufzen, während sich mindestens 1 Nichtspieler
in der Toilette befindet.
3. Die ersten 5 Kollegen, die einen " Guten Morgen" wünschen, einfach
ignorieren.
4. Jemanden in der Firma, den man nicht kennt, anrufen und sagen: " Ich
wollte nur sagen, dass ich momentan keine Zeit habe zu reden." Und
auflegen.
5. Das Ende einer Unterhaltung durch das Zuhalten beider Ohren
signalisieren.
6. Ein Blatt oder Memo, das einem gereicht wird, mit den Fingern abtasten,
dabei stöhnen und murmeln: " Hmmm. Das fühlt sich ja FANTASTISCH an."
7. Mindestens 1 Stunde mit offenem Hosenstall herum laufen.

Anwesenheit das Licht zehn mal aus und wieder einschalten.
3. Jeden, mit dem man spricht, mindestens eine Stunde lang " Herbert"
nennen.
4. Bei der nächsten Besprechung laut ankündigen, dass man kurz raus muss
um " gross" zu machen.
5. Jeden Satz mit dem Wort " Alder" in einem ziemlich harten Akzent
beenden. " Der Bericht liegt auf dem Tisch, Alder." Mindestens 1 Stunde
durchhalten.
6. Während der Abwesenheit eines Kollegen dessen Stuhl in den Lift fahren.
7. Sich in einer Besprechung oder einer Gruppe wiederholt auf die Stirn
schlagen und murmeln: " Seid doch mal ruhig! Ich wäre so froh wenn ihr alle
mal endlich ruhig sein würdet."
8. Beim Mittagessen niederknien und laut rufen: " Wahrlich, ich sage Euch:
Der Herr wird mich nähren und ich werde nie wieder Hunger leiden müssen."
9. In den Tagesplaner eines Kollegen eintragen: " Wie findest Du mich in
Strumpfhosen?"
10. Die eigene Tastatur zu einem Kollegen tragen und fragen: " Willste mal
tauschen?"
11. Folgende Unterhaltung mindestens 10 mal hintereinander mit irgendeinem
Kollegen führen: " Hast du das gehört?" - " Was?" - " Egal - ist nicht so
wichtig."
12. In voller Kampfkleidung ins Büro kommen und wenn man nach dem Grund
gefragt wird erwidern: " Ich darf nicht drüber reden."
13. Getarnt als der Geschäftsführer eines Restaurants einen Kollegen
anrufen und ihm sagen, dass er bei der letzten Visitenkarten-Ziehung ein

Hab gestern Abend auf MTV - Pimp my Ride - gesehen, wie eine Sat Anlage mit Direct TV in einen Toyota 4 Runner eingebaut wird. West Coast hat eine riesige Schüssel auf dem Dach verbaut.

Je kleiner das Ohr umso besser und da soll MBTT die kleinste selbstaurichtende Antenne zum super Preis haben.

Du musst natürlich tun, was du für richtig hältst..

Ich erinnere allerdings an die alte Börsenweisheit, dass man schlechtem Geld kein gutes hinterher werfen sollte..

Die Aktie hat sich in den letzten Wochen annähernd halbiert, und das trotz der angeblich "blendenden Aussichten" (Kooperation mit SIRI, Marineprojekt etc)

Irgend etwas muß an dem Papier faul sein, wenn ich auch nicht rauskriege, was..

Aber mit "zittrigen Händen" hat das gar nichts zu tun, sonst müsste das Scheißteil ja zwischenzeitlich auch mal wieder steigen; tut es aber nicht.

Ich bin selbst schuld; als das Ding von der 200-Tage-Linie angefangen hat, deutlich nach unten abzudrehen, hätte ich sofort verkaufen müssen - hab ich aber nicht.

Jetzt lass ich den Scheiß halt verrecken, Pech für mich.

Aber jetzt nochmal nachkaufen wäre wirklich das letzte, was mir in den Sinn kommen würde..

Klar kann es auch "mal" runter gehen.
Beängstigend ist aber die Geschwindigkeit und die Konstanz, mit der es runter geht, seit sich MBTT von der 200-Tage-Linie entfernt und nach unten gedreht hat.

Anscheinend ist niemand mehr bereit, Stücke zu kaufen - egal, auf welchem Niveau..

