For Q3 NeoMedia reported sales of $471,000, a 2% increase over the year ago period. License fees were $96,000 compared with $69,000.

The 39% increase was due to higher sales of internally developed software licenses in 2004.



The net loss for the quarter was $1.4 million, which represented a decrease of $765,000, or 35% from a loss of $2.2 million for the year ago period.



In the financing department, during the nine months ended Sept.

30, 2004, NEOM sold 88 million shares of its common stock to Cornell Capital Partners under the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement. NeoMedia netted $5.9 million in proceeds from the sales.



These stock sales will end once NEOM begins to generate positive cash flows, either from their nascent micro-paint repair business or, more likely, from significant licensing agreements relating to their core intellectual property in the mobile commerce arena.



WiMAX, Smart Phones and 3G:



Now, let’s get to some of the reasons why we continue to be so charged about this company.



Intel envisions a day several years from now when every laptop computer can connect to WiMAX-based networks. That plays incredibly well into NEOM’s intellectual property as well.



According to a new study from the ARC Group, smart phone sales will take off over the next five years, growing from an estimated

Bin mir noch nicht sicher, wie es heute läuft. Wenn der Schlusskurs bestätigt wird, dann geht`s weiter mit dem Ziel vor Weihnachten die 0,2 USD zu erklimmen.

Die Gefahr von Gewinnmitnahmen besteht trotzdem, zumal der MACD noch nicht bestätigt wurde. Der Anstieg in den letzten Tagen verleitet halt auch einmal auszusteigen.

habe einen user gebeten mir mal erst kurz seine meinung zu sagen.

hier ist sie in kürze

bach...neom scheint interessante produkte zu besitzen und steht auf mehreren säulen. ich vermute, der jetzige anstieg resultiert aus der news von anfang november. hier wurden für die nächsten 5 jahre einnahmen von insgesamt 28 mio angekündigt. mit diesem tollen lackiersystem. das könnte folgeaufträge mitsich bringen. seit diesem tag steigt der kurs. mich macht allerdings etwas stutzig, dass das management in den letzten monaten fleißig aktien verkauf hat. das macht doch keiner, wenn er sein geschäft aufbaut.



lest bitte mal patent bei biph von freitag.
rechne heute mit 5-10% plus.
wenn ich euch sage welchen kurs bis 25.2 dann lacht ihr mich aus.

I sure do hate to make projections, especially in public. However with that said, I think 5 years is too far out. 3-6 months is more pragmatic with 2 years being the max. for projections (at least for me).

Look, if a Virgin settlement is announced, were worth $0.50 more depending on the terms and conditions. Why? Because it will set off a national judicial precedence for all other infringement suits.

Next, if Cornell is dropped, which I expect they will be soon, we`re worth another $0.25.

If DuPont takes an equity stake in NMPR for 5Mil. to $10Mil., were worth another $.30. Thats a $1.25 right there.

Now if GOOG partnerships with us, add another $1.25. We are now at $2.50.

If MSFT buys us, anything between $2.50 and $7.00 is very very very possible. We woun`t even be trading under NEOM. We woun`t even be on the OTC if that happens. We will have a new ticker and well be on the NAZ.

I`ve been here since $0.03 last July, 03 and I will be here to watch how this all plays out. If it goes over a dollar I will not have to work ever again.

However, I believe we are headed for the Big Leagues here. This is not europhic speculation. Its about a domian "WORD" registration for the Wireless Search World which will dwarf anything in the personal computer (PC) world that NetWork Solutions and SAIC put together for VeriSign; to the tune of $12Bil. We will be bigger than that. Much Bigger!

I`m here to stay and I`m acquiring more; but when appropriate. NEOM is what Peter Lynch saw in Home Depot back when Home Depot was a penny stock. But here again, we are well beyond even that analogy.

You want my opinion? Hold em. Hold em tight. Hold em like your children and grandchildrens future wellfare depended on it.

ich denke das es heute einen mächtigen Knall nach oben macht Richtung 0,5$.
WEnn es das nicht tut sehe ich den Kurs heute abend wieder unter 0,2 $

Dasselbe hätte ich auch gesagt. Nach so einem Anstieg gibt es nur noch rauf oder runter!

Ich denke, dass wir positiv starten, das Niveau heute aber nicht über den Tag halten können und dann abstürzen, da heftig Gewinnmitnahmen einsetzen.

wenn wir positiv starten geht die Kaufpanik wieder los und jeder will noch rein in das Investment und alle verkäufe werden niedergekauft.
Wenn wir mit + starten sollte uns nichts mehr aufhalten können heute
Wenn es runter geht beginnen Panikverkäufe und niemand traut sich mehr zu kaufen und wir sehehn uns bei 0,18$ heute abend wieder.
Noch ist alles sehr wackelig mal schauen ob ich mir noch welche kauf
