      GGTS -- Gaming Transactions, Inc.
      Com ($0.0001)

COMPANY NEWS AND PRESS RELEASES FROM OTHER SOURCES:

      Tuesday`s Stock Trading Alert

NOTE TO EDITORS: The Following is an Investment Opinion Being Issued by eLocity Inc.

SARASOTA,, May 03, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- eLocity`s stocks to watch for Tuesday are -- Gaming Transactions, Inc. (OTC: GGTS), SmarTire Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: SMTR), NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM), Primus Telecommunications Group Inc. (NASDAQ: PRTL).
Investors may want to watch Gaming Transactions, Inc. (OTC: GGTS), a leading provider and developer of online games and services for the online entertainment and gaming industries. Monday, the company announced that it has launched its first version of www.KenoBook.com, the second wagering portal to be launched by the company.

Gaming Transactions, Inc. said that Kenobook.com offers a full range of sports betting options and an extensive number of betting types including straight bet, parlay, over/under, money-line, and teasers. The company added that the site showcases every North American sport from baseball to basketball to boxing, as well as soccer lines from over 60 different countries. The company noted that, according to Christiansen Capital Advisors, the SportsBook industry is valued at $8 billion, and growing at an unprecedented rate with the expansion of the Internet into emerging markets.

Under the terms of a previously announced agreement with FutureBet Systems Ltd., Gaming Transactions said it will be building a second version of the site with its own branded betting lines early this quarter. The company said that Kenobook.com`s customers will have access to the same sports odds lines that are used by several of the top Las Vegas books.

Gaming Transactions, Inc. CEO Patrick Smyth commented, "Although men still dominate the gaming world, the majority of mainstream online game players are women. Over 55% of all activity on the five largest game sites for the month of August 2004 was by women. However, the Keno demographic is skewed towards males aged 25 to 45 years, with some college education. This provides the Company with the potential for increasing product offerings as our player database will have a greater proportion of males than other gaming sites. And following that logic, the Company believes that it will be able to convert a good proportion of its players into sports punters at Kenobook.com."

Shares of Gaming Transactions Inc. (OTC: GGTS) are trading at around 74 cents a share.

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 2005--CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS), a leading provider of online gaming software, is pleased to announce that it will be launching through its UK subsidiary a poker site for cash at TenSeatPoker.com on June 20, 2005.

The TenSeatPoker.com site will be the flagship play-for-cash poker site featuring the Company`s licensed poker games, and will be marketed with the goal of establishing brand recognition and driving revenues from targeted audience areas.

The site is under development now, and the Company is in final negotiations with a number of payment processors to ensure global payments including the ability to leverage Check 21, laws regulating paper drafts, and new technologies to provide the optimal online payment processing. This included direct debit from banking institutions, major credit cards and multiple currencies.

After years of escalating growth, online gambling is poised for its biggest year. IGaming will rake in nearly $10 billion in revenue this year, up 40% from 2004. In 1996, when IGaming was in its infancy, the industry collected $30 million, says researcher Christiansen Capital Advisors.

      CYOS 0.0092 0.003dollars or (24.59%)
And, as reported by the UK Register: "In the two years since online poker first tempted punters, the industry has grown from $100,000 in gross rake per day in January 2002 to between a staggering global $2m and $2.5m. While online gaming itself continues to grow at a dramatic pace, the online poker industry has more than tripled in the past year according to statistics provided by PokerPulse.com."

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "Our strategy is to develop a number of key products to monetize our play for fun traffic, as well as to increase our suite of products available to our customer databases. The demo poker version available now at RedFelt.com surpasses our expectations and will provide our players with a high quality, satisfying gaming experience."

CYOP Systems Provides Update on Poker Launch
Monday June 6, 9:15 am ET

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 6, 2005--CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS - News), a leading provider of online gaming software, is pleased to provide an update on the cash play poker site at tenseatpoker.com operated through the company`s UK subsidiary RedFelt Software Inc.
The front-end poker game is ready, the back-end financial transaction platform is ready and final ecommerce integration is just being completed. The company has secured its first major processor, which will allow users to credit their accounts directly from their checking accounts in real time. Over the next two weeks prior to June 20th, with approvals pending with credit card processors and subsequent integration, a full range of payment options will be available with the launch.

Some 23% of households in the USA do not have credit cards and 45% of credit card holders are within 5% of their credit limit. With 10 million online households having no credit cards, and over 1 billion online check transactions in 2005, the Company intends to leverage this payment option through targeted marketing and advertising.

The CrediPlay-SINA sites are moving into their final phases of development with additional space for online advertising being incorporated. The marketing agreement with SINA U.S. will offer CYOP exclusive promotion for CYOP`s free tournament games of online poker and online billiards-type games targeting global online Chinese users. CYOP will focus on special sponsored tournaments from companies that wish to reach a large Asian audience.

