Strong Performance Enables Ableauctions to Build Cash Reserve as It Targets $80B Market
Wednesday July 2, 9:00 am ET

FIFE, WASHINGTON--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 2, 2003 -- Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC - News) (the "Company") announced today that the strong performance of the Company`s stock and its technology have enabled the Company eliminate all long term debt and build a $500,000 cash reserve in the second quarter alone. With strong contracts backing its technology and services, the company believes it can double its cash reserves and significantly increase the number of auctions it is scheduled to run before year end.
The multi-year auction broadcast agreements announced earlier by the Company translate into greater revenue for Ableauctions. The Company`s latest technology is directed at attaining a fraction of what it estimates is an $80 billion market. The Company expects to release its quarterly financials before August 15, 2003.

General : EBAY AND AAC RUMORS

(Original Message) Sent: 07/02/2003 4:46 PM
Just received an interesting email from someone in BC telling me that they heard that Ebay was looking at buying AAC. I have not heard this rumor before and was wondering if anyone had heard anything of the sort? I know the two have a great relationship, but I did not think of AAC being aquired by Ebay before. Nevertheless, the proxy statement I received dated June 5, 2003 did indicate a proposal (#3).... to allow the Board of Directors to act in their descretion to facilitate an aquisition or a merger...... Anyways, that is where I think the rumor is comming from . I would not rule out this possibilty but it is a rumor nonetheless.

      Wenn das stimmt,na denn...

      27 PM
The more deals that AAC keeps making indicate increased revenues. My last estimate was for AAC to be at $1.42 within 90 days, this is now my 5 day target price considering the high of $1.14 this past week. My actual targets for the stock are based upon projected EPS, revenues, and the PE ratio with consideration to indicated revenues.

Target price for AAC by July 3, 2003 is $1.60

Target Price for AAC by July 10, 2003 is $2.00-$2.10

Because of the huge amounts of new contracts AAC has been announcing, I do not want to go out past July 10. If they continue to make similar large scale agreements, then this stock trading at $10 within 90 days is a clear possibility. My ranges are on the modest side and reflect what may occur as an intra-day high. Profit taking is always an issue. While I am with AAC for the long road trip ahead, many are buying and selling huge volumes of AAC every day which has created an undervalue situation for the stock.

Ableauctions Not to Reverse Split Stock
Thursday July 3, 6:25 pm ET

FIFE, WA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jul 3, 2003 -- Ableauctions.com Inc. (AMEX:AAC - News) (the "Company") clarified today that it does not intend to reverse split its stock.

Pursuant to its annual report (Form 14a), the Company, while restructuring and trading at $.05, had requested its shareholders not to reverse split the stock, but to authorize and empower its Board of Directors, at their discretion, to effect such a reverse split if absolutely required to maintain its listing on the AMEX or facilitate a merger. However, under the current conditions, with the success of the Company`s restructuring plan, its technology and the performance of its stock, such action is determined not to be in the best interests of the Company and its stockholders, and will not happen.

The Company`s financial position is strong with almost $1 million in cash, shareholders equity exceeding $2 million, no long-term debt, and over $20 million of its market capitalization held by non-insiders. Additionally, the Company believes it will deliver a profitable year with its financial picture looking even stronger before year-end.
