wie wird sich ECAT weiter entwickeln? zwei neue beteiligungen gemeldet.

Ich denke ein Kurs um 0,5€ würde den Wert der Aktie eher wiederspiegeln!
Jetzt kann man noch günstig kaufen!

Rechnet man den australischen Kurs um, müßte der deutsche Kurs heute bei mind. 0,255€ liegen.

Jetzt kann man noch günstig einsteigen!

Nachmeiner Meinung ist ECAT schon vor den Beteiligungen untewrbewertet gewesen. Ihre Strategie finde ich toll. Kapitalerhöung führt zu mehr Kohle. Kohle führt zu mehr Beteligungen.
Neue Beteligungen führen zu höherem Börsenwert. Dann gibt´s wieder neue Beteiligungen. usw.

Wenn das so weiter geht. Sehen wir bald ganz andere Kurse.

Da bin ich ganz deiner Meinung. ECAT hat eine super Strategie die im Kurs auch noch nicht drin sein kann. Der Wert muß nun einfach hoch gehen.

Bis jetzt sind laut onvista.de heute nur 530000 Aktien gehandelt worden, das entspricht ungefähr einem Umsatz von 125000DM, ich glaube das kann man total erden. das niemand seine ecat zu solch einem preis verkauft ist klar, aber wenn Leute ihre Aktien noch hergeben dann muss man doch zuschlagen. Ich verstehe das nicht.

ECAT Development Capital Limited today announced it has invested $1
million to acquire a 25% interest in PBA Professional Pty Ltd,
developer and marketer of The Office Automator software.

The Managing Director of ECAT, Mr Adam Rankine-Wilson, said The
Office Automator was a comprehensive solution to manage an
organisation`s information flow.

"The software provides systems to create, save, file and manage
business document creation and housekeeping tasks," he said.

"The system was developed over four years and is installed in
businesses in Australia, South Africa and Israel, with the
engineering group Bateman Kinhill the biggest client."

PBA had commenced a comprehensive Australian marketing campaign for
The Office Automator with sales teams in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and
Melbourne, and was negotiating with potential partners to set up a
distribution joint venture in Europe and in Asia.

Mr Rankine-Wilson said most of the funds injected by ECAT in the form
of convertible preference shares would be used to accelerate PGA`s
marketing program.

A$l.0 million to acquire an effective 25% interest in PBA
Professional Pty Ltd ("PBA") by subscribing for Convertible
Preference Shares in the company.

PBA has developed and is marketing a suite of software called The

potential channel partners in Australia is negotiating to establish a