Und wenn sich der Kurs vom Niveau 0,01 US$ dann möglicherweise DOCH einmal verdoppeln sollte, können wir uns da dann auch nicht mehr allzuviel von kaufen..

Charttechnisch spricht im Moment so ziemlich alles gegen MBTT.
Daß ich nicht verkaufe, hat nichts mit Überzeugung zu tun - es ist reiner Trotz (wobei ich sehr gut weiß, daß der sich auch nicht auszahlt..)

Zum 31.12. hat bekanntlich kein Aktientausch stattgefunden - und wenn man bei der Bank nachfragt, sind dort auch keinerlei Infos zu einem eventuellen Aktientausch abrufbar..

Gestern an der Börse mal wieder "same procedure as every day": MBTT schließt auf Tagestief bei 0,055 US-$ (weitere -5,17%).
Und täglich grüßt das Murmeltier..

Ich sehe das (vorübergehende) Kursziel jetzt im Bereich der Alltime-Lows um die 0,03 US-$.
Vielleicht schaffen wir das ja diese Woche noch, die Chancen stehen ausgezeichnet..

Tja, das lässt sich im Moment schwer sagen.

Wenn aus dem Marineprojekt, der Kooperation mit Hyundai und/oder der Kooperation mit SIRI was wird, durchaus möglich dass da noch was zu holen ist.

Aber das sind halt viele wenns..
Kurzfristig halte ich es wie gesagt mittlerweile für eher wahrscheinlich, dass sich die Aktie vom jetzigen Niveau aus halbiert anstatt verdoppelt.

Warum das so ist, wüßte ich selbst gern, das kannst du mir glauben.
Gestern war auch wieder ganz zum Schluss Abgabedruck - wenn man bei derart mickrigen Umsätzen überhaupt noch von sowas reden kann.

Es ist wie immer halt: der dumme Kleinaktionär zahlt die Zeche für diejenigen, die einfach mehr wissen.
So ist das Leben..


Eins habe ich jedenfalls gelernt, egal wie das "Abenteuer MBTT" ausgehen sollte - ich werde mir eher die Hand abhacken, als nochmal irgend so eine Scheiss-OTC-Klitsche anzufassen.

Möglich, dass es Leute gibt - wie unser hochverehrter Fohrenburg - die damit Geld verdienen, unter anderem weil sie skrupellos genug sind, so lange schamlos zu pushen, bis sich ein paar Blöde gefunden haben, die auf ihr Gepushe reinfallen (und ihnen den Scheiß zu überhöhten Preisen wieder abkaufen).
Oder welche, die seriöse Insiderinformationen haben..

Alle anderen sind halt die Obertrottel, denen lediglich das Geld aus der Tasche gezogen wird - so sieht`s aus, leider..

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 2004--MB Tech (OTCBB: MBTT - News) has initiated its marine satellite innovation in cooperation with A-Telecom Ltd, the leading low noise blocking converter (LNB) and satellite component manufacturing company worldwide. MB Tech will be expanding its product line to include the auto positioning flat antenna, marine antenna, and phased array antenna with silicone phase shifter chip (which can reduce the antenna size to less than 1 inch and which represents an industry breakthrough).
There are three parts of the marine system: antenna, media receiver, and software to track the satellite. MB Tech will be responsible for the antenna dish and utilize its existing tracking solution. A-Telecom will be responsible for the LNB and supporting hardware. This effort entails the assistance of the industry expert Tae Kwan Cho, who is directing the required modifications to our existing technology and the development of a gyro-digital compass system which represents a key component in the new marine tracking system.

It is anticipated that the completion of the marine antenna will be February 2005. Negotiation with distributors in Korea and Japan commenced during this current quarter. "We intend to market this product initially to the coastal service business and yacht market. The prototype presently has a unit sized as a 20-inch diameter dome with 21-inch height. The price is being targeted well below the industry overall which is in line with the company`s overall corporate strategy of innovation and price performance," said Hanwook Bae, CEO of MB Tech.

