RESPONSE TO ASX QUERY

In response to your enquiry letter dated 28 January 2000 I advise as
follows.

1. There are no matters of importance concerning the Company about to
be announced to the market or security holders.

2. The Company is not aware of any information which, had it been
available to the market, might reasonably be regarded as an
explanation for recent trading in the securities of the Company.

3. The Company is unable to offer any other explanation for the
increase in the price of its securities other than it has recently
become entitled to 60% of the issued capital of Global Doctor Limited
following completion of its expenditure obligations under the share
purchase agreement. The obligation to expend a total of $450,000 in
the development of the internet telecommunications business was
completed in January 2000 and is to be noted in the company`s
quarterly report to ASX to be lodged on Monday, 31 January 2000.

4. It is confirmed that the Company is in compliance with the Listing
Rules and, in particular Listing Rule 3.1.

STOCK EXCHANGE ENQUIRY

Australian Stock Exchange Limited ("ASX") has noted a change in the
price of your securities from 10 cents, on Tuesday 25 January 2000 to
19.5 cents today.

We regard timely disclosure of relevant information as of prime
importance in the operation of an efficient market. Listing rule 3.1
is a particularly important listing rule. It is part Of ASX`s
continuous disclosure regime and is based on the following principle:

Timely disclosure must be made of information which may affect
security values or influence investment decisions, and information in
which security holders, investors and ASX have a legitimate interest.

In the absence of any information which explains the price change
referred to above, we wish to make the following enquiries:

1. Are any matters of importance concerning the Company about to be
announced to security holders and/or the market? If so, can an
announcement be made immediately?

2. Is the Company aware of any information concerning it which, had
it been available to the market, might reasonably be regarded as an
explanation for recent trading in the securities of the Company?

3. Is the Company able to offer any other explanation for the price
change in the securities of the Company?

4. Can the Company confirm to ASX that it is in compliance with the
listing rules and, in particular, listing rule 3.1?

The queries set out above cover matters of current specific interest
to us. However, we cannot be aware of all the information which would
be required to ensure that the market is properly informed in
accordance with listing rule 3.1. Accordingly, we would emphasise
that your responsibility under that listing rule is not confined to,
or necessarily satisfied by, answering the specific requests set out
in this letter.

If the information requested is information required to be released
pursuant to listing rule 3.1 your obligation is to disclose the
information immediately. Otherwise, your co-operation in lodging a
reply in a format suitable for release to the market is required as
soon as possible and, in any event, not later than 5.30pm W.S.T on
Friday 28 January 2000. Your response should be sent directly to me
on facsimile number [phone]. It should not be sent to the
Company Announcements Office.

If you are unable to respond by that time you may wish to request a
trading halt in the Company`s securities. As set out in listing rule
17.1 and the "Trading Halts" Guidance Note we may grant a trading
halt at your request. We may require the request to be in writing. We
are not required to act on your request. You must tell us each of the
following:

* The reasons for the trading halt.

* How long you want the trading halt to last.

* The event you expect to happen that will end the trading halt.

* That you are, not aware of any reason why the trading halt should
not be granted.

* Any other information necessary to inform the market about the
trading halt, or that we ask for.

The trading halt cannot extend past the commencement of normal
trading on the second business day following the day on which it was
requested. If a trading halt is requested and granted and you are
still unable to reply to this enquiry prior to the commencement of
trading, suspension from quotation would normally be imposed by us
from the commencement of trading if not previously requested by you.

bedeutet Dein erster Artikel unter Punkt 3, dass sich das Management von Terrex den Kursanstieg durch den Einstieg in Global Doctor Limited erklärt und dieser jetzt im Januar 2000 abgeschlossen wurde und am 31.01.2000 öffentlich bekanntgegeben wird - Das wäre ja die supergeniale Rakete für neue Kurshöhen!!!

Wir denken auch, daß TERREX zu mErfolg wird, denn die Story ist die gleiche wie bei Adelong. Das sind hervorragende Voraussetzungen für einen überdurchschnittlichen Kursanstieg. Ähnliche Kursziele wie bei Adelong sollten drin sein ! Und wir alle sind von Anfang an dabei !

Die Internetstory von TERREX ist wirklich erfolgversprechend.
Außerdem, auch wenns nationalistisch klingt, ist ein Deutscher
im Vorstand, dass gibt einem irgendwie das subjektive Gefühl
einer Sicherheit. :-)

Genauso aussichtsreich sind aber auch die neu entdeckten
Gold-Abbaugebiete von TERREX.
Die liegen in Myanmar (ehemals Burma) und ermöglichen die
Goldförderung im Tagebau, d.h. das Gold kann dank geringer
Explorations & Förderungskosten mit gutem Gewinn veräußert
werden.
Das ist aufgrund der Internetphantasie vielleicht nicht ganz
so wichtig, schafft aber eine solide finanzielle Grundlage.

Kursziel bei TERREX wird momentan bei 1 Euro auf 1 Monat gesehen.
Analog zu Adelong sehr gute Perspektiven, mittelfristig dürften
Kurse von 5 Euro kein Problem darstellen.

sag mal wie kommst Du zu Deinen Kurz- und Mittelfristigen
Kurszielen. Bei Adultshop entwickelt sich der Kurs (hier
bin ich auch investiert) ja auch behäbig!

Würde mich freuen, wenn Du Dein Aussage etwas erklären könntest.
Ansonsten ist das meiner Meinung nach nur "pushing" und das
brauchen wir glaube ich nicht!

Hi Terrex-Abador Freunde,
nachdem die Abador/myCasino.com ihren Aktionären auf Basis
1:10 neue Aktien für den IPO der extrahierten Goldaktivitäten
bieten wird (lt.cyber-rockets Boersenbrief) könnte ich mir
durchaus vorstellen,dass dies bei terrex ebenso der Fall sein wird.
Auf deutsch: die Goldwerte werden in eine eigene AG zusammengefasst
und an die Börse gebracht. Für 10 Altaktien gibt es dann eine nNeue.
Super.
Terrex hat doch tolle Explorationsgebiete in Thailand und Burma.
Das wird jedenfalls sehr spannend in den kommenden Tagen.

...na ich hoffe doch, dass sich in den nächsten Tagen was tun wird. Nicht dass ich beim Stand von 0,17 mitträumte von Kurszielen bis 10 Euro, doch wenigstens mal wieder die alten Kaufpreise.