The Poker industry continues to grow with a number of online poker companies now looking to float IPOs on the AIM, including Party Gaming. The Gibraltar-based owner of the world`s biggest online poker site is expected to announce a USD$10 billion London flotation in coming weeks.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, said, "Financiers in Europe seem to be more relaxed about investing in gambling. British company Sportingbet bought Paradise Poker last year and saw its share price treble. CryptoLogic has seen its share price move tenfold in the past two years. Poker is the fastest-growing part of the online operations of William Hill and Ladbrokes -- both based in the UK. All these results encourage investment for growth and IPOs for online casino companies."

The AIM gives companies from all countries and sectors access to the market at an earlier stage of their development, allowing them to experience life as a public company. Since AIM opened in 1995, more than 1,300 companies have been admitted and more than GBP 11 billion has been raised collectively.

Company to Capitalize on Asian Internet Growth

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 2005--CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS - News), a leading provider of online gaming software, is pleased to announce that it has reached an agreement whereby Foreground Image Inc. will be localizing the Company`s TenSeatPoker.com cash play site into Traditional and Simplified Chinese.
The TenSeatPoker.com site will be translated, leveraging our tournament sponsorship and advertising model with the design to convert players from third-party portals in Asia to a cash play gaming site.

The Company is continuing to seek out new partners in Asia who have large vertical portals and who are looking to add content and functionality to their web properties.

IGaming will rake in nearly $10 billion in revenue this year, up 40% from 2004. In 1996, when IGaming was in its early years, the industry collected $30 million, says researcher Christiansen Capital Advisors.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "Even with its minimal penetration rate, China already ranks second in the world in total Internet users. According to eMarketer, during the 2004-2008 period, the US Internet population will grow at a 2.6% annual rate. In contrast, China`s Internet population will grow during the 2004-2008 period by over 14.3% on an annual basis. Throngs of Chinese citizens are being introduced to the Internet daily."

Their translation service utilizes only native speakers to ensure quality and precision translations for target specific audiences. With many countries and jurisdictions, a deep understanding of the national and regional culture, as well as the language, is needed for translation to be successful.

CYOP Launches TenSeatPoker.com Internet Poker Site Ready for Cash Play
Monday June 20, 9:20 am ET

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 20, 2005--CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS - News), a leading provider of online gaming software, is pleased to announce it has launched its Internet poker software for play at www.tenseatpoker.com operated through the company`s UK subsidiary Red Felt Software Inc.
The previously announced non-downloadable Texas Hold`em poker game at TenSeatPoker.com is ready for cash play, meaning players do not have to install large files on their computers. A secure transaction system has been developed with multiple layers of security and redundancy, allowing players to use multiple forms of payment.

As reported by the UK Register: "In the two years since online poker first tempted punters, the industry has grown from $100,000 in gross rake per day in January 2002 to between a staggering global $2m and $2.5m."

More than 200 online poker sites collectively are generating about $3 billion a year in revenues, equal to 60% of last year`s $5 billion in gambling revenues from all of the Las Vegas "Strip." An estimated 1.7 million players are active online, meaning they`ve played in the past six months. And about 150,000 people play on an average day, according to PokerPulse.com.

And, online gaming company PartyGaming PLC has set an indicative price range for its initial public offering at 111 pence to 127 pence a share, implying a market capitalization of GBP 4.76bn ($8.6bn) using the mid-point of the range. This will be enough to leap the company into the UK`s benchmark FTSE 100 index on its debut.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "We are happy to have taken CYOP`s poker out of development and into revenue. The amount gambled on poker websites around the world in 2005 is estimated to be more than USD $60 billion, and the commission revenues around USD $3 billion. CYOP intends to begin marketing its software immediately to the end user and through business partnerships with existing gaming sites and portals."

CYOP Systems to Open Game Development Studio
Wednesday July 13, 12:16 pm ET
New Generation of Casino Games to Be Marketed

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 13, 2005 -- CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTC BB:CYOS.OB - News), a leading provider of online gaming software, is pleased to report that it will be opening a game studio this Fall in Central Europe to capitalize on the growth of online casino gaming technologies.

CYOP intends to develop "Next Generation" 3D casino games, which will be made for cross platform integration. These games will be available for mobile gaming, console gaming and Internet PC applications.

Variations of popular games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Pai Gow, Slots, Video Poker will be constructed for license to third-party operators, and game hardware suppliers.

The Company also intends to market its own portals, and will continue to expand its localization and translation of its software and games.