MB Tech (OTCBB:MBTT) announced its product line activity
timeline for Q1 and Q2 of 2005.
The final samples of the portable flat antenna are being delivered
to the Japanese importer for test and approval by the end of this
month. The importer is expected to register the portable antenna
product for import beginning in February.
Successful testing of the portable antenna model was completed in
Shen-yang and Chin-Dao China in connection with the Korean DBS SKY
Life. It`s anticipated that this will serve more than 2 million
Koreans who live in China and desire SKY Life service. Meetings have
commenced with importers and distributors to enter the final phases of
their import.
The Beam Tilting antenna, which needs no adjustment in elevation
and allows for easy installation, and the Marine antenna will be
completed in joint efforts with A-Telecom by the end of the first
quarter 2005.
Testing begins this quarter on the flat antenna for North American
distribution. "We have almost completed the panel which improves
receiving characters according to DBS requirements in North America,"
assured Hanwook Bae.
It`s anticipated that by second quarter 2005, the portable flat

Neulich :in der Haushaltswarenabteilung

Kunde: "Guten Tag, ich bräuchte eine Kaffeemaschine."

Verkäufer: "Ah ja, hier haben wir das neueste Modell. Mit eingebauter
Bohnenmühle, Direktanschluß an den Wasserhahn, automatischer
Kaffeevorratsverwaltung, voll programmierbar."

Kunde: "Ah ja, klingt interessant. Aber ich habe gehört, daß einige der
neueren Kaffeemaschinen nicht gerade leicht zu bedienen seien.."

Verkäufer: "Aber nein, die Bedienung ist ganz einfach. Sehen Sie, sie haben
hier nur einen Ein/Aus-Schalter, vier frei definierbare Programmknöpfe und
eine RS-232."

Kunde: "Eine was?"

Verkäufer: "Eine RS-232. Da können Sie Ihren Computer hinstecken."

Kunde: "Äh, soll das heißen, ich brauche meinen Computer, um Kaffee zu
machen?"

Verkäufer: "Aber nein, nur zur Konfiguration oder zum Firmware- Update.
Natürlich können Sie die Kaffeemaschine auch vollständig per Computer steuern,

natürlich genausogut einstellen, daß Knopf 1 eine Tasse starken Kaffee, Knopf

liefert, wenn Sie das wollen."

Kunde: "Heißes Wasser?"

Kunde: "Ich muß auf einen Bluescreen warten?"

Verkäufer: "Äh, nein, also Sie warten solange, bis Sie Programme starten
können."

Kunde: "Ach so."

Verkäufer: "Ja, und dann starten Sie ein Terminalprogramm ..."

Kunde: "Ein was?"

Verkäufer: "Ein Terminalprogramm. Fragen Sie doch einfach nachher in der
Computerabteilung."

Kunde: "Nun gut, und was mache ich damit?"

Verkäufer: "Sie greifen damit auf die RS-232 zu, an der die Kaffeemaschine
sitzt."

Kunde: "Äh, und wie mache ich das?"

Verkäufer: "Das hängt vom Terminalprogramm ab. Jedenfalls, die Kaffeemaschine
sendet einen Prompt..."

Kunde: "Einen was?"

Verkäufer: "Einen Prompt. Das ist eine Zeichenkette, die Ihnen sagt, daß die
Kaffeemaschine Ihre Befehle erwartet."

Kunde: "Meine Befehle? Ist das eine Militär-Maschine, oder was?"

Verkäufer: "Nun ja, sie wollen, daß die Kaffeemaschine was macht, und da
müssen Sie ihr ja sagen, was sie machen soll, und das nennt man Befehl."

Kunde: "Nun ja, wenn Sie meinen. Und wenn dieser Prompt dann kommt, dann

Eine derart schlichte Kaffeemaschine ist ohnehin passé:

Gegen Langeweile im Büro
Nach dem " Das traust Du Dich eh nicht" Punktesystem gibt es für die
nachstehenden Leistungen die genannten Punktezahlen.

1 Punkt gibt`s dafür:

1. Eine Runde in voller Geschwindigkeit um alle Schreibtische laufen
2. Laut im WC stöhnen und seufzen, während sich mindestens 1 Nichtspieler
in der Toilette befindet.
3. Die ersten 5 Kollegen, die einen " Guten Morgen" wünschen, einfach
ignorieren.
4. Jemanden in der Firma, den man nicht kennt, anrufen und sagen: " Ich
wollte nur sagen, dass ich momentan keine Zeit habe zu reden." Und
auflegen.
5. Das Ende einer Unterhaltung durch das Zuhalten beider Ohren
signalisieren.
6. Ein Blatt oder Memo, das einem gereicht wird, mit den Fingern abtasten,
dabei stöhnen und murmeln: " Hmmm. Das fühlt sich ja FANTASTISCH an."
7. Mindestens 1 Stunde mit offenem Hosenstall herum laufen.
8. Jeden der einen darauf hinweist mit der Bemerkung " Ich habe es lieber
so" abkanzeln.
9. Den Weg zu und vom Kopierer seitwärts gehen.
10. Im Lift jedes Mal wenn die Tür aufgeht laut hörbar Luft holen.

