Ich gebe dir in einem Recht, WEL ist megamäßig unterbewertet.

Aber warum sollten genau heute die Zahlen kommen? Das Quartal läuft noch ein paar Tage. Klar kommt es vor, dass etwas vorab gemeldet wird. Aber warum solltest gerade du Pappnase das wissen?

The American Stock Exchange ("AMEX" by letter dated March 15, 2002, required the Company to submit a reasonable plan to regain compliance with AMEX`s continued listing standards by December 31, 2002. On April 15, 2002, the Company submitted a plan that included interim milestones that the Company would be required to meet to remain listed. AMEX subsequently notified the Company that its plan had been accepted; however, on June 28, 2002, the Company submitted an amendment to the plan to take into account, among other things, certain restructuring initiatives that the Company had undertaken. The Company has not been advised by AMEX whether or not it approved the June 28, 2002, amended plan. Since submitting the amended plan, the Company has been actively pursuing alternatives that would allow it to fulfill the objectives outline in the amended plan. However, the Company does not, at this time, have any prospects or commitments for new financing or the restructuring of its existing obligations that, if successfully completed, would result in compliance with AMEX`s continued listing standards.

AMEX may institute immediate delisting proceedings as a consequence of the Company`s failure to achieve compliance its continued listing standards. AMEX recently requested that the Company submit a letter requesting that the AMEX grant the company an additional two quarters to attain compliance as a consequence of recent business improvements. The Company is preparing such a request.

AMEX continued listing standards require that listed companies maintain stockholders` equity of $2,000,000 or more if the Company has sustained operating losses from continuing operations or net losses in two of its three most recent fiscal years or stockholders equity of $4,000,000 or more if it has sustained operating losses from continuing operations or net losses in three of its four most recent fiscal years. Further, the AMEX will normally consider delisting companies that have sustained losses from continuing operations or net losses in their five most recent fiscal years or that have sustained losses that are so substantial in relation to their operations or financial resources, or whose financial condition has become so impaired, that it appears questionable, in the opinion of AMEX, as to whether the company will be able to continue operations or meet its obligations as they mature.

Boots & Coots Responds to Blowout in California

Occidental called in Boots & Coots to contain a natural gas blowout at a well on their Elk Hills Field in Kern County, California. The incident occurred Tuesday morning. There were not injuries and there was no damage to any major equipment.

The well, which had been off line for about a year, was scheduled to get cleaned in order to re-enter production when the incident occurred. Workers were getting ready to enter the well to clean out sand when the master valve began leaking, according to John Allen, president and general manager of Oxy`s Elk Hills site. At 2,500 feet, the well is relatively shallow and not under high pressure, Allen said. The exact amount of leakage was not known Tuesday. "We need to know the size of the hole and the pressure to estimate how much gas is escaping," he said.

One of the gas`s elements, propane, is heavier than air and can cause gas clouds that hang on the ground. Such clouds could be dangerous for nearby communities such as Tupman and Taft. But Tuesday`s breezes pushed gases away from Taft and kept clouds from forming near Tupman. Oxy monitored the situation with gas-sniffing equipment and wind-speed meters. If clouds had formed near Tupman, the firm`s security workers would have gone to the community of 210 and told them about the situation, Allen said

Aber Ende Juli sollte man drin sein. Denn von den Q2-Results erhoffe ich mir auch einen schönen Sprung. Kurse um 0,30/0,35 Euro sollte man ruhig nutzen.

Boh, heute ja schon wieder so viele Umsätze das sie bei wallstreet-online nicht mehr angezeigt werden können!!! Mußten doch glatt ausgenullt werden! Wahnsinn

jetzt ist einfach nur warten angesagt. Meines Wissens nach kommen die Zahlen für das zweite Quartal Mitte Juli. Die Zahlen werden bombastisch sein, das ist unbestritten. Mal schaun, welche Auswirkungen und ob überhaupt, dies Auswirkungen auf den Kurs hat. Eine Kurserholung ist nur drin, wenn WEL sich über den weiteren Aufenthalt im Irak und den damit verbundenen Umsatz positioniert. Nach meiner Einschätzung werden die noch mindestens zwei Jahre dort bleiben, um die Grundinfrastruktur instand zu setzen. Es geht ja nicht nur um die Schäden des Kriegs, die Instandhaltung der letzten zehn Jahre wurde auch nicht ordnungsgemäß durchgeführt und wird von WEL auch mit erledigt.
