Hi,

Betriebssystem? ImageDrive-Version? Muss man denn alles selber fragen...

Sieht schlecht aus:

The company needs to be explicit that this program simply won`t work for external USB hard drives, my reason for buying it.
It was very difficult to get this info. As previous writers have said, the company says it offers "NO" free technical support, not even ten days after you buy it, when the program gives an error and says, on screen, "call us." When I finally did get through to Tech. Support, it took them all of 10-seconds to say, "No, we don`t support external USB drives." No mention is made of this on the packaging or in the reviews I have seen. If you`ve bought it for this purpose, they will give you a refund. Call 801-437-8900, press #2 (Customer Support) and ask for an RMA#.

Hallo DVK.
Danach wieder normal booten.

@Erbse1