3 Punkte gibt`s dafür:

1. Zum Chef sagen " Ich finde Sie cool!" und dabei mit den Fingern eine
abfeuernde Pistole imitieren.
2. Unverständliches Zeug auf einen Untergebenen einreden und dann sagen:
" Haben Sie das alles verstanden? Ich hasse es, wenn ich mich wiederholen
muss."

Anwesenheit das Licht zehn mal aus und wieder einschalten.
3. Jeden, mit dem man spricht, mindestens eine Stunde lang " Herbert"
nennen.
4. Bei der nächsten Besprechung laut ankündigen, dass man kurz raus muss
um " gross" zu machen.
5. Jeden Satz mit dem Wort " Alder" in einem ziemlich harten Akzent
beenden. " Der Bericht liegt auf dem Tisch, Alder." Mindestens 1 Stunde
durchhalten.
6. Während der Abwesenheit eines Kollegen dessen Stuhl in den Lift fahren.
7. Sich in einer Besprechung oder einer Gruppe wiederholt auf die Stirn
schlagen und murmeln: " Seid doch mal ruhig! Ich wäre so froh wenn ihr alle
mal endlich ruhig sein würdet."
8. Beim Mittagessen niederknien und laut rufen: " Wahrlich, ich sage Euch:
Der Herr wird mich nähren und ich werde nie wieder Hunger leiden müssen."
9. In den Tagesplaner eines Kollegen eintragen: " Wie findest Du mich in
Strumpfhosen?"
10. Die eigene Tastatur zu einem Kollegen tragen und fragen: " Willste mal
tauschen?"
11. Folgende Unterhaltung mindestens 10 mal hintereinander mit irgendeinem
Kollegen führen: " Hast du das gehört?" - " Was?" - " Egal - ist nicht so
wichtig."
12. In voller Kampfkleidung ins Büro kommen und wenn man nach dem Grund
gefragt wird erwidern: " Ich darf nicht drüber reden."
13. Getarnt als der Geschäftsführer eines Restaurants einen Kollegen

14. Während einer wichtigen Telefon-Konferenz mit einem Akzent sprechen
(sächsisch, hessisch, platt, bayerisch)
15. Den Staubsauger finden und um den eigenen Schreibtisch herum saugen.

seit letztem Monat hat man nix negatives über MBTT gehört, im Gegenteil: da sind angeblich einige interessante Projekte am laufen und stehen kurz vor dem Abschluss..

Trotzdem hat sich der Kurs von MBTT in diesem letzten Monat halbiert und wir sind nun wirklich nicht mehr weit von den All-Time-Lows weg.

Das paßt einfach hinten und vorne nicht zusammen.

Wir haben in Berlin einen kleinen Kauf und die ist nur um 1 cent gestiegen, im November ist bei so einem Kauf die Aktie schnell mal 100% gestiegen. Wenn es die nächsten sechs Wochen noch nicht über 10 cent geht, sieht es meiner Meinung nach nicht gut für uns aus.

A slump in business of MB Tech Korea made its financial state worse to pile up bad assets, accounts payable and liabilities, which could not be settled in the near future in its normal course of business.

The management of MB Tech Inc. tried to find out how to improve its financial situation and determined to reorganize MB Tech Korea. MB Tech Korea assigned its core assets to Faserwave and disposed its bad assets to Mr. Shin.

Mr. Shin agreed on this plan and took responsibility for the bad management of MB Tech Korea. He as a shareholder of MB Tech Inc. and also agreed this plan could enhance the value of MB Tech Inc.

The sale of MB Tech Korea has the following meanings:

o The disposition of bad assets,

o The clearance of long-term accounts payable and liabilities,

o The restructuring of the business with neither competitive power nor profit,

o The lay-off of the inefficient employee, and

o The improvement of cash flow by reducing fixed cost and indirect cost.