The studio will be a wholly owned subsidiary of CYOP Systems International Inc., and will be centrally located in Slovakia. After weighing the pros and cons of a number of countries, it was decided that Slovakia`s business-friendly government policies that have helped facilitate a foreign investment boom made it an excellent choice. Slovakia`s economic growth exceeded expectations in 2001-04, despite the general European slowdown. And their labor market liberalization and a 19% flat tax are also appealing.

The Slovak Republic joined the OECD, a group of 30 of the most developed countries in the world, in the year 2000 and is also a member of the European Union and NATO.

US video game sales totaled almost $10 billion in 2004, and will rise to $16 billion by 2007, an increase of 61%. Software sales totaled $6.3 billion in 2004, and will rise to $8.0 billion in 2008.

Global revenues from online gambling will reach USD$14.52 billion in 2006, up from USD$3.81 billion last year. This is according to a report from the Informa Media Group, which says that the US will generate 24 percent of all online gambling revenues in 2006, whereas Europe will generate 53 percent.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "CYOP continues to increase its presence in Europe, and build a global infrastructure. We feel that the growth opportunities in Europe are better given that the locals have not reached the saturation points of the North American marketplaces. We also believe that the capital and labor market opportunities are better, and that attitudes towards online gaming are friendlier."

Internet Bingo to Be Playable for Cash

BEVERLY HILLS, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 14, 2005 -- CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTC BB:CYOS.OB - News), a leading provider of online gaming software, is pleased to announce that it will be developing and launching multi-player online bingo software.

The company`s UK subsidiary Red Felt Software Inc. will be responsible for the development and licensing of the software.

Bingo is the largest and most socially accepted method of gambling throughout the world, and the current Internet bingo market is estimated to be more than $800 million with a 400% annual growth rate.

Currently, between $70 and $90 billion USD is wagered at land based bingo halls each year around the world and there are approximately 60 million bingo players worldwide.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP, commented, "Bingo is a natural fit for our increasing suite of products. An estimated $10 billion is wagered each year at nearly 50,000 bingo halls in North America alone. This represents per capital spending of approximately $30 on bingo games. The decision to further increase the number of available games has been prompted by the terrific response to our other games and by the forecasts of continued growth in the online gaming industry. "

The past few months CYOP has worked on building its presence though interactive search engine optimization and fundamental marketing. As an example, the term "skill games" on Google.com has ranked www.skillarcade.com in the top 5 sites for the past three months.

The company also credits the growth to its entertaining features on the CrediPlay network, including easy to use websites, and games that are both challenging and fun. Most importantly, SkillArcade.com does not prohibit its customers from playing for fun with restrictions on playtime.

The Company intends to soon begin work on monetizing this database by converting players into cash contestants on its other sites, including TenSeatPoker.com, which is going through some final upgrades and enhancements.

More than 200 online poker sites collectively are generating about $3 billion a year in revenues, equal to 60% of last year`s $5 billion in gambling revenues from all of the Las Vegas "Strip." An estimated 1.7 million players are active online, meaning they`ve played in the past six months.

CYOP`s Chinese Poker Opening for Play on Sina.com
Thursday August 18, 1:27 pm ET
Online Poker to Be Available for Exclusive Play on Game Channel

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 18, 2005--CYOP Systems International Inc. (OTCBB:CYOS - News), a leading provider of online gaming software and operator of games portals, is pleased to announce that its Chinese version of TenSeatPoker.com software will be open for play on the Sina.com network this September.

The site is in the final stages of integration on Sina.com, and is going through extensive quality control.

CYOP`s Chinese TenSeatPoker.com will be found exclusively for the Game Channel on SINA.com Online. SINA will further arrange fixed entry points by providing tournaments on the SINA Taiwan and Beijing Channels, linking on-line traffic to the co-branded Games site in the US.

The Company intends to sell advertising and sponsorships within the games and related site. As well, CYOP will be hosting and managing multiplayer tournaments with cash prizes.

And the TensSeatPoker.com site is being translated into Chinese; leveraging our tournament sponsorship and advertising model with the plan to convert the play for fun database into cash play gaming.

Even with its minimal penetration rate, China already ranks second in the world in total Internet users. According to eMarketer, during the 2004-2008 period, the US Internet population will grow at a 2.6% annual rate. In contrast, China`s Internet population will grow during the 2004-2008 period by over 14.3% on an annual basis.

Mitch White, CEO of CYOP commented, "Interest in China is growing, and North Americans are beginning to understand the potential of the huge marketplace. Recent events such as Baidu.com`s IPO and Yahoo`s $1 billion Alibaba.com deal are proving that strong moves are being made into the burgeoning Chinese Internet. CYOP is also strategically positioning itself as an early entrant into the online poker industry in Asia."

      hallo zusammen,
