Vielleicht kann mir ja einer von Euch helfen:
Gibt es irgendwo eine Seite im Inet, die über die Situation von Erneuerbaren Energien und Förderungen im Ausland, insbesondere in Irland/ England berichtet.
Um eure Hilfe und Tipps, wo ich so was finden kann, wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Irland hält hartnäckig an Ausschreibung von Projekten (zur Erreichung möglichst niedriger Einspeisepreise) fest - also nix mit festen Abnahmeverpflichtungen und -tarifen à la EEG:

January, 2002 : Two track price and quota proposal -- Ireland`s next round of support
Ireland is headed for a further round of bidding for renewable energy contracts within the term of the present
government. With a general election in May 2002, this means that Ireland`s sixth Alternative Energy
Requirement (AER 6) will follow hard on the heels of the fifth. Wind project developers are expecting to find
out within the next few weeks whether they have been successful in securing contracts under AER 5. The
government`s aim is to meet its targets of 500 MW of renewables by 2005. So far, the AER has only delivered
124 MW of wind.

In Großbritannien wird gerade an einer Änderung der Politik gebastelt und es könnte sein, dass es bald wirklich brauchbare Regelungen dort gibt - nicht ganz à la EEG, aber deutlich besser als in Irland.

February, 2002 : Working group identifies solution
A working group established by the UK government has suggested a change to the rules governing trade in
electricity that could help small and renewable generators sell their power more competitively. The change,
however, must be proposed and agreed to by larger electricity traders. The Consolidation Working Group was
set up to look into how small and renewable generators could "consolidate" their offerings to suppliers, instead of