MB Tech Inc. will focus its business on developing and marketing the satellite antenna "Faserwave". As previously reported, for LNB business, MB Tech Inc has established a cooperative relationship with A-Telecom, a top tier manufacturer of LNB.

MB Tech Inc shall be in charge of marketing and selling LNB products for the North America market. A-Telecom agreed to develop and manufacture LNB under the brand of MB Tech.

One of the implications I see from the product line from MBTT is related to its ability to apply "nano technology" to the design of the antenna. The U.S. military, for example, is constantly looking for smaller and lighter equipment to carry to the battle field. The phases array antenna MB Tech is developing and nearing its completion will be have tremendous benefit to the military because it is much smaller. Another sector of the market that the MB Tech`s phased array antenna will benefit is the RV, SUV, and mini van market. As the technology improves, antenna size is reduced, and the cost comes downs, the rear seat viewing market for those vehicles will expand exponentially. Take a look at the size of the antenna (TracVision 5) from KVHI (which requires the use of phased array technology). It is 5" high and 32" in diameter. The working model being put out by MB Tech is only 1" high and about 20" in diamenter. The difference is tremendous and implication is huge. Such smaller antenna can be installed even on top of the trunk of a sedan. We have seen how satellite radio has become more and more popular (see SIRI and XMSR). A lot of high end cars are outfited with the satellite radio at the factory. The next wave to catch may well be the satellite TV programming if the receiver and antenna cost can come down to an affordable level. MB Tech with its phased array antenna will be right there to make that dream a reality. However, MB Tech`s phased array antenna is still a couple of months away from completion. In the meantime, I believe its portable flat antenna will be a big hit as it hits on the market in the coming months.

In my view, the pros on investing in MBTT outweigh any cons we see by many folds.

What does today`s filing mean?

To understand what today`s filing really mean, one needs to look at the following sequence of events:

1. MB Tech, Inc. was formed as a result of a reverse merger from MB Tech Korea, which was a privately held company in Korea specializing in LNB production. MB Tech Korea was apparently poorly managed with excessive debts. In order to turn the company around, the new management of MB Tech Korea under Mr. Hanwook Bae located a shell company in California called Inspiration Products Group, Inc. and reversed merged into the shell to form what is today`s MB Tech, Inc. I believe Mr. Hanwook Bae never intended to continue MB Tech Korea`s LNB product as a long-term business. He was just using MB Tech Korea to create his own profitable company.

2. After the reverse merger, Mr. Hanwook Bae saw a more lucrative business line in what Faserware was developing: the next generation of satellite antennas. Therefore, Mr. Hanwook Bae through MB Tech, Inc. acquired Faserware, another privately held company in Korea and immediately spinned off Faserare as a separetely entity to become its subsidiary, with all assets and little liability MB Tech Inc. inherited from MB Tech Korea. This is a very important and smart move as MB Tech Inc. contemplated its next move: getting rid of the problems, as evidenced in today`s filing.

3. With Faserware nearing completion and the launch of its next generation of satellite antenna business, MB Tech Inc. is poised to be profitable with MB Tech Korea off its book. Therefore, Mr. Hanwook Bae made the determination that it is time to get rid of the unwanted problems to Mr. Taehyun Shin, the original owner and creator of the problems (a sell-back). Mr. Hanwook Bae gets Faserware and a "shell" of a publiclly traded company. ALL GOOD. The problems went back to where they belong: MB Tech Korea. Through these events, Mr. Hanwook Bae, the CEO of MB Tech Inc., has now a very healthy public company ready to take off.

The timing of this transaction cannot be more significant as Mr. Hanwook Bae is nearing the launch of his very first flat auto-positiong satellite antenna to the market.

THESE ARE EXCEPTIONAL AND HIGHLY SOPHISTICATED MOVES.

If anyone wants to understand what it can mean to MBTT`s share price, here is a recent example of a company who has just completed the same transactions: MSEP, run by an experienced financial manager who understands how to create a profitable public company with little money. MSEP is also setting the stage for tremendous growth in 2005 using practically the SAME strategies.

MBTT vs. KVHI

MBTT has a product. If we look at MBTT`s managment, they have fallen flat on their face since inception of the r/m. In the next 3 - 8 weeks, it`s literally "GO TIME" for management to convince the world that MBTT has the ability to compete in this market. If we "steal" KVHI`s business from 2004, that would be $60 million in rev`s. But our product is cheaper, but we`d be able to make a better profit from each unit sold putting MBTT into the black that much quicker.

Going forward, KVHI is expected to do $85 million:

MB Tech announced Wednesday that it has successfully tested its proprietary portable auto positioning flat antenna for Direct Broadcast Satellite (DBS) Services such as DirecTV, Sky Life (Korea), and Sky Perfect (Japan).
The antenna is revolutionary for several reasons in the ever-growing DBS marketplace. Primarily it allows a popular digital television service to be portable and mobile at a mass consumer-based price point.

"Auto Positioning" means that you don`t have to sit there and try to find the satellite signal until finally locking it in, rather MB Tech`s antenna finds the signal automatically and locks on to it using a proprietary mechanism and software solution.

"Flat" means that it is svelte and stylish and can fit in your trunk and or stowed away easily on your boat or in your RV or car or truck.

The company plans to market the Portable Auto-positioning Flat DBS antenna combined with a basic digital set top box in an affordable service offering with the major distributors and/or service providers.

As an example, the closest competition`s (much larger) antenna only (without a set top box) is over $1,500, whereas MB Tech`s packaged solution should cost under $400, plus would be greatly reduced to the end user given service offering packages and incentives that are common place in this business.

MB Tech plans to offer these bundled product offerings through existing distributors and resellers and major big box electronics and consumer goods stores. This is the next step in the product development, manufacturing, marketing and distribution phase.

Additionally, the company plans to sell this product offering via various direct advertising means including infomercials and print ads.

fishmann - i was going through some filings and saw that MBTT was developing the XVISION 5000. I think it was supposed to be a set top box with satellite receiver.

bald wieder OTC. Bei OTC ist das schlimmste diese
ohnmächtigkeit gegenüber dem MM. Auch hier in D gibt
es ja solche ähnlichen OTC-revolver-shares. Z.B. hatte
ich voriges jahr im frühling primacom gekauft und
jetzt abgegeben, dass war ähnlich OTC aber niemals
mit solchen kopfschmerzen, liegt wahrscheinlich daran,
das wir hier eine andere mentalität haben . ich jedenfalls
kann mich nicht in den amerik. markt hineindenken,
insbesondere nicht in die OTC.
Auch ich warte jetzt ab. bleibt auch nichts anderes

- The Xvision 5000 is manufactured by VMTL(Willsearch). We are trying to package with their products(satellite version) and our flat antenna. The satellite version is under developing.

- Eastech is our importer/distributor in Japan who open L/C on behalf of our end users in Japan. They faced serious financial problem when the founder was passed away last year. However they are recovering now and ask us the approval sample to submit. We have plan to submit next week. We had field test 40 places in Japan as per their request end of last year. We also have under discussion with on of big 5 home shopping company in Japan over Flat antenna.

War doch in dem Thread mal ein Beitrag dazu;

MB Tech hiess früher mal MB Korea; die haben versucht, mit LNBs Geschäfte zu machen, ist aber wohl gründlich in die Hose gegangen..

MB Tech hat sich von MB Korea abgekoppelt, seine Finanzen in Ordnung gebracht, einen (hoffentlich) fähigen neuen CEO eingestellt, und konzentriert sich jetzt u.a. auf Entwicklung und Vertrieb der Flat-Antenna, die - wie wir ja wissen - bisher von ihren Ausstattungsmerkmalen her konkurrenzlos ist und zudem mit einer attraktiven Preiskalkulation aufwarten kann..

Wo du allerdings die 36 Euro her hast, ist mir ein Rätsel - meinen Recherchen nach war die anfangs mal bei rund 2 US-Dollar und ist dann kontinuierlich bis auf die heutigen Kursstände gefallen..

Nanotechnology Applied in MB Tech`s Product Development to Deliver Competitive Advantage for U.S. and World Markets

LAS VEGAS, Feb 16, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- MB Tech (OTC BB:MBTT) has recently made important development breakthroughs with its silicon chip-based phased-array antenna system with its partner Teltron. The product will allow for mobile in-motion use for DBS (Direct Broadcast Satellite) services in vehicles such as SUVs, limousines, and RVs.
The new silicon chip-based phased shift array antenna will ultimately have the ability to fit in the roof lining of an SUV whereas many other systems are anywhere from 9 inches to 2 feet rise above the roof line and are of far greater cost to the consumer. Both of these factors pose barriers to entering the mass consumer market according to Hanwook Bae, president of MB Tech.

"Our Faserwave line of products starting with the auto positioning portable flat antenna (stationary) and the future phased shift array antenna system utilizing nanotechnology are geared toward the mass market through innovation and price performance," stated Hanwook Bae.

This important advancement in nanotechnology is also attractive for military applications.

The phased-array antenna has been tested successfully in a 3-inch height and will now be reduced to a 1-inch height with its complementary components. I stumbled across something very interesting regarding Teltron and a 2" phased array antenna that was recently released for the mobile market. Not sure how it fits in, but the wheels may be in motion already. It picks up US, Europe, Canada and Asia. I have to find out how legit this is before I post anything further.

Du darfst nicht übersehen, dass das Baby die letzten Tage quasi von 0,06 bis auf 0,11 $ hochgelaufen ist; da ist eine Konsolidierung durchaus normal..

Trotzdem kommen wir jetzt wieder an einen wichtigen Punkt: bei 0,12 $ ist MBTT beim letzten run mehrfach abgeprallt, die Marke könnte man also als "Widerstandslinie" sehen - wenn die geknackt werden kann, laufen wir (endlich) auch mal über die 200-Tage-Linie, dann könnte der Weg nach oben offen sein..

Wie aber jemand auf 9 Dollar als Kursziel kommt, ist mir auch ein Rätsel..

Electronics makers have an answer for parents who are tired of listening to Barney reruns and the Lion King playing on their backseat DVD players: 100 channels.


In the latest step toward transforming sport-utility vehicles and minivans into full-blown living rooms, electronics manufacturers are rolling out satellite-TV antennas that strap to the roof. A range of new devices -- which can weigh as much as 45 pounds and pull in live TV almost anywhere in the U.S. _ are starting to hit the market, as new technology enables the dimensions to shrink somewhat.


Next month RaySat Inc., a major manufacturer of satellite antennas, plans to enter the market with a large, pancake-shaped device that can track satellites and can receive DirecTV Group Inc. and Dish Network signals across most of the U.S. In April mobile-electronics giant Audiovox Corp. will start offering its own version in select markets. Winegard Co. says it plans to introduce its own gear in April.


The manufacturer that mostly had the market to itself, KVH Industries Inc., is upgrading its services in the face of the competition. The company recently announced that its system, TracVision A5, available since 2003, will receive a new premium movie-channel package from DirecTV and Starz Entertainment Group LLC that offers 750 movies a month on 13 digital movie channels.


At a time when safety advocates are concerned that drivers already have too many distractions, the introduction of a full-scale entertainment system into the car is sure to have its detractors. To date, the only other way to get live TV in a car was to put up some rabbit ears in there and hope for the best.


On-the-road satellite TV paid off recently for Warren Raymond of Fort Lauderdale, Fla. When he and his two young sons, ages 8 and 12, got stuck in traffic on their way to an NFL game a few months ago, they were able to catch the first half on the boob tube. "That was a big help," he says. "Those tickets were expensive."


So are the rooftop antennas. They can cost upward of $2,000, and that isn`t counting monthly subscription fees of $30 to $40. It also doesn`t include the price of an in-car TV screen, which can run a couple of hundred dollars. The antennas are so big, they won`t fit on normal cars, only SUVs or minivans.


The suggested retail price for Winegard`s soon-to-be-available RoadTrip XLP will be $1,995, while RaySat and KVH`s antennas each are priced at $2,295.


Services such as these have been available for boats, planes and recreational vehicles for several years, but until recently the antennas were simply too big to fit on the top of passenger vehicles. But in recent years, antenna technology has shrunk the devices to manageable sizes.


Meantime, electronics makers are looking for ways to distinguish themselves from rivals as cars increasingly come equipped with any number of high-tech devices _ from navigation systems to satellite radios _ straight from the factory. It is also a way to capitalize on the robust sales of video screens in cars.


In 2004, about 3.4 million DVD entertainment systems for autos were shipped, up from just 1.1 million in 2002, according to Telematics Research Group Inc. in Minnetonka, Minn. By 2010 the company expects that number to nearly triple to 9.2 million in projected shipments.


Next year the mobile satellite-TV field could get even more crowded. Two of the biggest satellite-radio providers, Sirius Satellite Radio Inc. and XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., are working on their own service. Last month at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Sirius announced that it will launch during the second half of 2006 an in-car video service dedicated to children`s programming.


At the same show, Delphi Corp. announced a deal with cable-TV company Comcast Corp. to develop a system for downloading video from the cable provider onto a hard drive in the car. After capturing cartoons, sports shows, movies and other video over a Wi-Fi network, Comcast subscribers could watch the shows on the road.


Antenna makers say they are working on next-generation models that are slimmer and have more capabilities. RaySat, for instance, says it has developed a satellite antenna that also can provide Internet access to anyone riding in the car. (Basically, the antenna also beams out a high-speed Wi-Fi connection inside the car, so anyone with, say, a laptop with a wireless card can surf while on the road.) That antenna is expected to start at nearly $3,500, not including service charges, when it becomes available in the third quarter.


During a recent test drive of KVH`s system, attached to a Nissan Pathfinder, the device (about the size of a coffee-table top) added about five inches of height to the vehicle. From a screen in the back seat, it was possible to scroll through more than 100 channels using a wireless remote control, while driving around New York City streets.


Overall, the reception was good. But in areas with tall trees or skyscrapers, it was spotty, interrupting some key moments in an episode of SpongeBob SquarePants. Essentially, the antenna requires a clear view of the southern sky, which is where the DirecTV satellite is located.


The market for mobile satellite TV remains small. Just 7,500 antennas sold in 2004, according to estimates by Frost & Sullivan, a market-research firm. That is out of about 240 million consumer vehicles on the road.


Analysts say they don`t expect to see auto makers selling the systems until the antennas come down in price and get small enough to be hidden away into the roof of a vehicle. Currently, the antennas fasten to a vehicle`s roof rack, which also may limit use of the rack for hauling other gear.


Mr. Raymond, the Fort Lauderdale resident who missed the first half of the football game, says his two boys, Michael and Jordan, love having the TV in the car. "They`re in there on the weekends," he says. "It`s like a tree house for them."

The satellite radio market is growing at an exponential clip. Two companies appear to control the industry. XM Satellite Radio (Nasdaq:XMSR) and Sirius Satellite Radio, Inc. (Nasdaq:SIRI). XM is closing in on 700,000 subscriptions, and expects to hit 1.2 million in December. XM`s competitor, Sirius, which kicked off its service last summer, reported at the end of June that it had reached 100,000 subscribers.

It`s one thing to "listen" to Howard Stern on your way to work, but if Sirius has its way, you may be able to watch him on your way to work as well.

"This is the concrete evidence we`ve seen in terms of actually choosing a technology and we now have a definitive date now, the second half of 2006," Tom Watts of SG Cowen said.

Sirius will use Microsoft`s Windows Media Player, and begin offering at least three video channels, all of them initially geared to kids, with more mature channels possibly being rolled out in subsequent months.

Four million cars already feature video entertainment today. It is a big market, and getting much bigger.

"We`re projecting that to grow at 35 percent a year, reaching 24 million by 2010. So there`s a lot of screens out there," Watts said.

Satellite TV to the car had been a big, technological challenge, requiring large roof top dishes and receivers. But when a $2,500 system from KVH Industries in Rhode Island hit the market last year, it showed consumers the potential for live, satellite TV in the car.

Sirius is on a roll, landing Howard Stern, signing a deal with Ford to offer its receivers in 21 new models beginning this summer, and now trying to take the lead in mobile, satellite TV.

"It`s a great way to quiet the kids, and there is demand for video in the car. The programming is going to give them the edge over time. You know Howard, the NFL, the NBA, the NHL," David Kestenbaum of RG Research said.

The kind of momentum helping juice Sirius stock over the last six months, while rival XM hasn`t performed nearly as well even though XM has three times the subscribers.

"This company is on a tremendous roll," Kestenbaum said.

The company is rolling into 2005 with a brand new way to compete with XM radio.

For it`s part, XM says that its subscriber base doubled in 2004 to 3.2 million. Paid subscribers should reach 5.5 million by the end of this year.
